A two-channel electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM) was used to investigate the cyclic voltammetric behavior of two Prussian blue (PB) film-modified Au electrodes in a two-electrode con-figuration in aqueous solution. The redox peaks observed in the two-electrode cyclic voltammogram (CV) are assigned to the intrinsic redox transitions among the Everitt's salt, PB, and Prussian yellow for the film itself, the redox process of the Au substrate and the redox process of small-quantity ferri-/ferrocyanide impurities entrapped in the PB film, as also supported by ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectroelectrochemical data. The profile of the two-electrode solid-state CV for the PB powder sand-wiched between two gold-coated indium-tin oxide (ITO) electrodes is similar to that for two PB-modified Au electrodes in aqueous solution, implying similar origins for the corresponding redox peaks. The two-channel EQCM method is expected to become a highly effective technique for the studies of the two-electrode electrochemical behaviors of many other species/materials.

The Value Choices of China’s Human Rights Model

Background:Hepatitis E virus(HEV) normally causes acute infection but also chronic hepatitis in immunocompromised population,especially in organ transplant recipients receiving immunosuppressants for preventing organ rejection.Currently,only genotype 3 HEV has been attributed to chronic infection in transplant patients.Here,we report the first case of genotype 4 HEV caused chronic infection in a renal transplant recipient with long-term immunosuppressive medication.We have profiled the pathological and serological features of this patient.Methods:HEV persistent infection was determined by serological examination of anti-HEV IgM regularly.Transmission electron microscope(TEM) was performed to observe HEV viral particles and hepatocellular ultrastructure in liver tissue.Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect HEV viral protein and fibrotic status in liver biopsies.HEV genotype of the patient was determined by nested-polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and sequencing of stool specimen.Results:This patient received kidney transplant 9 years ago and has been detected with HEV infection for 4 years according to the immunologic test of persistent positive anti-HEV IgM.Ribavirin therapy was used to treat this patient and resulted in liver function normalization,but was intervened due to anaemia and renal injury.Recent serological examination showed positive anti-HEV IgM(6.78) and negative indicators for HAV,HBV,HCV and EBV.Nested-PCR and sequencing of the patient’ stool indicated a genotype 4 HEV infection.Staining of liver biopsy with anti-HEV antibody further confirmed the infection and expression of viral protein.Next,the HEV viral particles were visualized in liver tissue by TEM.Meanwhile,hepatocellular ultrastructure by TEM imaging showed injured mitochondria which displayed swollen shape and obscure cristae of hepatocytes,as well as unusually abundant of autophagosomes,indicating the occurrence of liver injury.Consistently,reticulum fiber staining revealed the development of liver fibrosis.Conclusions:We reported t

Abasic human right, freedom of speech is a civil right clearly stipulated in China＇s Constitution. Since China＇s reform and opening up, freedom of speech in Chinese society has witnessed great development standardized by the Constitution and laws. Furthermore, the extent and depth of freedom of speech in China have reached an unprecedented level. In particular, the Internet, which has been increasingly popular in China since the late 20th Century, has energetically promoted freedom of speech in Chinese society. The Internet has become an effective channel by which the public can ob- tain information, express opinions and create public opinion in China. Popularization and improvement of the Internet have greatly expanded the room for freedom of speech in China.

like most countries in the world, China supports the ideal of human rights de- picted and advocated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international docu- ments and agrees with the idea that human rights should be universal. However, China also holds that to better realize the common goals of human rights requires that each coun- try explore and find the best and most efficient way in accordance with its own conditions. One of the reasons for the fast development of human rights in China since its reform and opening-up is that China has chosen a development path for human rights according to its own conditions. The path fits the conditions of China and therefore efficiently promotes the realization of universal human rights.

基于不同植被指数提取物候参数是分析长时间物候变化的重要基础。以多云雾的重庆地区为例,使用2010~2019年MODIS NDVI/EVI/EVI2共3种长时序的植被指数数据,通过D-L滤波方法分析了不同植被指数特征;并使用动态阈值法和趋势分析法,对比研究了基于3种植被指数提取的物候参数结果及其随不同地形因子的分异规律,结果如下:(1)EVI和EVI2的时间序列拟合曲线比NDVI的拟合曲线更加平滑,3种植被指数原始值与拟合值的差值主要分布为NDVI(0.05~0.18)、EVI(0.03~0.11)、EVI2(0.03~0.1)。(2)基于3种植被指数提取的物候参数在空间分布和变化趋势上呈现一致性,其中EVI和EVI2提取的植被指数参数皆相近,相差5d之内占比79%以上,SOSEVI2变化显著性区域所占比面积最高(16.36%),SOSNDVI最低为12.37%。(3)SOS随海拔升高而推迟,EOS随海拔升高先延后再提前,LOS随海拔升高先延长后缩短,且EOSNDVI、LOSNDVI随着海拔增加分别与EOSEVI/EOSEVI2、LOSEVI/LOSEVI2差异增大,不同植被类型上,EVI提取的物候参数与EVI2相近,变化趋势具有一致性。与NDVI相比,EVI和EVI2能更好提取对云雾地区物候参数,结果相近;基于EVI和EVI2提取的物候参数的地形效应更明显。
