Due to its high mortality,disability,and recurrence rates,cerebral infarction has a serious impact on the economy and is a physical and psychological burden on patients.1 There is a huge unmet medical need for biomarkers to predict acute cerebral *** have shown that the ischemic damage to neurons,myelin,and glia caused by a stroke leads to the release of the S100 calcium-binding protein beta subunit(S100B)through the blood-brain barrier into the systemic circulation,resulting in an increase in the level of S100B in the peripheral blood.

The problem of beam-plates with a delamination located at anarbitrary site undergoing non- linear free vibration without damp isinvestigated. For this problem, nonlinear governing equations as wellas the continuity, equilibrium and compatibility conditions areestablished. The Galerkin method and harmonic balance method areemployed to find solutions. Finally, in some examples,amplitude-frequency curves of the delaminated structure are presentedin order to reveal some special dynamic features.

A Multilevel Security Model for Private Cloud

Towards data leak caused by misoperation and malicious inside users, we proposed a multilevel security model based on Bell-lapadula(BLP) model. In our model each subject was assigned with a security level. Subjects can read objects only when their security levels are not less than objects' security levels, and subjects can write objects only when their security levels are not more than objects' security levels. The current security level in our model can be dynamically changed when users read sensitive data, since users can access data with different security levels in private cloud. Our model use mandatory access control method to control user's operation and can guarantee that users can not leak sensitive data after they read them. Our model can be proved secure by mathematical method, and we implemented a prototype system of our model and the experimental results show that it is secure.

BACKGROUND： Insulin-like growth factor-I（IGF-1）, as one of the important members of growth factor family, participants in the regulation of many physiological functions and behaviors, having very strong neuroprotective effect. However, the expression of IGF-1 following cerebral ischemia/reperfusion is still disputed. OBJECTIVE： To observe the expression of IGF-1 and protein of corpora striata in ischemic side at the early stage of middle cerebral artery ischemia/reperfusion in rhesus monkey. DESIGN ： A completely randomized grouping design, controlled animal experiment SETTING ： Institute of Cerebrovascular Disease, Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Qingdao University MATERIALS： ① Totally 17 rhesus monkeys , of either gender, aged 4 to 5 years, were enrolled . Seven rhesus monkeys observed with gene chip were randomly divided into 2 groups： sham operation group （n=3） and ischemia/reperfusion group 〈n=4〉. Ten rhesus monkeys observed with in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry method were randomly divided into 2 groups： sham operation group 〈n=3 〉and ischemia/reperfusion group （n=7）. Rhesus monkeys observed under microscope were divided into 2 groups： sham operation group （n=6） and ischamia/reperfusion group （n=-11）.②Materials used in the experiment： cresyl violet （Sigma Company, America）; immunohistochemical reagent kit （ Huamei Bio-engineering Company）; In situ hybridization reagent kit （Boshide Bio-engineering ***, Wuhan）; 12 800 dots chip （Boxing Company, Shanghai）. Agricultural biomass has some drawbacks such as high moisture content,low energy density and wide distribution and as a result,the cost of transport and storage are ***,raw biomass has poor grindability so its use in a pulverized boiler or entrained flow gasifier is *** is a mild pyrolysis process carried out at temperatures ranging from 200°C to 300°C to deal with these *** cotton stalk and wheat straw were torrefied in a fix-bed reactor at moderate temperatures (200°C,230°C,250°C,270°C and 300°C) under N 2 for *** biomass chars after torrefaction had higher energy density and improved grindability characteristics compared with raw biomass and they also showed hydrophobic *** volatiles consist of a condensable fraction and a non-condensable *** former mainly contained water and tar (organic products but mainly acetic acid).The non-condensable products are typically comprised of CO 2,CO and a small amount of CH 4 and even trace H *** volatiles increased with an increase in the torrefaction temperature but the solid yield and the energy yield ***,the grindability and energy density of the biomass char showed great improvement.A kinetic study on the generation of the main non-condensable gases was undertaken and we conclude that the gases are formed by parallel independent first-order *** kinetic parameters for the generation of each gas were determined.

[研究目的]基于论文题名快速梳理特定研究领域中的概念,并确定概念所代表的知识之间驱动关系,有助于科学了解研究领域状况,为进一步寻找研究方向提供可能。[研究方法]以信息与知识传播研究领域为例,收集整理题名中包含“知识”研究论文元数据,在Stanford Parser的短语结构分析结果基础上,对驱动关系进行人工审定,并做边界调整、拆分和规范化,得到概念间的真实驱动关系数据,定义若干分析指标,以上述数据为基础构建加权有向图,并基于复杂网络分析和可视化技术分析展示在知识驱动方面具有不同特点的概念及驱动路径。[研究结论]该研究借鉴和发展共词分析方法,提出并实现了一种能够揭示研究领域概念之间有方向的知识驱动关系的方法,利用本方法可以发现不同概念在某一领域的驱动强度大小、特定的驱动路径和若干稳定或脆弱的概念团组。

Radon(Rn)and helium(He)gases from uranium decay form distinct anomalies related to buried uranium *** order to trace the geochemical anomalous sources from the volcanic-related uranium deposits in deeply buried areas,systematical Rn contents and He isotope ratios were analyzed from the Daguanchang uranium *** soil gas Rn concentrations above the deep uranium are ten times higher than those in barren areas,indicating that instantaneous Rn content measurements can be used to detect deeply buried *** helium isotope ratios(^(3)He/^(4)He)of the unmineralized samples from the mineralized drill hole(ZK1)are relatively lower and uniform compared to those of the samples from no-mineral drill hole(ZK2).However,the Th and U contents of the drill core samples from ZK1 are slightly lower than those of the samples from ZK2,indicating that the lower 3He/4He ratios in ZK1 are most likely due to the addition of 4He from underlying uranium *** differences in the instantaneous Rn contents are consistent with the variations in the He isotope ratios of the drill core *** results demonstrate that soil gas Rn and ^(3)He/^(4)He ratios are useful tracers and can indicate the existence of deeply buried volcanic-related hydrothermal uranium ores.
