Effects of herbicide butachlor application on the growth of periphytic biofilms and nitrogen loss in paddy systems

The application of butachlor as an herbicide in paddy fields is widely practiced,aiming to increase rice yield by directly or indirectly influencing the paddy *** biofilms,which form at the soil-water interface in paddy fields,are complex bioaggregates that play an important role in nitrogen (N) *** objective of this study was to investigate the effect of butachlor on periphytic biofilm growth and N cycling under both light and dark conditions in the *** results revealed that butachlor application hindered the growth of periphytic biofilms and led to the dominance of Cyanobacteria as the primary prokaryotes,while inhibiting the development of eukaryotic ***,the application of butachlor reduced the richness and diversity of prokaryotes,but increased those of eukaryotes in periphytic *** light treatments exhibited higher total N loss because light favored periphytic biofilm growth and enhanced ammonium (NH_(4)^(+)) assimilation and ***,butachlor application resulted in the increased retention of NH_(4)^(+)-N and nitrate (NO_(3)^(-))-N and an increase in N loss via *** abundances of functional genes encoding enzymes such as ammonia monooxygenase,nitrite reductase,and nitrous oxide reductase were increased by butachlor application,favoring nitrification and denitrification ***,the results suggest that butachlor application leads to an increase in total N loss mainly through denitrification in paddy systems,particularly in the presence of periphytic ***,the results may provide valuable insights into the changes in periphytic biofilm growth and N cycling induced by butachlor,and future studies can further explore the potential implications of these changes in paddy soils.

针对指向约束下的航天器姿态重定向控制问题,提出一种解析的有限时间滑模控制器.与现有渐进收敛控制算法相比,该算法具有更快的收敛速度.根据姿态机动目标和姿态指向约束建立相应的导航势函数,并在滑模面上引入势函数及其梯度信息,使得航天器机动到目标姿态的过程中可以满足姿态指向约束.为严格保证滑模面外指向约束的可行性,结合滑模函数以及人工势场函数建立了新的李雅普诺夫函数.接着,基于该李雅普诺夫函数和有限时间收敛定理,设计一种控制器以实现指向约束下有限时间航天器姿态重定向控制.数值仿真表明所提控制器可以实现姿态快速收敛并确保航天器姿态指向约束的可行性.

Background Iron overload is frequently observed in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Transferrin receptor 2(TFR2)is an important key factor in iron *** aimed to investigate whether TFR2 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)contribute to susceptibility to NAFLD in a Chinese Han *** Five tag SNPs(rs10247962,rs4434553,rs2075672,rs1052897,and rs3757859)in the TFR2 gene were selected and genotyped in a case–control study on participants who visited two affiliated hospitals of Fujian Medical University between June 2011 and August *** score matching and inverse probability of treatment weighting analyses were used to verify the risk associated with TFR2 *** Logistic regression analyses suggested that subjects with the rs4434553 GA or GG genotype had a lower risk of NAFLD than those carrying the AA genotype(odds ratio=0.630,95%confidence interval=0.504–0.788).Moreover,the rs4434553 GA or GG genotype was negatively correlated with body mass index,hepatic steatosis index,and serum ferritin(b=-0.363,P=0.008;b=-1.040,P=0.009;b=-35.258,P=0.015,respectively),and positively associated with serum hepcidin level(b=35.308,P<0.001).Moreover,rs10247962 and rs1052897 had multiplicative interactions with age in relation to the risk of NAFLD(P for interactions,0.041 and 0.034,respectively).The cumulative effects of the rs10247962,rs1052897,and rs4434553 SNPs were positively associated with the risk of NAFLD(adjusted P_(trend)=0.012).Conclusions In this Chinese Han population,the rs4434553 polymorphism in TFR2 may be an independent influencing factor associated with the susceptibility to *** ageing effect on the development of NAFLD may be inhibited by SNPs rs10247962 and rs1052897.

Design of Luenberger function observer with disturbance decoupling for matrix second-order linear systems-a parametric approach

A simple method for disturbance decoupling for matrix second-order linear systems is proposed directly in matrix second-order framework via Luenberger function observers based on complete parametric eigenstructure assignment. By introducing the H2 norm of the transfer function from disturbance to estimation error, sufficient and necessary conditions for disturbance decoupling in matrix second-order linear systems are established and are arranged into constraints on the design parameters via Luenberger function observers in terms of the closed-loop eigenvalues and the group of design parameters provided by the eigenstructure assignment approach. Therefore, the disturbance decoupling problem is converted into an eigenstructure assignment problem with extra parameter constraints. A simple example is investigated to show the effect and simplicity of the approach.

Observer design for matrix second order linear systems with uncertain disturbance input-a parametric approach

A simple parametric approach to design a full-order observer for matrix second-order linear systems with uncertain disturbance input in the matrixsecond-order framework is proposed. The basic idea is to minimize the H2 norm of the transfer function from disturbance to estimation error using the design degrees of freedom provided by a parametric approach in the observer design. Besides the design parameters, the eigenvalues of the closed-loop system are also optimized within desired regions on the left-half of the complex plane. Using the proposed approach, additional specifications can be easily achieved. A spring-mass system is using to show the effect of the proposed approaches.

The design and preparation of novel quantum materials with atomic precision are crucial for exploring new physics and for device *** irradiation has been demonstrated as an effective method for preparing novel quantum materials and quantum structures that could be challenging to obtain *** features the advantages of precise control over the patterning of such new materials and their integration with other materials with different ***,we present a new strategy for fabricating freestanding monolayer SiC within nanopores of a graphene *** regulating the energy of the incident electron beam and the in-situ heating temperature in a scanning transmission electron microscope(STEM),we can effectively control the patterning of nanopores and subsequent growth of monolayer SiC within the graphene *** resultant SiC monolayers seamlessly connect with the graphene lattice,forming a planar structure distinct by a wide direct *** in-situ STEM observations further uncover that the growth of monolayer SiC within the graphene nanopore is driven by a combination of bond rotation and atom extrusion,providing new insights into the atom-by-atom self-assembly of freestanding two-dimensional(2D)monolayers.

Polygonati Rhizoma， a functional food and a traditional Chinese medicine broadly used in China and several Southeast Asia countries， possesses effective health-promoting activities. Prepared from three plants in Polygonatum family (P. kingianum， P. sibiricum， and P. cyrtonema)， Polygonati Rhizoma has drawn increasing attention due to its remarkable immune-enhancing and metabolic regulatory activities in recent years. In this review， we summarized the updated research of chemical constituents and biological activities of Polygonati Rhizoma， especially the metabolic regulation， immunomodulatory effects， and anti-fatigue activities， aiming to provide a comprehensive understanding， broaden the usage and promote more in-depth exploration of Polygonati Rhizoma as a functional food.

Unified parametric approaches for high-order integral observer design for matrix second-order linear systems

A type of high-order integral observers for matrix second-order linear systems is proposed on the basis of generalized eigenstructure assignment via unified parametric approaches. Through establishing two general parametric solutions to this type of generalized matrix second-order Sylvester matrix equations, two unified complete parametric methods for the proposed observer design problem are presented. Both methods give simple complete parametric expressions for the observer gain matrices. The first one mainly depends on a series of singular value decompositions, and is thus numerically simple and reliable; the second one utilizes the fight factorization of the system, and allows eigenvalues of the error system to be set undetermined and sought via certain optimization procedures. A spring-mass-dashpot system is utilized to illustrate the design procedure and show the effect of the proposed approach.

NH_(3)-SCR催化剂同时去除NO_(x)和挥发性有机物(VOCs)引起了人们的广泛关注,然而,VOCs的存在会对脱硝反应产生负面影响,尤其在低温条件下。本研究选定水滑石衍生复合氧化物(Cu)MgFe-LDO催化剂探索协同脱除NO_(x)和甲醇性能,着重考察Cu的引入以及CuO_(x)和FeO_(x)相互作用对协同反应的影响,并对所制备的催化剂进行表征测试。结果表明,含Cu催化剂的脱硝活性均高于MgFe-LDO催化剂,最佳催化剂Cu_(0.5)MgFe-LDO在230~300℃温窗内具有较好的脱硝活性和甲醇氧化性能。适量引入Cu加强了Cu、Fe物种间的相互作用,有利于氧化还原循环,从而产生更多的氧缺陷及活性氧,过量Cu掺杂会破坏催化剂结构,降低表面酸性,引入Cu可以减缓甲醇对SCR反应的抑制作用。这些结果可为实际应用SCR催化剂协同去除VOCs提供指导。
