This study presents a breakthrough in flexible strain sensor technology with the development of an ultrahigh sensitivity and wide-range sensor,addressing the critical challenge of reconciling sensitivity with measurement *** by the structure of bamboo slips,we introduce a novel approach that utilises liquid metal to modulate the electrical pathways within a cracked platinum fabric *** resulting sensor demonstrates a gauge factor greater than 108 and a strain measurement capability exceeding 100%.The integration of patterned liquid metal enables customisable tuning of the sensor’s response,while the porous fabric structure ensures superior comfort and air permeability for the *** design not only optimises the sensor’s performance but also enhances the electrical stability that is essential for practical *** systematic investigation,we reveal the intrinsic mechanisms governing the sensor’s response,offering valuable insights for the design of wearable strain *** sensor’s exceptional performance across a spectrum of applications,from micro-strain to large-strain detection,highlights its potential for a wide range of real-world uses,demonstrating a significant advancement in the field of flexible electronics.

The incidence of large bone defects caused by traumatic injury is increasing worldwide,and the tissue regeneration process requires a long recovery time due to limited self-healing *** bioelectrical phenomena have been well recognized as critical biophysical factors in bone remodeling and *** by bioelectricity,electrical stimulation has been widely considered an external intervention to induce the osteogenic lineage of cells and enhance the synthesis of the extracellular matrix,thereby accelerating bone *** ongoing advances in biomaterials and energy-harvesting techniques,electroactive biomaterials and self-powered systems have been considered biomimetic approaches to ensure functional recovery by recapitulating the natural electrophysiological microenvironment of healthy bone *** this review,we first introduce the role of bioelectricity and the endogenous electric field in bone tissue and summarize different techniques to electrically stimulate cells and ***,we highlight the latest progress in exploring electroactive hybrid biomaterials as well as self-powered systems such as triboelectric and piezoelectric-based nanogenerators and photovoltaic cell-based devices and their implementation in bone tissue ***,we emphasize the significance of simulating the target tissue’s electrophysiological microenvironment and propose the opportunities and challenges faced by electroactive hybrid biomaterials and self-powered bioelectronics for bone repair strategies.

Graph Theory Methods for Decomposition w.r.t. Outputs of Boolean Control Networks

This paper focuses graph theory method for the problem of decomposition w.r.t. outputs for Boolean control networks(BCNs). First, by resorting to the semi-tensor product of matrices and the matrix expression of BCNs, the definition of decomposition w.r.t. outputs is introduced. Second, by referring to the graphical structure of BCNs, a necessary and sufficient condition for the decomposition w.r.t. outputs is obtained based on graph theory method. Third, an effective algorithm to realize the maximum decomposition w.r.t. outputs is proposed. Finally, some examples are addressed to validate the theoretical results.

Local Community Detection Based on Network Motifs

Local community detection aims to find a cluster of nodes by exploring a small region of the *** community detection methods are faster than traditional global community detection methods because their runtime does not depend on the size of the entire network. However, most existing methods do not take the higher-order connectivity patterns crucial to the network into consideration. In this paper, we develop a new Local Community Detection method based on network Motif(LCD-Motif) which incorporates the higher-order network information. LCD-Motif adopts the local expansion of a seed set to identify the local community with minimal motif conductance, representing a generalization of the conductance metric for network motifs. In contrast to PageRanklike diffusion methods, LCD-Motif finds the community by seeking a sparse vector in the span of the local spectra,such that the seeds are in its support vector. We evaluate our approach using real-world datasets across various domains and synthetic networks. The experimental results show that LCD-Motif can achieve a higher performance than state-of-the-art methods.

A Facile Strategy to Fabricate Polysaccharide-Based Magnetic Hydrogel Based on Enamine Bond

of main observation and conclusion Magnetic hydrogels have found extensive applications in fields such as soft robotics,drug delivery and shape *** a facile method was fabricated to prepare polysaccharide-based magnetic *** chitosan-Fe3O4 ferrofluid was obtained by dispersing carboxyl groups modified Fe3O4 nanoparticles uniformly in chitosan ***,the magnetic polysaccharide hydrogel was obtained by simply mixing cellulose acetoacetate solution with chitosan-Fe3O4 *** structures and properties of the magnetic hydrogel were analyzed using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy,rheological recovery,responsiveness,and stability *** results indicated that magnetic polysaccharide hydrogel showed pH responsiveness and excellent self-healing properties,and the hydrogel manifested outstanding stability under physiological conditions(37℃)for 72 *** addition,the injectable polysaccharide-based hydrogel exhibited sensitive magnetic responsive and shape-shifting ability under an external magnetic ***,the strategy for the facile preparation of the magnetic polysaccharide-based hydrogel in this work could provide a benign and versatile method for achieving self-healing,responsive,injectable properties for the application in biomedical fields.

Analysis of the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties during Inertia Friction Welding of the Near-α TA19 Titanium Alloy

The current research of titanium alloy on friction welding process in the field of aero-engines mainly focuses on the linear friction *** to the linear friction welding,inertial friction welding of titanium alloy still has important application position in the welding of aero-engine rotating ***,up to now,few reports on inertial friction welding of titanium alloy are *** this paper,the near-alpha TA19 titanium alloy welded joint was successfully obtained by inertial friction welding(IFW)*** microstructures and mechanical properties were investigated *** showed that the refined grains within 15‒20μm and weak texture were found in the weld zone due to dynamic recrystallization caused by high temperature and plastic *** weld zone consisted of acicularα′martensite phase,αp phase and metastableβ*** lath-shapedαs andβphase in base metal were transformed into acicular martensiteα′phase and metastableβphase in thermo-mechanically affected zone and heat affected *** a result,the microhardness of welded joint gradually decreased from the weld zone to the base *** specimens in room temperature and high temperature of 480℃ were all fractured in base metal illustrating that the inertia friction welded TA19 titanium alloy joint owned higher tensile strength compared to the base metal.

Forecasting time series with optimal neural networks using multi-objective optimization algorithm based on AICc

In this letter, time series forecasting using optimal neural networks with optimal performance of generalization and stability is studied. After analyzing the reasons for overfitting and instability of neural networks, in order to find the optimal NNs (neural networks) architecture, we consider minimizing three objective index: average training AICc (ATRAICc), average testing AICc (ATEAICc) and testing error variance AICc (VAAICc) based on Akaike information criterion theory. Then we built a multi-objective optimization model and proved the existence and uniqueness theorem of optimal solution. After determining the searching interval, a multi-objective optimization algorithm for optimal neural network architecture based on AICc (ONNAICc) with optimal generalization and stability is constructed to solve above model. Some experiments with simple sample datasets A and B from simple function, complicated stock market time series datasets C and highly nonlinear tungsten price datasets D are taken to verify the validity of the model. And some performances of the presented ONNAICc algorithm are compared with the traditional prediction algorithms, such as AR, ARMA, ordinary BP, SVM, verified the superiority and accuracy of the proposed ONNAICc algorithm.
