Toxic effect of sodium perfluorononyloxy-benzenesulfonate on Pseudomonas stutzeri in aerobic denitrification,cell structure and gene expression

The toxicities of sodium perfluorononyloxy-benzenesulfonate(OBS)to animals and plants are similar to those of perfluorooctane ***,the mechanism of its toxicity to aerobic denitrifying bacteria is still *** the present study,the ecotoxicity of OBS on an aerobic denitrifying strain,Pseudomonas stutzeri,was *** results showed that a dosage of OBS clearly affected the growth and aerobic denitrification of *** compared with an unamended control,the degradation efficiency of the total nitrogen decreased by 30.13%during exposure to 200 mg/L of OBS,and the complete degradation time of nitrate-nitrogen was delayed by 4 *** lactate dehydrogenase and superoxide dismutase produced by the bacteria increased with the concentration of OBS,and reactive oxygen species were also detected by confocal laser scanning microscope *** electron microscope imaging revealed chromosome deformation of the cells and damage to cell content;moreover,outer membrane vesicles were secreted from the bacteria,which was the important detoxification mechanism of *** to *** of the genes involved in aerobic nitrification and oxidative stress were also changed under OBS stress,which further confirmed the toxicity of OBS to P *** study reveals the environmental exposure risk of OBS from the perspective of microorganisms.

The wastewater discharge from the process of chrome plating,which contains 6:2 chlorinated polyfluorinated ether sulfonate(F-53B)and chromium(Cr),may be toxic to *** this study we found that the biofilm formed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 was inhibited by exposure to a combination of F-53B and Cr(VI).The combined pollution damaged the cell membranes and the structure of the biofilm,and inhibited the production of the Pseudomonas quinolone-based signal,which affected biofilm ***,the secretion of extracellular polymeric substances decreased as a result of this combined *** to F-53B and Cr(VI)individually or in combination could induce the excessive accumulation of intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS),and the ROS positive rate of the bacteria increased under the treatment with 0.2 mmol/L of Cr(VI)and 250 nmol/L of F-53B,*** addition,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)were enhanced for scavenging ROS in the bacteria that were exposed to Cr(VI)and *** an antioxidant,rutin was used to repair the toxicity of Cr(VI)and F-53B towards the biofilm formed by the *** rutin was added to the bacteria medium,with either Cr(VI)or F-53B as pollutant,or with the combined pollutants,the extracellular protein content of the bacteria recovered to 0.84,0.94,and 0.85 times that of the control,***,the accumulation of ROS and the activities of SOD and CAT decreased,which indicated that the addition of rutin can alleviate the oxidative stress and promote the antioxidant stress system.

为探究不同催陈处理对菊花米酒功能性成分和风味物质的影响,采用超声(US)、微波(MW)、超声微波联合(SW)三种方法分别处理米酒和菊花米酒3 d和7 d,对样品的基本理化指标、抗氧化活性、风味物质及感官评价进行分析。结果表明:微波处理7 d菊花米酒还原糖含量最高为112.92±7.39 mg/mL;三种催陈处理的样品总酸含量都有所上升,超声处理7 d可以显著提高菊花米酒中总酸含量(P<0.05);微波处理3~7 d,米酒和菊花米酒的多酚含量均增加,超声处理条件下黄酮含量增加。抗氧化活性分析发现,与对照组相比,微波处理7 d后,菊花米酒的DPPH自由基清除率由60.49%±0.04%降至19.69%±1.78%(P<0.05);超声微波联合处理3 d后,菊花米酒的ABTS+自由基清除率增加,其他处理下ABTS+自由基清除率降低;三种方法都能提高菊花米酒的总抗氧化能力,微波处理7 d后,菊花米酒的总抗氧化能力最高;催陈过程中菊花米酒自由基清除率和总抗氧化能力均强于米酒。GC-MS结果表明,三种催陈处理下,菊花米酒风味物质种类和相对含量呈下降趋势,但异丁醇在不同条件下均有增加;超声微波联合处理3 d,棕榈酸乙酯相对含量明显增加;三种方法处理菊花米酒,3-羟基-2-丁酮相对含量均有增加;超声处理3 d后,菊花米酒风味物质保留效果最佳,检测出34种风味物质。感官评价结果表明,超声微波联合处理3 d,菊花米酒的口感协调并呈现出花蜜味。表明适合的催陈方法可以丰富菊花米酒的风味物质,均衡米酒的营养成分并改善口感。

Current materials comprising suture anchors used to reconstruct ligament-bone junctions still have limitation in biocompatibility,degradability or mechanical *** alloys are potential bone implant materials,and Mg^(2+) has been shown to promote ligament-bone ***,we used Mg-2 wt.%Zn-0.5 wt.%Y-1 wt.%Nd-0.5 wt.%Zr(ZE21C)alloy and Ti6Al4V(TC4)alloy to prepare suture anchors to reconstruct the patellar ligament-tibia in SD *** studied the degradation behavior of the ZE21C suture anchor via in vitro and in vivo experiments and assessed its reparative effect on the ligament-bone *** vitro,the ZE21C suture anchor degraded gradually,and calcium and phosphorus products accumulated on its surface during *** vivo,the ZE21C suture anchor could maintain its mechanical integrity within 12 weeks of implantation in *** tail of the ZE21C suture anchor in high stress concentration degraded rapidly during the early implantation stage(0-4weeks),while bone healing accelerated the degradation of the anchor head in the late implantation stage(4-12weeks).Radiological,histological,and biomechanical assays indicated that the ZE21C suture anchor promoted bone healing above the suture anchor and fibrocartilaginous interface regeneration in the ligament-bone junction,leading to better biomechanical strength than the TC4 ***,this study provides a basis for further research on the clinical application of degradable magnesium alloy suture anchors.

目的探究柴胡当归散联合丙酚替诺福韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的效果。方法选取2021年10月至2023年10月收治的100例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(予柴胡当归散联合丙酚替诺福韦治疗)、对照组(仅予丙酚替诺福韦治疗)各50例。比较2组治疗效果、乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)-DNA阴转率、不良反应,以及治疗前后肝脏硬度、炎性因子[基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、中医证候积分、肠道菌群水平和治疗前后差值。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%(48/50)高于对照组的82.00%(41/50),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,2组肝脏硬度及MMP-2、TGF-β1、IL-8、TNF-α水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P0.05)。结论柴胡当归散联合丙酚替诺福韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的效果确切,可改善患者临床症状、肝脏硬度,抑制炎症反应,改善肠道菌群,且不影响治疗安全性。

The visualization of flood disasters in virtual reality(VR)scenes is useful for the representation and sharing of disaster knowledge and can effectively improve users’cognitive efficiency in comprehending disaster ***,the existing VR methods of visualizing flood disaster scenes have some shortcomings,such as low rendering efficiency and poor user *** this paper,a tunnel vision optimization method for VR flood scenes based on Gaussian blur is *** key techniques are studied,such as region of interest(ROI)calculation and tunnel vision optimization considering the characteristics of the human visual system.A prototype system has been developed and used to carry out an experimental case *** experimental results show that the number of triangles drawn in a flood VR scene is reduced by approximately 30%–40%using this method and that the average frame rate is stable at approximately 90 frames per second(fps),significantly improving the efficiency of scene rendering and reducing motion sickness.
