Comparison between sepsis-induced coagulopathy and sepsis-associated coagulopathy criteria in identifying sepsis-associated disseminated intravascular coagulation

BACKGROUND:Disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC)is associated with increased mortality in sepsis *** this study,we aimed to assess the clinical ability of sepsis-induced coagulopathy(SIC)and sepsis-associated coagulopathy(SAC)criteria in identifying overt-DIC and preDIC status in sepsis ***:Data from 419 sepsis patients were retrospectively collected from July 2018 to December *** performances of the SIC and SAC were assessed to identify overt-DIC on days 1,3,7,or *** SIC status or SIC score on day 1,the SAC status or SAC score on day 1,and the sum of the SIC or SAC scores on days 1 and 3 were compared in terms of their ability to identify *** SIC or SAC status on day 1 was evaluated as a pre-DIC indicator for anticoagulant ***:On day 1,the incidences of coagulopathy according to overt-DIC,SIC and SAC criteria were 11.7%,22.0%and 31.5%,*** specificity of SIC for identifying overt-DIC was significantly higher than that of the SAC criteria from day 1 to day 14(P3 had a significantly higher sensitivity(72.00%)and area under the curve(AUC)(0.69)in identifying pre-DIC than did the SIC or SAC status(sensitivity:SIC status 44.00%,SAC status 52.00%;AUC:SIC status 0.62,SAC status 0.61).The sum of the SIC scores on days 1 and 3 had a higher AUC value for identifying the pre-DIC state than that of SAC(0.79 vs.0.69,P<0.001).Favorable effects of anticoagulant therapy were observed in SIC(adjusted hazard ratio[HR]=0.216,95%confidence interval[95%CI]:0.060–0.783,P=0.018)and SAC(adjusted HR=0.146,95%CI:0.041–0.513,P=0.003).CONCLUSION:The SIC and SAC seem to be valuable for predicting *** sum of SIC scores on days 1 and 3 has the potential to help identify pre-DIC.

Herbicides(HBCs)are extensively used in modern ***,their potential negative impacts on environmental media have emerged as a significant environmental *** this study,we employed positivematrix factorization(PMF)to identify the potential sources of ***,we utilized amulti-matrix ecological riskmodel to assess the risks associated with HBCs in both surface water and groundwater in the black soil region of Northeast *** findings revealed that the levels of15HBCs in surface water and groundwater ranged from585.84 to 6466.96 ng/L and 4.80 to 11,774.64 ng/L,*** PMF results indicated that surface runoff and erosion accounted for 50%of the total HBCs in water,serving as the primary *** tested HBCs exhibited acute risk values within acceptable *** risk index for the∑15HBCs was categorized as“moderate risk”in 31%of the surface waters and 13%of the ***,4%of the groundwater sampling sites reached the“high risk”*** chronic risk quotient of∑15HBCs in surface water and groundwater was 92%and 62%at the“high risk”level,***,noncarcinogenic HBCs contributed more significantly to the ecotoxicology of the aquatic system than carcinogenic *** study provides comprehensive information on the legacy of HBCs in water bodies and emphasizes the potential risks posed by HBCs to aquatic *** results obtained from this study could help relevant management authorities in developing and implementing effective regulations tomitigate the ecological and environmental risks associated with HBCs.

Rab5 regulates key steps in membrane traffic transport and endocytic pathway of host immune *** the present study,a full-length cDNA of Rab5(LcRab5)was cloned from large yellow croaker,Larimichthys crocea and contained an open reading frame(ORF)of 648 bp encoding a 215 amino-acid *** amino acid sequence identities between LcRab5 and the homologues in mammals and other fish are from 87%to 97%.Quantitative real-time PCR(qRT-PCR)analysis revealed that LcRab5 mRNA was predominantly expressed in blood and *** expression levels of LcRab5 were investigated in liver,spleen,and head-kidney after fish were challenged with LPS,polyinosinic polycytidynic acid and Vibrio ***5 transcripts were significantly induced in the spleen after immune challenge and were 24.1 times more abundant compared with the control 24 h after injection of ***(P<0.05).Recombinant LcRab5 protein was expressed and purified from Escherichia *** microscopy analysis showed that LcRab5 protein was localized in the mitochondria of liver and fibrous tissue of ***,overexpression of LcRab5 in *** kidney(LCK)cells significantly enhanced tumor necrosis factor(TNF-a)and interleukin-6(IL-6)transcripts(P<0.05).Our results indicate that LcRab5 is involved in the immune response of the large yellow croaker and improves the inflammatory response through activation of TNF-a and IL-6 expression.

贵阳至广州高速铁路作为首条运营速度从250 km/h提速至300 km/h的高速铁路线路,分析研究其提速后通过能力的变化,从而指导其他客运专线提速运行具有重要意义。以贵广铁路下行方向提速前后的停站方案为研究对象,将始发终到站相同的列车进行分类,并对同类列车进行停站分组,再将停站分组数与列车停站总次数的比值作为停站系数,进一步判断提速前后区段通过能力的变化情况。结果表明,贵广铁路提速前后某季度运行图停站系数由0.232变化为0.227,结合各车站的停站频率分析,提速后区段通过能力有所提升。该方法简化了停站方案对区段通过能力影响程度的对比研究,对其他提速的高速铁路线路也提供了参考。

Sichuan Basin is a typical superimposed basin, which experienced multi-phase tectonic movements, meanwhile Sinian–Cambrian underwent complex hydrocarbon accumulation processes, causing exploration difficulties in the past 60 years. Based on the microscopic evidence of fluid inclusions, combined with basin-modelling, this paper determines stages and time of hydrocarbon accumulation, reconstructs evolution of formation pressure and dynamic processes of hydrocarbon accumulation in Sinian Dengying Formation-Cambrian Longwangmiao Formation of Gaoshiti-Moxi structure. Three stages of inclusions are detected, including a stage of yellow-yellowgreen fluorescent oil inclusions, a stage of blue fluorescent oil-gas inclusions and a stage of non-fluorescent gas inclusions, reflecting the study area has experienced a series of complex hydrocarbon accumulation processes, such as formation of paleo-oil reservoirs, cracking of crude oil, formation of paleo-gas reservoirs and adjustment to present gas reservoirs, which occurred during 219–188, 192–146 and 168–0 Ma respectively. During the period of crude oil cracking, Dengying Formation-Longwangmiao Formation showed weak overpressure to overpressure characteristics, then after adjustment of paleo-gas reservoirs to present gas reservoirs, the pressure in Dengying Formation changed into overpressure but finally reduced to normal pressure system. However, due to excellent preservation conditions, the overpressure strength in Longwangmiao Formation only slightly decreased and was still kept to this day.

Deep learning for predictive mechanical properties of hot-rolled strip in complex manufacturing systems

Higher requirements for the accuracy of relevant models are put throughout the transformation and upgrade of the iron and steel sector to intelligent *** has been difficult to meet the needs of the field with the usual prediction model of mechanical properties of hotrolled *** data and difficult parameter adjustment limit deep learning models based on multi-layer networks in practical applications;besides,the limited discrete process parameters used make it impossible to effectively depict the actual strip processing *** order to solve these problems,this research proposed a new sampling approach for mechanical characteristics input data of hot-rolled strip based on the multi-grained cascade forest(gcForest)*** to the characteristics of complex process flow and abnormal sensitivity of process path and parameters to product quality in the hot-rolled strip production,a three-dimensional continuous time series process data sampling method based on time-temperature-deformation was *** basic information of strip steel(chemical composition and typical process parameters)is fused with the local process information collected by multi-grained scanning,so that the next link’s input has both local and global ***,in the multi-grained scanning structure,a sub sampling scheme with a variable window was designed,so that input data with different dimensions can get output characteristics of the same dimension after passing through the multi-grained scanning structure,allowing the cascade forest structure to be trained ***,actual production data of three steel grades was used to conduct the experimental *** results revealed that the gcForest-based mechanical property prediction model outperforms the competition in terms of comprehensive performance,ease of parameter adjustment,and ability to sustain high prediction accuracy with fewer samples.

推动数字经济与能源高质量发展耦合协调对实现“双碳”目标具有重要意义。基于2013—2020年中国30个省份的面板数据,利用耦合协调度模型、马尔可夫链、Dagum基尼系数和空间计量模型,探讨数字经济与能源高质量发展耦合协调度的时空格局、动态演进、区域差异及碳减排效应。研究发现:(1)各省份的耦合协调度均呈上升态势,但存在明显的梯度差异。(2)各省份耦合协调度在空间上呈现出东高西低的发展态势。(3)耦合协调等级存在“俱乐部趋同”特征,在短期内难以实现跨越式发展。在考虑空间因素后,耦合协调度具有“空间溢出”效应,“近朱者赤,近墨者黑”现象并存。(4)耦合协调度的空间差异总体上在不断缩小,区域间差异是耦合协调度差异的构成主因。(5)耦合协调度可以有效减少碳排放,在东中部地区,碳减排效应更明显。针对以上研究发现,认为应因地制宜实施差异化政策,积极落实“东数西算”工程,推动数字经济与能源高质量发展协同共振,有效减少碳排放。
