Conductive ferroelectric domain walls have attracted increasing research interest in the field of nanoelectronics,and the fabrication technique for such domain walls is *** this study,we investigated in detail the fabrication of conductive domain walls in x-cut congruent thin-film lithium niobate(TFLN)using an electrical-field poling *** ferroelectric domain structures can be controlled through the applied electrical field and applied pulse numbers,and the domain inversion process is related to the conduction characteristics of the domain *** domain structures in TFLN are revealed using confocal second-harmonic microscopy and piezoresponse force *** results provide further directions for the development and application of conductive domain walls in TFLN.

Ion specificity of Na+and Cl ions for NaCl solution confined in silicon nanochannels is investigated with molecular dynamics(MD)*** MD simulation results demonstrate that ion specificity for Na+and Cl ions exhibits clearly in nanochannels with high surface charge *** two types of ions show different density distributions perpendicular to the channel surface due to the ion specificity when they act as counterions near negatively and positively charged surfaces,*** the two counterion distributions cannot be predicted by Poisson-Boltzmann equation within 0.75 nm near the *** addition,the ion specificity is also demonstrated through affecting the water density *** the nanochannel with negatively charged surfaces,the presence of the Na+ions reduces the number of water peaks in water density distribution *** comparison,when the Cl ions act as counterions near positively charged surfaces,they do not affect the number of the water *** the influence on the water density distribution,ion specificity also exhibits through affecting the water molecule orientation in the adsorbed *** is found that Cl ions make the water molecules in the adsorbed layer align more orderly than Na+ions do when the two types of ions act as the counterions near the positively and negatively charged surfaces with the same surface charge density.

Dendrites growth,chemical corrosion,and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)on zinc anodes are the main barriers for the development of aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs).Constructing interfacial protec-tive layer is an effective way to alleviate the side reactions on the ***,Cu/Ti_(3)C_(2)Cl_(2)MXene(CMX)with high zincophilic and hydrophobic property is prepared by the lewis molten salts etching method,and the CMX interface protection layer is constructed by a simple spin *** CMX coat-ing layer can provide abundant nucleation sites and uniformize the charge distribution through the zin-cophilic Ti_(3)C_(2)Cl_(2)MXene matrix,leading to homogenous Zn *** addition,the hydrophobic coat-ing contained anti-corrosive Cu nanoparticles can prevent the Zn anode from the electrolyte,beneficial for suppressing the chemical corrosion and ***,the stable and reversible Zn plating/stripping is achieved for the Zn anode coated by the CMX,which exhibits the lifespan of over 1400 h at 0.5 mA cm^(−2),and even can steadily run for 700 h with 65 mV at 10 mA cm^(−2).Furthermore,CMX@Zn shows a high coulombic efficiency of over 100%for 3800 cycles,which indicates that the CMX@Zn electrode has excellent stability and reversibility of Zn stripping/*** full batteries assembled with ZnCoMnO/C(ZCM)cathodes also exhibits higher capacity(450.6 mAh g^(−1)at 0.1 A g^(−1))and cycle stability(capacity retention of 70%after 1500 cycles).This work enhanced the lifespan of AZIBs and broaden the research of multifunctional coating layer to other secondary batteries based on metal anodes.

Industrial water splitting has long been suppressed by the sluggish kinetics of the oxygen evolution reaction(OER),which requires a catalyst to be ***,we propose a molecular-level proton acceptor strategy to produce an efficient OER catalyst that can boost industrial-scale water ***-level phosphate(-PO_(4))group is introduced to modify the surface of PrBa_(0.5)Ca_(0.5)Co_(2)O_(5)+δ(PBCC).The achieved catalyst(PO_(4)-PBCC)exhibits significantly enhanced catalytic performance in alkaline *** on the X-ray absorption spectroscopy results and density functional theory(DFT)calculations,the PO_(4)on the surface,which is regarded as the Lewis base,is the key factor to overcome the kinetic limitation of the proton transfer process during the *** use of the catalyst in a membrane electrode assembly(MEA)is further evaluated for industrial-scale water splitting,and it only needs a low voltage of 1.66 V to achieve a large current density of 1 A cm^(-2).This work provides a new molecular-level strategy to develop highly efficient OER electrocatalysts for industrial applications.

为探讨不同干燥方法对‘丰花’玫瑰品质的影响,以‘丰花’玫瑰为材料,考察真空冷冻干燥、真空干燥、热泵干燥3种干燥方法对其色泽、营养成分、活性成分的影响。‘丰花’玫瑰收缩率和感官品质综合评分均为真空冷冻干燥最佳,且3种干燥方法对其营养成分和活性成分含量均有不同程度的影响,在真空冷冻干燥处理下,其营养成分(蛋白质、维生素B12、维生素C、酒石酸、苹果酸、富马酸)含量和活性成分(可溶性多糖、总黄酮、原花青素)含量均最高,脂肪含量和总酚含量较高,烟酸含量则在3种干燥方法下没有显著性差异;在真空干燥处理下,脂肪含量最高,而热泵干燥处理下总酚含量最高。结果表明,真空冷冻干燥处理下‘丰花’玫瑰品质较佳,综合考虑感官品质、营养品质,其为首选的干燥方法。

Discrimination Between Broadband Underwater Target Echo and Reverberation Based on Signal Spectral Flatness Feature

Reverberation is the major interference of active detection, discrimination between target echo and reverberation is difficult when the reverberation is very strong. For the distinguishing of underwater target echo with strong interference, the modulation feature of echo and reverberation spectrum are characterized by signal spectral flatness measure, and the relationship between signal spectral flatness and target physical properties are theoretically formed. A method of discrimination between broadband underwater target echo and reverberation that based on signal spectral flatness characteristics difference is proposed and studied. Sea experiment results of complex underwater target broadband acoustic scattering have shown that signal spectral flatness characteristics of underwater target broadband echo and reverberation have obvious differences. Target echo and reverberation can be well distinguished using the proposed method.

The thermal boundary conductance of Al/SiO2, Al/Si, Au/SiO2, and Au/Si are measured by a femtosecond laser transient thermoreflectance technique. The distinct differences of the interfacial thermal conductance between these samples are observed. For the same metal film, the thermal boundary conductance between metal and substrate decreases with the thermal conductivity of the substrate. The measured results are explained with the phonon diffusion mismatch model by introducing a phonon transmission coefficient across the interface.
