With the serious aging population and lifestyle changes,chronic venous insufficiency accounts for approximately 25.95%of the population,which may lead to lower limb edema and leg heaviness,as well as severe infections of skin ulcers that can result in sepsis and necessitate *** treatment and other supportive measures can only slow the disease's progression but are unable to drastically reverse it;surgical interventions are rarely used due to the high risk of catastrophic postoperative *** one of the most promising minimally invasive therapies,percutaneous prosthetic valve replacement has emerged in light of this situation,providing novel alternatives for patients with deep venous valve *** reviewed the historical prosthetic venous valve designs,including their structure and materials,animal evaluation models,and assessment *** the basis of the findings from in vitro tests,animal studies,and clinical trials,we summarized the major challenges and potential solutions for the development of advanced prosthetic venous valves.

To the Editor:Male sex has been confirmed to be an independent risk factor for survival in patients with essential thrombocythemia(ET).[1,2]Sexual dimorphism significantly contributes to patient heterogeneity,and adopting a sex-informed perspective has emerged as a pioneering paradigm in the field of precision *** the spectrum of sex disparities among patients diagnosed with ET holds substantial scientific ***,sex influences the presentation,disease phenotypes,symptom expression,and clinical outcomes of classical Philadelphia chromosome-negative myeloproliferative neoplasm(MPN).[3,4]The objective of our study was to comprehensively elucidate the impact of sex on ET by exploring disease genotype and phenotype as well as clinical outcomes.

Patients with refractory immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)frequently encounter substantial bleeding risks and demonstrate limited responsiveness to existing *** cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells(UC-MSCs)present a promising alternative,capitalizing on their low immunogenicity and potent immunomodulatory effects for treating diverse autoimmune *** prospective phase I trial enrolled eighteen eligible patients to explore the safety and efficacy of UC-MSCs in treating refractory *** research design included administering UC-MSCs at escalating doses of 0.5×10^(6)cells/kg,1.0×10^(6)cells/kg,and 2.0×10^(6)cells/kg weekly for four consecutive weeks across three cohorts during the dose-escalation phase,followed by a dose of 2.0×10^(6)cells/kg weekly for the dose-expansion *** events,platelet counts,and changes in peripheral blood immunity were monitored and recorded throughout the administration and follow-up ***,12(with an addition of three patients in the 2.0×10^(6)cells/kg group due to dose-limiting toxicity)and six patients were enrolled in the dose-escalation and dose-expansion phase,*** patients(13/18,72.2%)experienced one or more treatment emergent adverse *** adverse events occurred in four patients(4/18,22.2%),including gastrointestinal hemorrhage(2/4),profuse menstruation(1/4),and acute myocardial infarction(1/4).The response rates were 41.7%in the dose-escalation phase(5/12,two received 1.0×10^(6)cells/kg per week,and three received 2.0×10^(6)cells/kg per week)and 50.0%(3/6)in the dose-expansion *** overall response rate was 44.4%(8/18)among all enrolled *** sum up,UC-MSCs are effective and well tolerated in treating refractory ITP(*** ID:NCT04014166).

提高女性就业与生育的正向兼容性对促进人口长期均衡发展具有重要意义。论文基于中国家庭追踪调查数据,采用cmp方法探究儿童照料方式、女性生育与就业决策之间的相互关系。研究发现,女性生育和就业存在双向抑制关系,且对农村户籍的青年女性抑制性更强。隔代照料有助于缓解生育和就业的正向兼容矛盾,而机构照料仅提高了女性就业率,在城市中机构照料伴随高昂成本反而抑制了生育数量。此外,女性正规就业与生育相互抑制,而非正规就业是缓解矛盾的有效途径,尤其是在农村,女性生育与非正规就业相互促进、兼容发展。从动态角度看,因生育中断就业对女性再就业的阻碍具有持续性。建议进一步完善和发展非正规就业市场,短期可鼓励支持家庭隔代照料,长期需发展完善普惠性市场照料,补充“去家庭化”的生育支持。

【目的】为解决一种直径与正常卷烟相同但长度较短的新型卷烟输送对接问题,设计了一种柜式先进先出卷烟存储输送装置。【方法】该装置由执行系统和控制系统组成,执行系统由提升机、高位输送器、先进先出储柜、低位输送器等组成;控制系统由嵌入式PLC、伺服电机、料位检测组件等组成。首先,通过提升机抬高烟支烟流,输送至先进先出储柜;其次,由料位检测组件监控烟流高度和输送速度,当速度不匹配时,控制先进先出储柜收缩或扩容;最后,烟流经过低位输送器输送至下游设备。【结果】该装置主要用于卷接包生产线上,通过将上游设备与下游设备柔性地连接起来进行先进先出,完成烟支的自动输送、存储和缓冲调节。【结论】该装置使卷接包生产线实现高度自动化,满足新型烟草的转运输送需求,提高了整条生产线的工作效率,且装置运行稳定可靠,操作简单,便于维护。

宽幅喷杆喷雾机振动传递特性分析与试验

宽幅喷杆喷雾机作业过程中,田间路面激励和拖拉机自身的振动导致喷杆发生振动,喷杆末端触地现象频发,对雾滴沉积均匀性和喷杆寿命产生很大影响。为抑制喷杆振动对喷雾质量的影响,解译喷杆振动传递特性,以幅宽为24 m的喷杆式喷雾机为载体,通过试验模态分析获得固定支撑方式下喷杆的约束模态信息;对被动激励源之一的支撑架进行运行模态分析获取工况工作频率,并在此基础上通过建立支撑架的有限元模型以阐明药箱液位对支撑架模态参数的影响。最后,通过试验获得机械激励和不同工况下喷杆振动的时、频域信号,结合模态分析结果,分析了主、被动激励源对喷杆振动传递特性的影响。结果表明:喷杆的前8阶试验模态频率均低于120 Hz,模态振型以弯曲变形为主,变形主要分布在喷杆的第一段和末端;发动机的2阶惯性力频率与喷杆的第3阶试验模态频率43.562 Hz接近,支撑架前16阶运行模态的固有频率与前8阶的喷杆模态频率范围重合;机械激励下,0~150 Hz频率范围内的响应包含整个喷杆的模态特性,且在该频率范围内振动在传递过程中存在很大损失;在怠速工况下,喷杆振动主要由发动机的2阶惯性力所致,振动主频为40 Hz,支撑架模态对振动的影响忽略不计;颠簸路面工况下,喷杆振幅随着行驶速度的提升而增加,主振频率在20 Hz和120 Hz处,而平滑路面工况下振动信号几乎不受行驶速度的影响;药液负载下,激励源与药液晃动的耦合振动增加了喷杆的振动响应,且药液还增加了支撑架结构的质量和阻尼,对支撑架振动有抑制效果。研究结果可以为喷杆结构的优化设计与减振提供理论依据。

CO_(2)熔盐捕集与电解制备单质碳材料由于具有良好的选择性,被认为是一种极有前景的碳捕集利用与封存(CCUS)技术.然而,目前关于CO_(2)在熔盐体系下的动力学捕集机理研究尚显不足,并且电解过程中电耗较高,生产成本偏大,因此CO_(2)高效捕集与低电耗电解是关键.本文计算了CO_(2)熔盐捕集转换碳酸盐热力学和碳酸盐电解理论电压与电耗,通过在线气体质谱仪、碳硫分析仪等研究了典型CaCl_(2)基熔盐中CO_(2)捕集动力学规律.通过恒电压电解、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、拉曼光谱(Raman)等,在典型三元Na_(2)CO_(3)–K_(2)CO_(3)–Li_(2)CO_(3)熔盐和三元CaCl_(2)–NaCl–CaO熔盐中考察了温度和电压对CO_(2)电解制备单质碳材料电解过程、电耗和产物结构的影响规律.结果表明,相比于碱金属氧化物,CaO是较佳的CO_(2)捕集剂,捕集转化获得的CaCO_(3)具有最低的理论分解电压和电耗;在典型CaCl_(2)–3.0%CaO(质量分数)熔盐中,CO_(2)的捕集容量为0.016 gCO_(2)·g^(−1);相比于Na_(2)CO_(3)–K_(2)CO_(3)–Li_(2)CO_(3)熔盐,CaCl_(2)–NaCl–CaO熔盐捕集CO_(2)具有更低的电解电压和电耗,750℃和1.5 V最佳条件下,电解单质碳材料电流效率达到95.3%,电解电耗最低仅为14.1 kW·h·kg^(−1).本研究不仅为寻找性能优异、价格低廉、环境友好的CO_(2)熔盐捕集材料提供了基础,也为实际电解优化工艺指标提供理论依据.

In the past century, actively controlling electron transport has led to unprecedented advances in the digital world. Controlling phonon(i.e., thermal) transport like electron transport is a current topic of interest.
