BACKGROUND Stevens–Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis(SJS/TEN)are very serious skin allergies,with an etiology related to infections and *** the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic,severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 has also been considered to cause SJS/*** SUMMARY We report the case of a woman in her thirties who took acetaminophen after contracting *** 3 d of fever relief,she experienced high fever and presented with SJS/TEN symptoms,accompanied by intrahepatic *** days of corticosteroid treatment did not alleviate the skin damage;therefore,double plasma molecular adsorption system(DPMAS)therapy was initiated,with treatment intervals of 48 *** skin symptoms improved gradually and were resolved after seven DPMAS *** DPMAS therapy is beneficial for abrogating SJS/TEN because plasma adsorption and perfusion techniques reduce the inflammatory mediators(e.g.,tumor necrosis factor-alpha and interleukin-10 and-12)speculated to be involved in the pathology of the skin conditions.

Due to hardware limitations,existing hyperspectral(HS)camera often suffer from low spatial/temporal ***,it has been prevalent to super-resolve a low reso-lution(LR)HS image into a high resolution(HR)HS image with a HR RGB(or mul-tispectral)image *** approaches for this guided super-resolution task often model the intrinsic characteristic of the desired HR HS image using hand-crafted ***,researchers pay more attention to deep learning methods with direct supervised or unsupervised learning,which exploit deep prior only from training dataset or testing *** this article,an efficient convolutional neural network-based method is presented to progressively super-resolve HS image with RGB image ***-ically,a progressive HS image super-resolution network is proposed,which progressively super-resolve the LR HS image with pixel shuffled HR RGB image ***,the super-resolution network is progressively trained with supervised pre-training and un-supervised adaption,where supervised pre-training learns the general prior on training data and unsupervised adaptation generalises the general prior to specific prior for variant testing *** proposed method can effectively exploit prior from training dataset and testing HS and RGB images with spectral-spatial *** has a good general-isation capability,especially for blind HS image *** experimental results show that the proposed deep progressive learning method out-performs the existing state-of-the-art methods for HS image super-resolution in non-blind and blind cases.

The dynamic landscape of the Internet of Things(IoT)is set to revolutionize the pace of interaction among entities,ushering in a proliferation of applications characterized by heightened quality and *** the pivotal applications within the realm of IoT,as a significant example,the Smart Grid(SG)evolves into intricate networks of energy deployment marked by data *** evolution concurrently entails data interchange with other IoT ***,there are also several challenges including data-sharing overheads and the intricate establishment of trusted centers in the IoT *** this paper,we introduce a hierarchical secure data-sharing platform empowered by cloud-fog ***,we propose a novel non-interactive zero-knowledge proof-based group authentication and key agreement protocol that supports one-to-many sharing sets of IoT data,especially SG *** security formal verification tool shows that the proposed scheme can achieve mutual authentication and secure data sharing while protecting the privacy of data *** with previous IoT data sharing schemes,the proposed scheme has advantages in both computational and transmission efficiency,and has more superiority with the increasing volume of shared data or increasing number of participants.

Acanthopagrus latus is an essential aquaculture species on the south coast of ***,there is a lack of systematic breeding of ***,which considerably limits the sustainable development of *** a result,genetic improvements are urgently needed to breed new strains of *** with rapid growth and strong resistance to *** selective breeding,it is necessary to estimate the genetic parameters of the target trait,which in turn depends on an accurate disentangled pedigree for the selective ***,it is necessary to establish the parentage assignment technique for *** this study,95 individuals selected from their parents and their 14 families were used as experimental *** were developed by genome resequencing,and highly polymorphic SNPs were screened on the basis of optimized filtering parameters.A total of 14392738 SNPs were discovered and 205 SNPs were selected for parentage assignment using the CERVUS *** the model where the gender of the parents is known,the assignment success rate is 98.61%for the male parent,97.22%for the female parent,and 95.83%for the parent *** the model where the gender of the parents is unknown,the assignment success rate is 100%for a single parent and 90.28%for the parent *** results of this study were expected to serve as a reference for the breeding of new varieties of ***.

Background:Diabetes retinopathy(DR)is a complication of diabetes that affects patients’*** studies have found blueberry anthocyanins extract(BAE)can inhibit the progression of DR,but its mechanism is not completely ***:To study the role of BAE in diabetes retinopathy,we treated human retinal endothelial cells(HRCECs)with 30 mM high glucose to simulate the microenvironment of diabetes retinopathy and used BAE to intervene the in vitro high glucose-induced retinopathy *** cell viability and apoptosis rates were examined by Cell Counting Kit 8(CCK-8)assay and flow cytometry *** binding sites between miR-33 and glucocorticoid-induced transcript 1(GLCCI1)were assessed by luciferase reporter *** neovascularization and oxidative stress contribute to diabetic *** tubule formation assay was applied to detect the retinal *** oxidative stress in the HRCECs was manifested by the reactive oxygen species(ROS)level,the malondialdehyde(MDA)level,and the superoxide dismutase(SOD)***:Compared with HRCECs cells cultured under normal conditions,high glucose(HG)can induce oxidative stress in HRCRCs,specifically manifested in the increase of ROS and MDA levels,and the decrease of SOD *** relieved the tubule formation in n the *** also relieved the ROS and MDA levels and increased the SOD *** reporter assay revealed that GLCCI1 is a target molecule downstream of *** HRCEC,BAE significantly inhibited the expression of miR-33 induced by ***-33 mimic inhibited the BAE’s effects on oxidative stress and angiogenesis in an in vitro high glucose-induced retinopathy ***:BAE alleviated the oxidative stress and microangiogenesis of HRCEC by regulating the miR-33/GLCCI1 axis.

Human settlement is a necessary factor for human survival and *** scientific assessments of the natural suitability and appropriateness of human settlements contribute to addressing the discord between ecological environments and economic development and fostering sustainable development in the relationship between humans and *** upon established methods for assessing human settlement suitability,this study investigated the natural suitability of the living environment in the urban agglomeration of mid-southern *** on this exploration,the suitability of the degree of human settlements for the population distribution in the study area from 2000 to 2020 was *** results revealed three important points.(1)Nearly one-fifth of the study area,the area around the offshoot of Changbai Mountain,is a critically suitable *** than half of this area,generally the buffer zone connecting the Liaohe Plain and the offshoot of Changbai Mountain,is generally suitable for human *** proportion of suitable areas is only 25.53%,mostly on the Liaohe Plain along the Liaodong Peninsula by the Yellow Sea.(2)The overall spatial distribution of human settlement exhibits a pattern that is moderate-low in the middle and high on both sides;and higher in the southern part and lower in the northern part.(3)The human settlement suitability degree is higher in the western regions and lower in the eastern regions,with Shenyang and Panjin in the west having the highest suitability,while Benxi in the east exhibits the lowest habitat *** 2000 to 2020,except for Shenyang and Panjin where suitability remained constant,the suitability degree of other cities has *** them,Dandong experienced the most significant increase in suitability.

Extracellular superoxide dismutase(EcSOD)protects tissues from oxidative stress,and thus is considered as a therapeutic agent for many diseases such as atherosclerosis,hypertension,and ***,cost-effective production of bioactive recombinant human EcSOD(rhEcSOD)remains a ***,we developed an efficient strategy for producing active rhEcSOD by transgenic *** was successfully synthesized as homodimers and homotetramers in the middle silk gland and spun into the cocoons with a concentration of 9.48±0.21 mg/*** of rhEcSOD from the cocoons could be conveniently achieved with a purity of 99.50%and a yield of 3.5±0.5 mg/***,N-glycosylation at the only site of N89 in rhEcSOD with 10 types were *** purified rhEcSOD gained the potent enzymatic activity of 4162±293 U/mg after Cu/Zn ions *** importantly,rhEcSOD was capable of penetrating and accumulating in the nuclei of cells to maintain cell morphology and attenuate ultraviolet B-induced cell apoptosis by eliminating reactive oxygen species and inhibiting the C-Jun N-terminal kinase signaling *** results demonstrated that the transgenic silkworm could successfully produce rhEcSOD with enzymatic and biological activities for biomedical applications.

In the context of the“Belt and Road Initiative”,the sustainable development of border cities is paramount for facilitating intergovernmental *** the system dynamics approach,we integrated border policy factors to create the Border City Coordinated Development(BCCD-SD)model,encompassing three dimensions:Economic,Social,and ***,a comprehensive evaluation indicator,the City Coordinated Development Index(CCDI),was *** Lincang City in Southwest China as a case study,this article examines the trends in city development under three scenarios:Inertial Development,Rapid Development,and Green *** research findings demonstrate that the model adeptly captures trends in the city coordinated development *** the three scenarios,the rapid development scenario stands out,yielding the most favorable economic indicators,superior public infrastructure,and the highest employed ***,the rapid development path,which is heavily focused on economic growth,intensifies resource and environmental pressures,giving rise to sustainability *** contrast,although the green development scenario trails slightly in economic performance compared to rapid development,it fosters a larger urban population and transition of the employed population into citizens while excelling in resource and environmental ***,the CCDI attains its highest score under the green development scenario,surpassing those of rapid and inertia development,signifying superior city development coordination along the green *** scenario effectively combines economic growth,social progress,and resource-environment *** study also emphasizes the pivotal role of ports in the coordinated development of border cities and underscores the necessity of expediting the transition from a“gateway”economy to a“port+”*** objective of this article is to encourage border cities to serve as more effective windows to th
