为验证湖南某白钨矿分级-重选联合预抛废在工业上的可行性,进行了工业分流试验和浮选对比小型试验。结果表明,在适宜条件下,采用筛分-螺旋溜槽预抛工艺,可抛掉产率25.50%、钨品位0.034%、钨损失率2.99%的抛废产品;抛废后再进行浮选,精矿产品品位和回收率均高于分级溢流直接浮选所得精矿产品。

Metastable nanostructured electrocatalyst with a completely different surface environment compared to conventional phase-based electrocatalyst often shows distinctive catalytic *** Ru-based electrocatalysts have been widely investigated toward hydrogen oxidation reaction(HOR)under alkaline electrolytes,these studies are mostly limited to conventional hexagonal-close-packed(hcp)phase,mainly arising from the lack of sufficient synthesis *** this study,we report the precise synthesis of metastable binary RuW alloy with face-centered-cubic(fcc)*** find that the introduction of W can serve as fcc phase seeds and reduce the formation energy of metastable fcc-RuW ***,fcc-RuW exhibits remarkable alkaline HOR performance and stability with the activity of 0.67 mA cm_(Ru)^(-2)which is almost five and three times higher than that of hcp-Ru and commercial Pt/C,respectively,which is attributed to the optimized binding strength of adsorbed hydroxide intermediate derived from tailored electronic structure through W doping and phase ***,this strategy can also be applied to synthesize other metastable fcc-RuCr and fcc-RuMo alloys with enhanced HOR performances.

了解我国儿童家长的家庭食品安全知识知晓情况及其影响因素,对开展精准食品安全宣教,减少家庭食源性疾病具有积极意义。本研究在7个城市的13923名3~12岁儿童家长中开展问卷调查,收集基本信息、家庭食品安全知识知晓情况及需求。家长家庭食品安全知识平均得分为18.6分(总分29分),及格率为68.7%。易错知识点包括熟食室温存储时间、食品保质期、易引起中毒的食物以及食品贮存环境等。多因素logistics回归分析显示:家长家庭食品安全知识及格率受地区、文化程度、职业、家长类型、是否关注食品安全、孩子是否讲过食品安全知识以及是否阅读孩子带回来资料的影响。家长最关心的前三位内容为滥用食品添加剂(84.9%)、卫生状况不合格(82.9%)、农药/药物残留(82.7%)。受家长信任的信息来源主要为电视/广播/广告(76.1%)、书籍/报纸/期刊(70.4%)、微博/微信等新媒体(57.7%)。家长的家庭食品安全知识仍存在短板,需利用传统媒体和新媒体结合的方式以及小手牵大手形式开展精准专题宣传,并特别关注文化程度低,从事食品行业的家长以及孩子父亲和保姆。

食品加工发展历史与人类进步的历史是一脉相承的。食品加工一直在不断满足人类对于食物的需求,因此它是人类发展进程中必要的,更是人类文明史的现实记忆。在商品经济以及认识误区的影响下,一些食品加工从业者以获取超美味食品而换来高利润为追求,忽视了人类健康和环境的可持续发展,导致超加工食品在市场上不断涌现,这给食品工业的转型和发展提出新的挑战。食品加工程度与人类健康、社会经济发展之间的关系是需要长期关注并研究的话题。科学地认识食品加工对食品安全以及人类营养健康的重要性与必要性,同时解决“过度”加工可能产生的危害,才能实现食物的可持续发展,促进社会文明不断进步以及人类营养健康。

Lycopene Accumulation Affects the Biosynthesis of Some Carotenoid-related Volatiles Independent of Ethylene in Tomato

For elucidating the regulatory mechanism of ethylene on carotenoid-related volatiles （open chain） compounds and the relationship between lycopene and carotenoid-related volatiles, transgenic tomato fruits in which ACC synthase was suppressed were used. The transgenic tomato fruit showed a significant reduction of lycopene and aroma volatiles with low ethylene production. 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-ol and geranylacetone, which were suspected to be lycopene degradation products, were lower than those in wild type tomato fruits. In order to identify whether lycopene accumulation effects the biosynthesis of some carotenoid-related volatiles independent of ethylene in tomato or not, the capability of both wild type and transgenic tomato fruits discs to convert lycopene into carotenoid-related volatiles was evaluated. The data showed that external lycopene could convert into 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one and 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-ol in vivo, indicating that the strong inhibition of ethylene production had no effect on enzymes in the biosynthesis pathway of some carotenoid-related volatUes. Therefore, in ACS-suppression transgenic tomato fruits, the low levels of 6-methyl- 5-hepten-2-one, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-ol was due to decreased lycopene accumulation, not ethylene production. Ethylene only affected the accumulation of lycopene, and then indirectly influenceed the level of lycopene-related volatiles.

Genotype is generally determined by the co-expression of diverse genes and multiple regulatory pathways in plants. Gene co-expression analysis combining with physiological trait data provides very important information about the gene function and regulatory mechanism. L-Ascorbic acid （AsA）, which is an essential nutrient component for human health and plant metabolism, plays key roles in diverse biological processes such as cell cycle, cell expansion, stress resistance, hormone synthesis, and signaling. Here, we applied a weighted gene correlation network analysis approach based on gene expression values and AsA content data in ripening tomato （Solanum lycopersicum L.） fruit with different AsA content levels, which leads to identification of AsA relevant modules and vital genes in AsA regulatory pathways. Twenty- four modules were compartmentalized according to gene expression profiling. Among these modules, one negatively related module containing genes involved in redox processes and one positively related module enriched with genes involved in AsA biosynthetic and recycling pathways were further analyzed. The present work herein indicates that redox pathways as well as hormone-signal pathways are closely correlated with AsA accumulation in ripening tomato fruit, and allowed us to prioritize candidate genes for follow-up studies to dissect this interplay at the biochemical and molecular level.

Virus-induced Gene Silencing in Eggplant(Solanum melongena)

Eggplant （Solanum melongena） is an economically important vegetable requiring investigation into its various genomic functions. The current limitation in the investigation of genomic function in eggplant is the lack of effective tools available for conducting functional assays. Virus-induced gene silencing （VIGS） has played a critical role in the functional genetic analyses. In this paper, TRV-mediated VIGS was successfully elicited in eggplant. We first cloned the CDS sequence of PDS （PHYTOENE DESATURASE） in eggplant and then silenced the PDS gene. Photo-bleaching was shown on the newly-developed leaves four weeks after agroinoculation, indicating that VIGS can be used to silence genes in eggplant. To further illustrate the reliability of VIGS in eggplant, we selected Chl H, Su and CLA1 as reporters to elicit VIGS using the high-pressure spray method. Suppression of Chl H and Su led to yellow leaves, while the depletion of CLA1 resulted in albino. In conclusion, four genes, PDS, Chl H, Su （Sulfur）, CLA1, were down-regulated significantly by VIGS, indicating that the VIGS system can be successfully applied in eggplant and is a reliable tool for the study of gene function.

Salmonella Enteritidis is a major public health threat of global proportions,while it is still a serious challenge to develop point-of-care detection *** this study,nanozymes(Fe-MOF nanoparticles)were successfully synthesized and applied as signal in a colorimetric immunoassay for naked-eye detection of Salmonella *** optimization,the proposed assay was able to detect Salmonella Enteritidis with a detection limit of 34 CFU/*** coefficients of variation(CV)of the test were less than 7.0%after 30 days storage at 4°*** estimated recoveries in milk samples of the colorimetric immu-noassay range from 94.68 to 124%,which indicated the developed method is capable of detecting Salmonella Enteritidis in real *** method provides a potential platform for Salmonella detection with naked eyes,which has a significant application value for foodborne pathogen analysis at the point-of-care.
