China is rich in abundant lithium resources characterized by considerable reserves and a concentrated distribution of metallogenic zones or belts,with proven reserves of 4046.8×10^(3) t(calculated based on Li_(2)O)by *** is also a big consumer of *** 2019,China’s lithium consumption in the battery sector alone had reached 99×10^(3) t,with an average annual growth rate of nearly 26%.China has become the world’s largest importer of lithium resources,showing a severely unbalanced relationship between supply and demand for lithium ***,there is an urgent need for the prospecting,exploitation,and study of lithium resources in *** study collected,organized,and summarized the data on the major lithium deposits in China,analyzed and compared the spatial-temporal distribution patterns,geological characteristics,and metallogenic regularity of these lithium deposits,and summarized the prospecting and research achievements over the last *** major lithium deposits in China are distributed in provinces and regions such as Qinghai,Jiangxi,Sichuan,Tibet,and *** deposits are mostly small in *** to different genetic types,this study divided lithium deposits into granitic pegmatite type,granite type,saline lake brine type,underground brine type,and sedimentary type,as well as new types including hot spring type and magmatic-hydrothermal type,and summarized the characteristics and key metallogenic factors of these different types of *** metallogenic prospect areas of lithium deposits were delineated according to the deposit types and the distribution patterns of metallogenic *** paper introduced the research progress in major metallogenic models and lithium extraction techniques made over the past *** on the comprehensive analysis of the prospecting potential of lithium deposits,the authors concluded that the future prospecting of lithium resources in China should focus on lithium metallogenic

Transition metal sulfides have great potential as anode mterials for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)due to their high theoretical specific ***,the inferior intrinsic conductivity and large volume variation during sodiation-desodiation processes seriously affect its high-rate and long-cyde performance,unbeneficial for the application as fast-charging and long-cycling SIBs ***,the three-dimensional porous Cu_(1.81)S/nitrogen-doped carbon frameworks(Cu_(1.81)S/NC)are synthesized by the simple and facile sol-gel and annealing processes,which can accommodate the volumetric expansion of Cu_(1.81)S nanoparticles and accelerate the transmission of ions and electrons during Na^(+)insertion/extraction processes,exhibiting the excellent rate capability(250.6 mA·g^(-1)at 20.0 A·g^(-1))and outstanding cycling stability(70% capacity retention for 6000 cycles at 10.0 A·g^(-1))for ***,the Na-ion full cells coupled with Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)/C cathode also demonstrate the satisfactory reversible specific capacity of 330.5 mAh·g^(-1)at 5.0 A·g^(-1)and long-cycle performance with the 86.9% capacity retention at 2.0 A·g^(-1)after 750 *** work proposes a promising way for the conversionbased metal sulfides for the applications as fast-charging sodium-ion battery anode.

Ozone (O3) poses a significant global public health concern as it exerts adverse effects on human cardiovascular health. Nevertheless, there remains a lack of comprehensive understanding regarding the relationships between O3 exposure and the risk of cardiovascular diseases (CVD), as well as the underlying biological mechanisms. To address this knowledge gap, this narrative review meticulously summarizes the existing epidemiological evidence, susceptibility, and potential underlying biological mechanisms linking O3 exposure with CVD. An increasing body of epidemiological studies has demonstrated that O3 exposure heightens the incidence and mortality of CVD, including specific subtypes such as ischemic heart disease, hypertension, and heart failure. Certain populations display heightened vulnerability to these effects, particularly children, the elderly, obese individuals, and those with pre-existing conditions. Proposed biological mechanisms suggest that O3 exposure engenders respiratory and systemic inflammation, oxidative stress, disruption of autonomic nervous and neuroendocrine systems, as well as impairment of coagulation function, glucose, and lipid metabolism. Ultimately, these processes contribute to vascular dysfunction and the development of CVD. However, some studies have reported the absence of associations between O3 and CVD, or even potentially protective effects of O3. Inconsistencies among the literature may be attributed to inaccurate assessment of personal O3 exposure levels in epidemiologic studies, as well as confounding effects stemming from co-pollutants and temperature. Consequently, our findings underscore the imperative for further research, including the development of reliable methodologies for assessing personal O3 exposure, exploration of O3 exposure's impact on cardiovascular health, and elucidation of its biological mechanisms.

BACKGROUND For patients with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs)carrying the ckit exon 11 mutation,imatinib(IM)at a standard dosage of 400 mg per day is the preferred first-line *** cases where treatment with IM fails,there is an urgent need for a more precise assessment method to determine whether to switch therapies or escalate the IM *** approach will enhance clinical decision-making and optimize patient *** To investigate IM plasma concentration’s role in second-line treatment decisions for c-kit 11-mutated advanced GISTs post-IM *** Patients with advanced GIST harboring c-kit 11 mutation who experienced failure with IM 400 mg per day as first-line treatment at our hospital were retrospectively *** were categorized into a low plasma(LP)concentration group(LP group,0.05).For the HP group(n=47),Group B(n=18)had a higher DCR and longer PFS than Group A(n=29)(P=0.008 and P=0.03,respectively).No difference in OS was observed between the two subgroups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Increasing IM dosage for c-kit 11-mutated advanced GISTs post-IM failure may prolong OS if plasma concentration is<1100 ng/*** tyrosine kinase inhibitors may improve DCR and PFS if≥1100 ng/mL.

BACKGROUND Gallbladder neuroendocrine carcinoma(NEC)represents a subtype of gallbladder malignancies characterized by a low incidence,aggressive nature,and poor *** its clinical severity,the genetic alterations,mechanisms,and signaling pathways underlying gallbladder NEC remain *** SUMMARY This case study presents a rare instance of primary gallbladder NEC in a 73-year-old female patient,who underwent a radical cholecystectomy with hepatic hilar lymphadenectomy and resection of liver segments IV-B and *** gene sequencing and bioinformatics analysis tools,including STRING,GeneMANIA,Metascape,TRRUST,Sangerbox,cBioPortal and GSCA,were used to analyze the biological functions and features of mutated genes in gallbladder *** mutations(APC,ARID2,IFNA6,KEAP1,RB1,SMAD4,TP53,BTK,GATA1,GNAS,and PRDM3)were identified,and the tumor mutation burden was determined to be 9.52 muts/Mb via targeted gene sequencing.A protein-protein interaction network showed significant interactions among the twelve mutated *** Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analyses were used to assess mutation functions and *** results revealed 40 tumor-related pathways.A key regulatory factor for gallbladder NEC-related genes was identified,and its biological functions and features were compared with those of gallbladder *** Gallbladder NEC requires standardized *** with other gallbladder carcinomas revealed clinical phenotypes,molecular alterations,functional characteristics,and enriched pathways.

泥沙冲淤过程模拟的三维可视化不仅能改善泥沙过程信息的视觉效果,更有助于发现泥沙运动的宏观规律,并为过程模拟数据的深层次分析奠定基础。主要提出了基于高精度、大范围DEM数据的断面控制点提取方法,采用网格逼近的方法生成了三维河道地形;与大尺度流域三维场景形成嵌套结构;研究了大范围河道泥沙动态仿真中的LOD和无缝拼接技术,并采用伪彩色技术表现河道冲淤时空分布,开发了纵横断面冲淤分析模块。该研究能够直观地分析泥沙冲淤变化规律,能够为水利工程规划和设计、河道和航道整治提供决策支持。

Applied field magnetoplasmadynamic thrusters(AF-MPDTs), with their high specific impulse and considerable thrust, are increasingly favored for large-scale space missions. This paper presents the composition, functionality, and testing methods of a high-power electric propulsion performance testing system, along with the vacuum ignition test results of a 100 kW superconducting MPD thruster. The relationships between thruster efficiency, magnetic field strength, current,and mass flow rate are analyzed. For each combination of current and flow rate in an AF-MPDT, there is an optimal magnetic field strength where the thruster efficiency reaches its peak. Under conditions of 320 A current and 60 mg/s flow rate,the optimal magnetic field strength is 0.5 T, yielding the highest thruster efficiency of 71%.

介绍了三峡库区洪水演进三维可视化仿真系统的开发。探讨了基于高精度、大范围DEM数据的断面控制点提取方法,采用网格逼近的方法生成了三维河道地形,与大尺度流域三维场景形成嵌套结构;在与一维水动力学模型集成的基础上,提出了基于断面的河道边界搜索算法,采用动态纹理技术和纹理坐标求解实现了大范围水面动态模拟;开发了三维场景中手动和自动漫游方式、实时信息查询以及淹没过程分析模块。所研制的系统使流域洪水演进模拟具有真实自然的可视化效果,可有效地模拟流域洪水的三维演进过程。

Tomato(Solanum lycopersicum)is an important fruit and vegetable crop in *** fertility of tomato reproductive organs can be dramatically decreased when ambient temperatures rise above 35°C,reducing tomato fruit *** is necessary to identify transcription factors(TFs)and target genes involved in heat stress response(HSR)signaling cascades in tomato flower buds to improve tomato plant *** this study,we profiled genes expressed in three developmental stages of tomato flower *** and turquoise modules for heat stress(HS)were identified through gene co-expression network analysis,and the genes within these modules were enriched in HS-related *** focusing on the TFs in the two modules,we identified several novel HSR-related TFs,including SlWRKY75,SlMYB117,and ***,homology analysis illustrated a conserved signaling cascade in ***,we identified and experimentally validated four HSF-regulated genes,namely SlGrpE,SlERDJ3A,SlTIL,and SlPOM1,that likely modulate thermotolerance in *** results provide a high-resolution atlas of gene expression during tomato flower bud development under HS conditions,which is a valuable resource for uncovering potential regulatory networks associated with the HSR in tomato.
