CNKSR2 interactome analysis indicates its association with the centrosome/microtubule system

The protein connector enhancer of kinase suppressor of Ras 2(CNKSR2),present in both the postsynaptic density and cytoplasm of neurons,is a scaffolding protein with several protein-binding *** of the CNKSR2 gene have been implicated in neurodevelopmental disorders,particularly intellectual disability,although the precise mechanism involved has not yet been fully *** has demonstrated that CNKSR2 plays a role in facilitating the localization of postsynaptic density protein complexes to the membrane,thereby influencing synaptic signaling and the morphogenesis of dendritic ***,the function of CNKSR2 in the cytoplasm remains to be *** this study,we used immunoprecipitation and high-resolution liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry to identify the interactors of *** a combination of bioinformatic analysis and cytological experiments,we found that the CNKSR2 interactors were significantly enriched in the proteome of the *** also showed that CNKSR2 interacted with the microtubule protein DYNC1H1 and with the centrosome marker *** colocalization analysis confirmed the centrosomal localization of *** we downregulated CNKSR2 expression in mouse neuroblastoma cells(Neuro 2A),we observed significant changes in the expression of numerous centrosomal *** manipulation also affected centrosome-related functions,including cell size and shape,cell proliferation,and ***,we found that CNKSR2 interactors were highly enriched in de novo variants associated with intellectual disability and autism spectrum *** findings establish a connection between CNKSR2 and the centrosome,and offer new insights into the underlying mechanisms of neurodevelopmental disorders.

Multi-wavelength plasmonic optoelectronic memristor for reconfigurable logic operations and mixed-color pattern recognition

Optoelectronic memristors have emerged as promising hardware platforms for highly efficient image perception owing to their low crosstalk, fast response, and low power consumption. However, the development of optoelectronic memristors with multi-wavelength recognition capabilities remains constrained by the limitations of their inherent bandgap. In this work, a multi-wavelength-modulated optoelectronic memristor that operates based on the localized surface plasmon resonance effect is developed using silver（Ag）-titanium dioxide（TiO2）/polymethyl methacrylate（PMMA） nanocomposites. The SET voltage can be gradually reduced by modulating the optical wavelength of visible irradiation. On this basis, reconfigurable IMP and False logic operations have been implemented in the memristive logic circuit. The neuromorphic visual preprocessing and recognition function for mixed-color patterns is demonstrated based on wavelength-dependent resistive switching behaviors. The proposed optoelectronic memristor enables high-density storage and in-memory computing.

This work aimed to use a syringe as an experimental platform,and Salmonella typhimurium as a research model to develop a simple,cheap,rapid,and disposable optical ***,an elaborate separator with multiple fluidic channels and high-gradient magnetic fields,consisting of permanent magnets,was 3D printed and installed inside a 10 mL ***,the mixture of bacterial samples,immune magnetic nanoparticles and immune gold@platinum nanozymes was repeatedly pulled and pushed by the syringe to realize sufficient mixing and immunoreaction for the formation of nanoparticle-bacteriananozyme conjugates,which were subsequently captured in the fluidic *** washing with skim milk and ultrapure water,colorless TMB substrate was drawn into the fluidic channels and catalyzed by the nanozymes to produce blue TMBox ***,a self-developed smartphone APP was employed to analyze the image of catalysate for Salmonella *** biosensor could detect as low as 87 CFU/mL Salmonella in 25 min with a linear range of 1.08×10～2–1.08×106CFU/mL.

Dark energy effects on surface gravitational redshift and Keplerian frequency of neutron stars

Research on the properties of neutron stars with dark energy is a particularly interesting yet unresolved problem in *** analyze the influence of dark energy on the equation of state,the maximum mass,the surface gravitational redshift and the Keplerian frequency for the traditional neutron star and the hyperon star matter within the relativistic mean field theory,using the GM1 and TM1 parameter sets by considering the two flavor symmetries of SU(6)and SU(3)combined with the observations of PSR J1614-2230,PSR J0348+0432,PSR J0030+0451,RX J0720.4-3125,and 1E *** is found that the existence of dark energy leads to the softened equations of the state of the traditional neutron star and the hyperon *** radius of a fixed-mass traditional neutron star(or hyperon star)with dark energy becomes smaller,which leads to increased *** existence of dark energy can also enhance the surface gravitational redshift and the Keplerian frequency of traditional neutron stars and hyperon *** growth of the Keplerian frequency may cause the spin rate to speed up,which may provide a possible way to understand and explain the pulsar glitch ***,we infer that the mass and the surface gravitational redshift of PSR J1748-2446ad without dark energy for the GM1(TM1)parameter set are 1.141 M_(☉)(1.309 M_(☉))and 0.095(0.105),*** corresponding values for the GM1(TM1)parameter set are 0.901 M_(☉)(1.072M_(☉))and 0.079(0.091)if PSR J1748-2446ad contains dark energy withα=*** J1748-2446ad may be a low-mass pulsar with a lower surface gravitational redshift under our selected models.

Flow and Heat Transfer of Hydrocarbon Fuel in a Channel with Staggered-Side-Gap Micro Ribs

SCRamjet is exposed to severe thermal environments during hypersonic flights,which poses a serious challenge to the engine cooling *** cooling with hydrocarbon fuel is considered promising,in which the hydrocarbon fuel flows through micro channels（200 μm-3 mm） to absorb the combustion heat *** strictly limited hydrocarbon fuel onboard,heat transfer deterioration and over-temperature are highly *** this paper,micro ribs with staggered side gaps are introduced and numerically studied to enhance the heat *** with the straight channel and channel with straight micro ribs,the staggered side gaps alleviate the local low velocity zone and intensify the longitudinal and transverse *** heat transfer is obviously *** rib height enhances the heat transfer by stronger side gap effects at the cost of larger pressure *** best overall heat transfer factor η is achieved in the case of hrib/H=0.1,which increases by 204.5% comparing to the straight *** the rib interval is too small or too large,it approaches to the straight *** best overall heat transfer factor η is achieved in the case of L/prib=100,which increases by212.9% comparing to the straight *** is known the improvement in the geometry of the ribs,i.e.,the staggered-side-gap micro ribs,induces extra transverse vortex and improves the heat transfer performance more *** research of this paper provides support for the cooling design of the SCRamjet.

Detectability of Discrete Event Systems Under Sensor Attacks

The authors consider the property of detectability of discrete event systems in the presence of sensor attacks in the context of cyber-security. The authors model the system using an automaton and study the general notion of detectability where a given set of state pairs needs to be(eventually or periodically) distinguished in any estimate of the state of the system. The authors adopt the ALTER sensor attack model from previous work and formulate four notions of CA-detectability in the context of this attack model based on the following attributes: strong or weak; eventual or periodic. The authors present verification methods for strong CA-detectability and weak CA-detectability. The authors present definitions of strong and weak periodic CA-detectability that are based on the construction of a verifier automaton called the augmented CA-observer. The development also resulted in relaxing assumptions in prior results on D-detectability, which is a special case of CA-detectability.
