研究确定了用石灰乳提纯含NaCl的亚硝酸钙产品的最佳工艺条件 ,即 :Ca(OH) 2 /Ca(NO2 ) 2 摩尔比为 1 .2∶1 ,沉淀反应的加热搅拌温度和时间分别是 >90℃、>3 0min ,水解反应的温度和时间分别是沸腾、2 0min。经过一次提纯操作 ,产品中的Ca(NO2 ) 2 含量可由 89%提高到 97% ,或由 92 %提高到 98%。

BACKGROUND Rare liver tumors(RLTs)have an extremely low likelihood of forming,and some have been recorded only in isolated *** lack of normal clinical symptoms in RLTs makes preoperative diagnosis extremely challenging,which results in frequent *** present case report helps enhance our ability to recognize and treat uncommon liver tumor *** SUMMARY We describe four distinct examples of rare liver tumor *** cases were all true cases with no conventional clinical signs or imaging *** all patients,hepatic occupancy was discovered on physical examination,which raised the preoperative suspicion of hepatic *** tumors were surgically removed,and postoperative histology and immunohistochemistry were performed to confirm the *** first patient had primary hepatic *** second case involved a primary hepatic neuroendocrine *** two patients had malignant liver tumors,and both had extremely satisfactory surgical *** third case involved focal hepatic steatosis,and the fourth case involved a single necrotic nodule in the *** two patients had benign liver tumors,but they had already undergone surgery and did not require any postoperative *** The number of patients with RLTs is small,and the clinical and imaging results are *** diagnosis is challenging,and patients are sometimes mistakenly diagnosed with liver cancer,which leads to unnecessary surgical therapy in certain individuals.

This study aims to further enhance the oil recovery of reservoirs in the Zhong-2 Block of the Gudao Oilfield by identifying the most effective microbial-flooding activator systems and applying them in the *** began by analyzing the structure of the reservoirs'endogenous microbial communities to understand the potential impact of microbial *** was followed by determining commonly used activator systems based on their abilities to stimulate oil-displacement functional *** laboratory experiments on oil displacement efficiency and sweep characteristics,we determined the optimal activator injection method(injection ratio)and the requisite bacterial concentration for maximal microbial-flooding ***,we selected the optimal activator systems and applied them to field *** findings suggest the target block is highly receptive to *** terms of performance,the activator systems ranked as No.3>No.4>No.1>***,a deep activator system,when compared to the top-performing No.3 system,exhibited a higher bacterial concentration peak and longer peaking *** oil displacement effects were observed at a 1:4 vol ratio between the No.3 activator and deep activator systems,with bacterial concentrations of up to 106 cells/mL or *** tests with the selected activator systems,following a specific injection protocol,demonstrated a notable increase in oil production and a reduction in water cut.

Environmental endocrine disruptors,represented by bisphenol A(BPA),have been widely detected in the environment,bringing potential health risks to human ***-containing biocarbon catalyst can activate peroxymonosulfate(PMS)to degrade BPA in water,but its active sites remain ***,in this work,nitrogen-containing biochar,i.e.,C–Nedge,enriched with graphitic-N defects at the edges was prepared by one-pot co-pyrolysis of chitosan and potassium *** results showed that the C–Nedge/PMS system can effectively degrade 98%of BPA(50 mg/L).The electron transfer based non-radical oxidation mechanism was responsible for BPA *** graphitic-N doping endows biochar with strong electron transfer *** catalyst had good recovery and reuse *** catalytic oxidation was also feasible for other refractory pollutants removal and worked well for treating practical *** work may provide valuable information in unraveling the N doping configurationactivity relationship during activating PMS by biochar.

The Lamiaceae family is renowned for its terpenoid-based medicinal components,but Leonurus,which has traditional medicinal uses,stands out for its alkaloid-rich ***,the principal active compound found in Leonurus,has demonstrated promising effects in reducing blood lipids and treating ***,the biosynthetic pathway of leonurine remains largely ***,we present the chromosome-level genome sequence assemblies of Leonurus japonicus,known for its high leonurine production,and Leonurus sibiricus,characterized by very limited leonurine *** integrating genomics,RNA sequencing,metabolomics,and enzyme activity assay data,we constructed the leonurine biosynthesis pathway and identified the arginine decarboxylase(ADC),uridine diphosphate glucosyltransferase(UGT),and serine carboxypeptidase-like(SCPL)acyltransferase enzymes that catalyze key reactions in this *** analyses revealed that the UGT–SCPL gene cluster evolved by gene duplication in the ancestor of Leonurus and neofunctionalization of SCPL in ***,which contributed to the accumulation of leonurine specifically in ***,our comprehensive study illuminates leonurine biosynthesis and its evolution in Leonurus.
