Next-generation sequencing has allowed identification of millions of somatic mutations in human cancer cells.A key challenge in interpreting cancer genomes is to distinguish drivers of cancer development among available genetic *** address this issue,we present the first webbased application,consensus cancer driver gene caller(C^3),to identify the consensus driver genes using six different complementary strategies,i.e.,frequency-based,machine learning-based,functional bias-based,clustering-based,statistics model-based,and network-based *** application allows users to specify customized operations when calling driver genes,and provides solid statistical evaluations and interpretable visualizations on the integration results.C^3 is implemented in Python and is freely available for public use at http://***/c3.

Background The latest version of the American Joint Committee on Cancer （AJCC） TNM staging system has not comprehensively evaluated the impact of tumour length on survival in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Our study explored the relationship between tumour length and clinicopathological characteristics as well as long-term survival. Methods All 202 cases of esophageal resections done from January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2008 in Huashan Hospital, Fudan University were reviewed and followed up. Results Patients with tumour length 〉3 cm were related to more advanced tumour stage （χ2=55.9, P 〈0.001）, more metastatic lymph nodes （χ2=14.6, P 〈0.001）, increased metastatic lymph node ratio （χ2=16.1, P 〈0.001） and worse overall TNM stage （χ2=48.1, P 〈0.001）. Univariate and multivariate analyses indicated that tumour length was a significant prognostic risk factor （95% CI 0.235-0.947, P=-0.035）. Subgroup analyses disclosed that tumour length was a valuable prognostic predictor in patients with lower T stage, absence of metastatic lymph nodes and lower TNM stage. Conclusions Esophageal tumour length is a predictive factor for long-term survival especially for lower tumour stage, absence of metastatic lymph nodes and lower TNM stage patients. Tumour length should be incorporated in the staging system as an important grouping factor for better prognostic evaluation.

Convertible hydrogel supercapacitors have emerged as promising energy storage devices in switches,diodes, and transistors. However, inherent weaknesses in ionic conductivity, mechanical properties,and water retention of hydrogel electrolytes seriously hinder their development. Inspired by the hardness conversion of sea cucumber skin, a conductivity and mechanics dual-tunable salt gel electrolyte is successfully designed. The salt gel presents a reversible switching of conductors-insulators and a mechanical regulation between softness and hardness via the dissolution-crystallization transition of sodium acetate trihydrate（SAT）. Meanwhile, the salt gels spontaneously grow a layer of “armor” through saturated phase-change salt crystals effectively reducing water evaporation of hydrogel ***, this phase-change soft-rigid conversion strategy will expand the capabilities of gel-based flexible supercapacitors(area capacitance: 258.6 mF cm-2), and the capacitance retention rate could still reach 86.9% after 3000 cycles at high temperatures. Moreover, the salt gel supercapacitor is potentially used in over-heat alarm systems. It is anticipated that the strategy of conductivity and mechanics of dual-tunable salt gel would provide a new perspective on the development of energy storage devices,wearable electronics, and flexible robots.

The new energy power generation is becoming increasingly important in the power *** as photovoltaic power generation has become a research hotspot,however,due to the characteristics of light radiation changes,photovoltaic power generation is unstable and random,resulting in a low utilization rate and directly affecting the stability of the power *** solve this problem,this paper proposes a coordinated control strategy for a newenergy power generation system with a hybrid energy storage unit based on the lithium iron phosphate-supercapacitor hybrid energy storage ***,the variational mode decomposition algorithm is used to separate the high and low frequencies of the power signal,which is conducive to the rapid and accurate suppression of the power fluctuation of the energy storage ***,the fuzzy control algorithm is introduced to balance the power between energy *** this paper,the actual data is used for simulation,and the simulation results show that the strategy realizes the effective suppression of the bus voltage fluctuation and the accurate control of the internal state of the energy storage unit,effectively avoiding problems such as overshoot and over-discharge,and can significantly improve the stability of the photovoltaic power generation systemand the stability of the Direct Current *** is of great significance to promote the development of collaborative control technology for photovoltaic hybrid energy storage units.

钆对比剂是含有顺磁性金属离子Gd^(3+)的螯合物,能够通过增强T1加权像上的信号强度,提高病灶与正常组织的对比度及显示病灶的血流动力学特征,对磁共振成像技术的革新和发展有很大的帮助,近年来使用率呈逐年增加的趋势。自1987年首个钆对比剂被FDA批准上市,目前共9种钆对比剂投入临床使用,不同种类的钆对比剂的稳定性主要取决于各种类型分子结构的热力学常数、动力学稳定常数和条件稳定常数,动物实验及临床研究均证实了使用钆对比剂后钆在体内各组织器官的沉积。尽管目前临床普遍认为钆对比剂是安全的,但仍有部分患者发生不良反应,头痛、恶心、味觉改变和荨麻疹是最常见的不良反应,极少数患者可能发生过敏性休克或远期发生肾源性系统性纤维化。本文旨在通过对大量文献进行回顾分析及本院数据总结,对钆对比剂的主要特征和不良反应进行了详细的介绍,以利于将钆对比剂更安全地应用于临床。

MXenes obtained significant attention in the field of energy storage devices due to their characteristic layered structure,modifiable surface functional groups,large electrochemically active surface,and regulable interlayer ***,the self-restacking and sluggish ions diffusion kinetics performance of MXenes during the alkali metal ions insertion/extraction process severely impedes their cycle stability and rate *** paper proposes an aniline molecule welding strategy for welding p-phenylenediamine（PPDA） into the interlayers of Ti2C through a dehydration condensation *** welded PPDA molecules can contribute pillar effect to the layered structure of *** pillar effect effectively maintains the structural stability during the sodium ions insertion/extraction process and effectively expands the interlayer spacing of Ti2C from 1.16 to 1.38 nm,thereby enhancing ions diffusion kinetics performance and improving the long-term cycle *** Ti2C-PPDA demonstrates outstanding Na+storage capability,exhibiting a specific capacity of 100.2 mAh·g-1at a current density of 0.1 A·g-1over 960 cycles and delivering a remarkable rate capability 81.2 mAh·g-1at a current density of 5 A·*** study demonstrates that expanding interlayer spacing is a promising strategy to enhance the Na+storage capacity and improve long-term cycling stability,which provides significant guidance for the design of two-dimensional Na+storage materials with high-rate capability and cycle stability.
