Cryopreservation of rare testicular-retrieved spermatozoa for intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)in patients with severe oligozoospermia and azoospermia remains a major challenge in clinical *** study evaluated the Cryopiece system as a potential technique to cryopreserve rare human spermatozoa for *** numbers of ejaculated(24 patients)and testicular(13 patients)spermatozoa were cryopreserved using the Cryopiece *** total number of recovered spermatozoa and motility were assessed after ***-seven couples underwent ICSI using spermatozoa cryopreserved by the Cryopiece system,and ICSI outcomes(rates of fertilization,embryo cleavage,and clinical pregnancy)were *** average sperm post-thaw retrieval rate was 79.1%,and motility was 29.7%.Ejaculated spermatozoa had a higher post-thaw motility(32.5%)than testicular spermatozoa(21.8%;P=0.005).ICSI achieved a fertilization rate of 61.9%,embryo cleavage rate of 84.6%,and clinical pregnancy rate of 43.3%.The ICSI outcomes in the ejaculated and testicular frozen-thawed spermatozoa were *** oocyte activation(AOA)after ICSI with motile(72.1%)or immotile(71.9%)spermatozoa resulted in a significantly higher fertilization rate than that when using motile spermatozoa without AOA(52.0%;P=0.005).However,AOA did not enhance the clinical pregnancy rate(55.6%or 40.0%vs 35.3%;P=0.703).The Cryopiece system is simple and useful for the cryopreservation of small numbers of ejaculated or testicular spermatozoa for ICSI in patients with severe oligozoospermia or nonobstructive azoospermia.

Aiming at the design problem of aviation swarm combat course of action(COA),considering the influence of stochastic parameters in the causal relationship model and optimization problem model,according to the dynamic influence net(DIN)theory,stochastic simulation technique,feedforward neural network(FNN)function approximation technique and multi-objective artificial fish school algorithm(MOAFSA),this paper proposed a COA optimized method based on DIN and multi-objective stochastic chance constraint optimization for aviation swarm ***,on the basis of establishing the overall framework of the model and defining the elements of causal relationship modeling,the static and dynamic causal relationship modeling and optimization problem modeling were carried out ***,the probability propagation mechanism of DIN was established,which mainly included two aspects,i.e.,the overall process and the specific ***,input and output data were generated based on stochastic *** to these data,FNN was adopted for function approximation,and MOAFSA was adopted for iterative ***,the rationality of the model,and the effectiveness and superiority of the algorithm were verified through multiple sets of simulation cases.

In order to accurately assess the risk of the hybrid AC/DC network under fault,a risk assessment method for the hybrid AC/DC system based on the transient energy function is ***,based on the energy transfer relationship of the hybrid AC/DC power system,the transient energy function model of the hybrid AC/DC system is *** on the operating data of the power grid,the energy function is used as an efficiency variable,and the efficiency variable is integrated into the prior risk probability calculation of nodes in the network,and a Bayesian network-based risk assessment model of hybrid AC/DC system is *** the dynamic update model of network cascading failures,the clique tree propagation algorithm is used to dynamically calculate the posterior risk probability of the node to realize the dynamic assessment of the network ***,the improved IEEE-39 node hybrid AC/DC system is used as an example for *** results show that the proposed model can not only effectively evaluate the overall safety of the network,but also has feasibility in predicting faults,which can provide a theoretical basis for the stability control of the hybrid AC/DC system.

One-stage partial nitrification coupled with anammox(PN/A)technology effectively reduces the energy consumption of a biological nitrogen removal *** nitrite-oxidizing bacteria(NOB)is essential for this technology to maintain efficient nitrogen removal *** ammonium concentration(IAC)affects the degree of inhibited *** this study,the effect of the IAC on a PN/A biofilm was investigated in a moving bed biofilm *** results showed that nitrogen removal efficiency decreased from 82.49%±1.90%to 64.57%±3.96%after the IAC was reduced from 60 to 20 mg N/L,while the nitrate production ratio increased from 13.87%±0.90%to 26.50%±3.76%.NOB activity increased to1,133.86 mg N/m^(2)/day after the IAC decreased,approximately 4-fold,indicating that the IAC plays an important inhibitory role in *** rate-limiting step in the mature biofilm of the PN/A system is the nitritation process and is not shifted by the *** analysis of the microbial community structure in the biofilm indicates that the IAC was the dominant factor in changes in community *** and *** were the main anammox bacteria,and Nitrosomonas and Nitrospira were the main AOB and NOB,*** did not affect the difference in growth between *** and ***,modulating the IAC promoted the PN/A process with efficient nitrogen removal performance at medium to low ammonium concentrations.

Laser powder bed fusion(L-PBF)has been employed to additively manufacture WE43 magnesium(Mg)alloy biodegradable implants,but WE43 L-PBF samples exhibit excessively rapid *** this work,dense WE43 L-PBF samples were built with the relativity density reaching 99.9%.High temperature oxidation was performed on the L-PBF samples in circulating air via various heating temperatures and holding *** oxidation and diffusion at the elevated temperature generated a gradient structure composed of an oxide layer at the surface,a transition layer in the middle and the *** oxide layer consisted of rare earth(RE)oxides,and became dense and thick with increasing the holding *** matrix was composed ofα-Mg,RE oxides and Mg_(24)RE_(5) *** precipitates almost disappeared in the transition *** passivation effect was observed in the samples treated by a suitable high temperature *** original L-PBF samples lost 40%weight after 3-day immersion in Hank’s solution,and broke into fragments after 7-day *** casted and solution treated samples lost roughly half of the weight after 28-day *** high temperature oxidation samples,which were heated at 525℃ for 8 h,kept the structural integrity,and lost only 6.88%weight after 28-day *** substantially improved corrosion resistance was contributed to the gradient structure at the *** one hand,the outmost dense layer of RE oxides isolated the corrosive medium;on the other hand,the transition layer considerably inhibited the corrosion owing to the lack of ***,high temperature oxidation provides an efficient,economic and safe approach to inhibit the corrosion of WE43 L-PBF samples,and has promising prospects for future clinical applications.

Laser powder bed fusion(L-PBF)of Mg alloys has provided tremendous opportunities for customized production of aeronautical and medical *** thickness(LT)is of great significance to the L-PBF process but has not been studied for Mg *** this study,WE43 Mg alloy bulk cubes,porous scaffolds,and thin walls with layer thicknesses of 10,20,30,and 40μm were *** required laser energy input increased with increasing layer thickness and was different for the bulk cubes and porous *** tended to occur at the connection joints in porous scaffolds for LT40 and could be eliminated by reducing the laser energy *** thin wall parts,a large overhang angle or a small wall thickness resulted in porosity when a large layer thicknesses was used,and the porosity disappeared by reducing the layer thickness or laser energy input.A deeper keyhole penetration was found in all occasions with porosity,explaining the influence of layer thickness,geometrical structure,and laser energy input on the *** the samples achieved a high fusion quality with a relative density of over 99.5%using the optimized laser energy *** increased layer thickness resulted to more precipitation phases,finer grain sizes and decreased grain *** the similar high fusion quality,the tensile strength and elongation of bulk samples were significantly improved from 257 MPa and 1.41%with the 10μm layer to 287 MPa and 15.12%with the 40μm layer,in accordance with the microstructural *** effect of layer thickness on the compressive properties of porous scaffolds was ***,the corrosion rate of bulk samples accelerated with increasing the layer thickness,mainly attributed to the increased number of precipitation phases.
