Inverse Fluid-solid Interaction Scattering Problem Using Phased and Phaseless Far Field Data

We consider the inverse fluid-solid interaction scattering of incident plane wave from the knowledge of the phased and phaseless far field *** the phased data,one direct sampling method for location and shape reconstruction is *** inner product is involved in the computation,which makes it very simple and fast to be *** the help of the factorization of the far field operator,we give a lower bound of the proposed indicator functional for the sampling points inside the elastic *** for the sampling points outside,we show that the indicator functional decays like the Bessel function as the points go away from the boundaries of the elastic *** also show that the proposed indicator functional continuously dependents on the far field patterns,which further implies that the novel sampling method is extremely stable with respect to data *** the phaseless data,to overcome the translation invariance,we consider the scattering of point sources *** adding a reference sound-soft obstacle into the scattering system,we show some uniqueness results with phaseless far field ***,we introduce a phase retrieval algorithm to retrieve the phased data without the additional *** novel phase retrieval algorithm can also be combined with the sampling method for phased *** also design two novel direct sampling methods using the phaseless data ***,some numerical simulations in two dimensions are conducted with noisy data,and the results further verify the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed numerical methods.

Two integrable generalizations of WKI and FL equations: Positive and negative flows, and conservation laws

With the aid of Lenard recursion equations, an integrable hierarchy of nonlinear evolution equations associated with a 2 × 2 matrix spectral problem is proposed, in which the first nontrivial member in the positive flows can be reduced to a new generalization of the Wadati–Konno–Ichikawa(WKI) equation. Further, a new generalization of the Fokas–Lenells(FL) equation is derived from the negative flows. Resorting to these two Lax pairs and Riccati-type equations, the infinite conservation laws of these two corresponding equations are obtained.

A cascaded microwave photonic filter based on a low- coherence infinite-impulse-response filter

A cascaded filter combining active and passive filters is proposed. The active filter acts as a low-coherence infinite-impulse-response (IIR) filter and achieves a sharp frequency response. The low-coherence IIR filter is realized by employing the cross-gain modulation (XGM) of the amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) spectrum of the semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA). The passive filter is an n-section unbalance Mach-Zehnder (UMZ) structure, which is used to increase free spectral range (FSR) and Q factor further. The low-coherence IIR filter cascaded with one section of UMZ passive filter is experimentally demonstrated, and a Q factor of 1268 is obtained.

Underwater video transceiver designs based on channel state information and video content

Underwater hostile channel conditions challenge video transmission designs. The current designs often treat video coding and transmission schemes as individual modules. In this study, we develop an adaptive transceiver with channel state information(CSI) by taking into account the importance of video components and channel conditions. The design is more effective than the traditional ones. However, in practical systems, perfect CSI may not be available. Therefore, we compare the imperfect CSI case with existing schemes, and validate the effectiveness of our design through simulations and measured channels in terms of a better peak signal-to-noise ratio and a higher video structural similarity index.

针对节点状态受噪声干扰且邻接拓扑随机变化的复杂网络,本文基于稀疏重构原理将其辨识问题转换成线性观测方程组的求解问题,并采用基于l_(1)-正则化的内点法进行求解,进而提出了l_(1)–正则化辨识方法.关于小世界网络的仿真结果表明,该方法简单易行、复杂度较低,仅需少量观测数据便可实现有效辨识,且相较于基于经典最小二乘或随机最小二乘的辨识方法具有更强的抗噪能力、更低的辨识误差.

大通江流域地形地貌复杂,易发生山洪灾害。精确模拟该区域径流过程和地表淹没范围,对于区域防洪管理和决策有重要意义。通过IFMS洪水分析软件构建大通江计算片区水动力学模型,并结合GIS软件分析洪水淹没区域。结果表明,10年一遇洪水时大通江干流洪水未出堤防,20年一遇洪水时大通县城城区上下游局部发生漫溢,50年一遇洪水时漫溢更为严重,洪水淹没范围进一步扩大;除两河口镇堤防尚不满足防洪标准外,其余堤防皆满足其相应防洪标准。研究结果可为该河段防洪工程规划、防汛抢险指挥等提供参考。
