Effect of teach-back health education combined with structured psychological nursing on adverse emotion and patient cooperation during ***/CT

BACKGROUND ***/CT is a commonly used examination method in nuclear ***,patients receiving ***/CT have insufficient knowledge of this method and worry about the examination *** To investigate the effect of teach-back health education combined with structured psychological nursing on adverse emotion and cooperation in patients undergoing ***/CT *** Ninety patients undergoing ***/CT examinations were divided into a study group and a control group using a simple random number table,and 45 cases were allocated to each *** nursing was provided to the control group,and teach-back health education combined with structured psychological nursing was provided to the study group on the basis of the control *** rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,self-rating depression scale(SDS),and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were assessed before and after the intervention,and examination cooperation and intervention satisfaction were assessed in the two groups before,during,and after the *** Before the examination,heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,and systolic blood pressure in the study group were not significantly different from the values of the control group(P>0.05).The results of the study group before and after the examination were lower than those in the control group(P0.05).After the intervention,SDS and SAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of cooperation was higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate with the intervention was higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Teach-back health education combined with structured psychological nursing can help maintain the stability of bloo

The advancement of direct seawater electrolysis is a significant step towards sustainable hydrogen production,addressing the critical need for renewable energy sources and efficient resource ***,direct seawater electrolysis has to face several challenges posed by the corrosiveness of highly concentrated chloride and the competitive chlorine evolution reaction(ClER).To overcome these issues,we designed a novel NiP_(2)@CoP electrocatalyst on a porous titanium microfiltration(Ti MF)*** obtained bifunctional NiP_(2)@CoP catalyst outperforms the Pt/C and IrO_(2),as evidenced by its low overpotentials of 192 and 425 mV at a current density of 500 mA·cm^(-2) for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in alkaline seawater(1 M KOH+0.5 M NaCl),***,only 231 and 569 mV overpotentials are required at the current density of 1500 mA·cm^(-2) towards HER and OER in alkaline seawater,*** importantly,no ClER was observed,demonstrating its excellent selectivity to *** selection of porous Ti MF membrane as an electrode substrate further enhances the performance by providing a robust structure that promotes the fast generation and release of gas *** promising outcomes obtained with NiP_(2)@CoP catalysts on Ti MF support,therefore,pave the way for the commercial viability of direct seawater electrolysis technologies at industrial-level current densities.

In this paper,we present a nonrecursive residual Monte Carlo method for estimating discretization errors associated with the S_(N) transport solution to radiation transport *** this technique is general,we applied it to the mono-energetic 1-D S_(N) equation with linear-discontinuous finite element method spatial discretization as a demonstration of the theory for the purpose of this *** angular flux representations:conforming and simplified representations were considered in this analysis,and the results were *** is shown that the simplified representation dramatically reduces the memory footprint and computational complexity of residual source generation and sampling while accurately capturing the error associated with certain types of responses.

A numerical model was established to calculate the cycle feed rate through studying the case of a cold pilger mill with the 304 stainless steel pipe. Firstly, the precise constitutive equation of 304 stainless steel was obtained through nonlinearly fitting the true stress-strain data from unidirectional tensile test. Then, the numerical method to calculate the equivalent deformation was determined according to the plastic deformation feature of the steel tube during cold rolling and the incremental theory. Finally, the cycle feed rate of cold roiled 304 stainless steel pipe was extracted when formulating springback through utilizing above results comprehensively and unloading law. Stress state, metal flow, finished pipe size and distribution of residual stress were obtained by finite element method to calculate the whole rolling process when the cycle feed rate was 10 mm, and the optimized model was verified through finished pipe size.

This paper gives a brief introduction to basic principle and working mode of atomic force microscope （AFM）. Sample preparation methods and factors that affect the AFM imaging of polysaccharide are described in detail. Advance in using AFM for morphological observation and quantitative study on polysaccharide molecules are reviewed. Research on single molecule force spectroscopy of polysaccharide and determination and adjustment of conformational change of sugar residue are introduced. Perspective on further application of AFM in polysaccharide investigation is presented.

Objective This study aimed to compare 9 perfluoroalkyl sulfonic acids(PFSA)with carbon chain lengths(C4–C12)to inhibit human placental 3β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase 1(3β-HSD1),aromatase,and rat 3β-HSD4 *** Human and rat placental 3β-HSDs activities were determined by converting pregnenolone to progesterone and progesterone secretion in JEG-3 cells was determined using HPLC/MS–MS,and human aromatase activity was determined by *** PFSA inhibited human 3β-HSD1 structure-dependently in the order:perfluorooctanesulfonic acid(PFOS,half-maximum inhibitory concentration,IC50:9.03±4.83μmol/L)>perfluorodecanesulfonic acid(PFDS,42.52±8.99μmol/L)>perfluoroheptanesulfonic acid(PFHpS,112.6±29.39μmol/L)>perfluorobutanesulfonic acid(PFBS)=perfluoropentanesulfonic acid(PFPS)=perfluorohexanesulfonic acid(PFHxS)=perfluorododecanesulfonic acid(PFDoS)(ineffective at 100μmol/L).6:2FTS(1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctanesulfonic acid)and 8:2FTS(1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecanesulfonic acid)did not inhibit human 3β-*** and PFHpS are mixed inhibitors,whereas PFDS is a competitive ***,1–10μmol/L PFOS and PFDS significantly reduced progesterone biosynthesis in JEG-3 *** analysis revealed that PFSA binds to the steroid-binding site of human 3β-HSD1 in a carbon chain length-dependent *** 100μmol/L PFSA solutions did not affect rat 3β-HSD4 and human placental aromatase *** Carbon chain length determines inhibitory potency of PFSA on human placental 3β-HSD1 in a V-shaped transition at PFOS(C8),with inhibitory potency of PFOS>PFDS>PFHpS>PFBS=PFPS=PFHxS=PFDoS=6:2FTS=8:2FTS.

BACKGROUND: Research has revealed a shift towards Th2 in many types of malignant tumor, but the state of Th1/Th2 is not clear in patients with primary hepatic cancer (PHC). This study was designed to determine the expression of Th1- versus Th2-type cytokines in primary hepatic cancer and the adjacent liver tissue in order to provide evidence for treatment of the Th1/Th2 shift. METHODS: Samples were collected from 11 patients with PHC. The gene expression of Th1/Th2 cytokines was detected by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) using IFN-gamma and IL-2 as Th1-type cytokine genes, and IL-4 and IL-10 as Th2-type cytokine genes. RESULTS: Th1-type cytokines were expressed in 7/11 PHCs and 9/11 adjacent liver tissues, while Th0 type cytokines occurred in 4/11 PHCs and 2/11 adjacent liver tissues. CONCLUSION: Th1-type cytokines are expressed predominantly in primary hepatic cancer and the adjacent liver tissue.

Hydrothermal reaction of benzene-1,2,4,5-tetracarboxylic （Btec） dianhydride with La203 lead to a new organometallic compound, [La2（betc）（Hbtec）（H20）3][HCONH（CH3）2] （1）. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that it crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n that mimics orthorhombic space group Pnma （viz. pseudo-merohedral twinning structure） with a = 7.6002（16）, b = 18.954（4）, c = 18.213（4） A., β = 90.121（3）°, V= 2623.5（9） A3, Z = 4, Mr= 907.21, Dc = 2.297 g/cm3, F（000） = 1752, μ（MoKa） = 3.32 mm^-1, R = 0.0575 and wR = 0.0956. The structure of I featres a 3-D framework constructed by La（III） cations, btec^4- ligands, Hbtec^3- ligands and coordinated water molecule. All of the La（III） cations are 10-coordinated by O atoms into 1-D infinite chains, which are further interconnected by C atoms of btec ligands to form a 3-D framework.

Effects of Adjuvant Chinese Patent Medicine Therapy on Prevention of Variceal Rebleeding:A Retrospective Cohort Study

Objective To assess whether adjuvant Chinese patent medicines(CPMs)to standard treatment could reduce recurrent bleeding after variceal bleeding in cirrhotic *** This study retrospectively collected 555 consecutive patients who recovered from variceal bleeding.A population-based cohort study was established depending on if adjuvant CPMs were administered to prevent rebleeding.A total of 139 patients who had taken⩾28 cumulative defined daily doses(cDDDs)of CPMs were included in the CPMs cohort,and 416 patients who used180 cDDDs of CPMs,*** median rebleeding interval in the CPMs cohort was significantly larger compared with the non-CPMs cohort(113.5 vs.93.0 days;P=0.008).Conclusion Adjuvant CPMs to standard therapy can significantly reduce the incidence of variceal rebleeding and delay the time to rebleeding.
