Research on a TOPSIS energy efficiency evaluation system for crude oil gathering and transportation systems based on a GA-BP neural network

As the main link of ground engineering,crude oil gathering and transportation systems require huge energy consumption and complex structures.It is necessary to establish an energy efficiency evaluation system for crude oil gathering and transportation systems and identify the energy efficiency gaps.In this paper,the energy efficiency evaluation system of the crude oil gathering and transportation system in an oilfield in western China is established.Combined with the big data analysis method,the GA-BP neural network is used to establish the energy efficiency index prediction model for crude oil gathering and transportation systems.The comprehensive energy consumption,gas consumption,power consumption,energy utilization rate,heat utilization rate,and power utilization rate of crude oil gathering and transportation systems are predicted.Considering the efficiency and unit consumption index of the crude oil gathering and transportation system,the energy efficiency evaluation system of the crude oil gathering and transportation system is established based on a game theory combined weighting method and TOPSIS evaluation method,and the subjective weight is determined by the triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.The entropy weight method determines the objective weight,and the combined weight of game theory combines subjectivity with objectivity to comprehensively evaluate the comprehensive energy efficiency of crude oil gathering and transportation systems and their subsystems.Finally,the weak links in energy utilization are identified,and energy conservation and consumption reduction are improved.The above research provides technical support for the green,efficient and intelligent development of crude oil gathering and transportation systems.

Postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD)remains a major issue that worsens the prognosis of elderly surgery patients.This article reviews the current research on the effect of different anesthesia methods and commonly utilized anesthetics on the incidence of POCD in elderly patients,aiming to provide an understanding of the underlying mechanisms contributing to this condition and facilitate the development of more reasonable anesthesia protocols,ultimately reducing the incidence of POCD in elderly surgery patients.

Background:Artificial intelligence(AI)technology represented by deep learning has made remarkable achievements in digital pathology,enhancing the accuracy and reliability of diagnosis and prognosis evaluation.The spatial distribution of CD3^(+)and CD8^(+)T cells within the tumor microenvironment has been demonstrated to have a significant impact on the prognosis of colorectal cancer(CRC).This study aimed to investigate CD3_(CT)(CD3^(+)T cells density in the core of the tumor[CT])prognostic ability in patients with CRC by using AI technology.Methods:The study involved the enrollment of 492 patients from two distinct medical centers,with 358 patients assigned to the training cohort and an additional 134 patients allocated to the validation cohort.To facilitate tissue segmentation and T-cells quantification in whole-slide images(WSIs),a fully automated workflow based on deep learning was devised.Upon the completion of tissue segmentation and subsequent cell segmentation,a comprehensive analysis was conducted.Results:The evaluation of various positive T cell densities revealed comparable discriminatory ability between CD3_(CT) and CD3-CD8(the combination of CD3^(+)and CD8^(+)T cells density within the CT and invasive margin)in predicting mortality(C-index in training cohort:0.65 vs.0.64;validation cohort:0.69 vs.0.69).The CD3_(CT) was confirmed as an independent prognostic factor,with high CD3_(CT) density associated with increased overall survival(OS)in the training cohort(hazard ratio[HR]=0.22,95%confidence interval[CI]:0.12–0.38,Plinical settings.

Multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment of massive hepatocellular carcinoma with hemorrhage:A case report and review of literature

BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),a major contributor to cancer-related deaths,is particularly prevalent in Asia,largely due to hepatitis B virus infection.Its prognosis is generally poor.This case report contributes to the medical literature by detailing a unique approach in treating a large HCC through multidisciplinary collaboration,particularly in patients with massive HCC complicated by ruptured bleeding,a scenario not extensively documented previously.CASE SUMMARY The patient presented with large HCC complicated by intratumoral bleeding.Treatment involved a multidisciplinary approach,providing individualized care.The strategy included drug-eluting bead transarterial chemoembolization,sorafenib-targeted therapy,laparoscopic partial hepatectomy,and standardized sintilimab monoclonal antibody therapy.Six months after treatment,the patient achieved complete radiological remission,with significant symptom relief.Imaging studies showed no lesions or recurrence,and clinical assessments confirmed complete remission.This report is notable as possibly the first docu-mented case of successfully treating such complex HCC conditions through integrated multidisciplinary efforts,offering new insights and a reference for future similar cases.CONCLUSION This study demonstrated effective multidisciplinary treatment for massive HCC with intratumoral bleeding,providing insights for future similar cases.

The research for three-dimension(3D)printing carbon and carbide energy storage devices has attracted widespread exploration interests.Being designable in structure and materials,graphene oxide(GO)and MXene accompanied with a direct ink writing exhibit a promising prospect for constructing high areal and volume energy density devices.This review not only summarizes the recent advances in 3D printing energy storage devices including printing methods,ink rheological properties,and different energy storage systems,but also discusses the printing methods related to energy storage.In addition,the binder or additive free of two-dimensional carbide materials is quite important for the present electrochemical energy storage devices,which also are presented.

Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)h ave attracted widespread attention due to their large surface area and porous structure.Rationally designing the nanostructures of MOFs to promote their application in ethanol electrooxidation is still a challenge.Here,a novel Cu-NCNs(Cu-nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes)support was synthesized by pyrolysis of melamine(MEL)and Cu-ZIF-8 together,and then,Pd-Au nanoalloys were loaded by sodium borohydride reduction method to prepare PdAu@Cu-NCNs catalysts.The generating mesoporous carbon with high specific surface area and favorable electron and mass transport can be used as a potential excellent carrier for PdAu nanoparticles.In addition,the balance of catalyst composition and surface structure was tuned by controlling the content of Pd and Au.Thus,the best-performed Pd_(2)Au_(2)@Cu-NCN-1000-2(where 1000 means the carrier calcination temperature,and 2 means the calcination constant temperature time)catalyst exhibits better long-term stability and electrochemical activity for ethanol oxidation in alkaline media(4.80 A·mg^(-1)),which is 5.05 times higher than that of commercial Pd/C(0.95 A·mg^(-1)).Therefore,this work is beneficial to further promoting the application of MOFs in direct ethanol fuel cells(DEFCs)and can be used as inspiration for the design of more efficient catalyst support structures.

Diphylleia Grayi-Inspired Intelligent Temperature-Responsive Transparent Nanofiber Membranes

Nanofiber membranes(NFMs) have become attractive candidates for next-generation flexible transparent materials due to their exceptional flexibility and breathability. However, improving the transmittance of NFMs is a great challenge due to the enormous reflection and incredibly poor transmission generated by the nanofiber-air interface. In this research, we report a general strategy for the preparation of flexible temperature-responsive transparent(TRT) membranes,which achieves a rapid transformation of NFMs from opaque to highly transparent under a narrow temperature window. In this process, the phase change material eicosane is coated on the surface of the polyurethane nanofibers by electrospray technology. When the temperature rises to 37 ℃, eicosane rapidly completes the phase transition and establishes the light transmission path between the nanofibers, preventing light loss from reflection at the nanofiber-air interface. The resulting TRT membrane exhibits high transmittance(> 90%), and fast response(5 s). This study achieves the first TRT transition of NFMs, offering a general strategy for building highly transparent nanofiber materials, shaping the future of next-generation intelligent temperature monitoring, anti-counterfeiting measures, and other high-performance devices.

Provably secure attribute-based authenticated encryption with keyword search from ideal lattices

A public-key authenticated encryption with keyword search(PAEKS)[1, 2] system overcomes the problem of an inside adversary forging searchable ciphertexts and guessing the keyword information from the given token. This system allows the sender to encrypt and authenticate a keyword.However, traditional PAEKS schemes require the sender to specify the intended receiver in advance, losing much flexibility.

High-energy density lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)with layered high-nickel oxide cathodes(lini_(x)Co_(y)Mn_(1-x-y)O_(2),x≥0.8)show great promise in consumer electronics and vehicular applications.However,lini_(x)Co_(y)Mn_(1-x-y)O_(2)faces challenges related to capacity decay caused by residual alkalis owing to high sensitivity to air.To address this issue,we propose a hazardous substances upcycling method that fundamentally mitigates alkali content and concurrently induces the emergence of an anti-air-sensitive layer on the cathode surface.Through the neutralization of polyacrylic acid(PAA)with residual alkalis and then coupling it with 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane(KH550),a stable and ion-conductive cross-linked polymer layer is in situ integrated into the lini_(0.89)Co_(0.06)Mn_(0.05)O_(2)(NCM)cathode.Our characterization and measurements demonstrate its effectiveness.The NCM material exhibits impressive cycling performance,retaining 88.4%of its capacity after 200 cycles at 5 C and achieving an extraordinary specific capacity of 170.0 mA h g^(-1) at 10 C.Importantly,this layer on the NCM efficiently suppresses unfavorable phase transitions,severe electrolyte degradation,and CO_(2)gas evolution,while maintaining commendable resistance to air exposure.This surface modification strategy shows widespread potential for creating air-stable lini_(x)Co_(y)Mn_(1-x-y)O_(2)cathodes,thereby advancing high-performance LIBs.

Electrochemical reconstruction of non-noble metal-based heterostructure nanorod arrays electrodes for highly stable anion exchange membrane seawater electrolysis

Direct seawater electrolysis for hydrogen production has been regarded as a viable route to utilize surplus renewable energy and address the climate crisis.However,the harsh electrochemical environment of seawater,particularly the presence of aggressive Cl^(-),has been proven to be prone to parasitic chloride ion oxidation and corrosion reactions,thus restricting seawater electrolyzer lifetime.Herein,hierarchical structure(Ni,Fe)O(OH)@NiCoS nanorod arrays(NAs)catalysts with heterointerfaces and localized oxygen vacancies were synthesized at nickel foam substrates via the combination of hydrothermal and annealing methods to boost seawater dissociation.The hiera rchical nanostructure of NiCoS NAs enhanced electrode charge transfer rate and active surface area to accelerate oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and generated sulfate gradient layers to repulsive aggressive Cl^(-).The fabricated heterostructure and vacancies of(Ni,Fe)O(OH)tuned catalyst electronic structure into an electrophilic state to enhance the binding affinity of hydroxyl intermediates and facilitate the structural transformation into amorphousγ-NiFeOOH for promoting OER.Furthermore,through operando electrochemistry techniques,we found that theγ-NiFeOOH possessing an unsaturated coordination environment and lattice-oxygen-participated OER mechanism can minimize electrode Cl^(-)corrosion enabled by stabilizing the adsorption of OH*intermediates,making it one of the best OER catalysts in the seawater medium reported to date.Consequently,these catalysts can deliver current densities of 100 and 500 mA cm-2for boosting OER at minimal overpotentials of 245and 316 mV,respectively,and thus prevent chloride ion oxidation simultaneously.Impressively,a highly stable anion exchange membrane(AEM)seawater electrolyzer based on the non-noble metal heterostructure electrodes reached a record low degradation rate under 100μV h-1at constant industrial current densities of 400 and 600 mA cm-2over 300 h,which exhibits a promising future for the nonprecious and stable AEMWE
