November 1,2023 marks the 6th"World Flu Day".The theme is"Preventing Influenza,Protecting Health"in this *** to data from the World Health Organization,influenza infects approximately 5%-10%of adults and 20%-30%of children worldwide each year,resulting in up to 5million severe cases and 650,000 deaths.A recent study showed that about 88,000 people in China died from respiratory diseases caused by influenza each year,accounting for 8.2%of total respiratory disease deaths,making influenza a serious threat to public health.

强连通分量问题的实质是将有向图分解为一组互不相交的极大强连通子图.每个子图中的任一顶点到其它顶点都是可达的,既是其它顶点的祖先,又是后代.利用宽度优先搜索(BFS)可得到目标有向图中任一顶点的祖先顶点集与后代顶点集,两个集合的交集即为包含当前顶点的强连通分量.首先,基于BFS的强连通分量挖掘方法(BSCC)的效率取决于BFS被调用次数,因此,引入了3种启发式信息来减少BFS调用次数.对强连通分量进行深入分析,发现了顶点间的两种相关性.满足任一相关性的两个顶点不会分属两个有价值强连通分量.根据这两种相关性提出了一种顶点粒化策略,可构建每个顶点所对应的顶点粒,继而提出了基于顶点粒的强连通分量挖掘算法(GSCC),优化了BSCC算法中顶点调用BFS的方式,提高了强连通分量挖掘效率.实验结果表明,相比BSCC算法和线性复杂度的Tarjan算法,GSCC算法具有更好的性能.

临床发现男性不育症患者中精索静脉曲张有较高的患病率,在已知男性不育的致病因素中居首位,然而精索静脉曲张的发病机制暂未明确。中医根据不育多肾虚、筋瘤多血瘀的病机演变特点,以补肾活血法为基本原则借助四诊合参辨证论治,在消除症状、提升患者精子质量、提高受孕率和疏通患者心理状态等方面有较为显著的临床效果。就近年来以补肾化瘀法治疗精索静脉曲张性不育的研究进展进行梳理,为临床辨证施治提供一定参考。

性别是影响绵羊(Ovis aries)骨骼肌发育和产肉性能的主要因素之一。本研究以不同性别8月龄绵羊为研究对象，利用转录组测序技术探究不同性别绵羊背最长肌中基因表达差异，旨在揭示性别对绵羊骨骼肌发育影响的分子机理。经转录组测序和分析，共鉴定到14 587个基因，其中显著差异表达基因共29个，公羊组比母羊组显著上调表达23个，下调表达6个，差异基因包括xin肌动蛋白结合重复内含物1(xin actin binding repeat containing 1, XIRP1)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶2(glutathione peroxidase 2, GPX2)、酰基辅酶A合成酶中链家族成员1(acyl-CoA synthetase medium chain family member 1, ACSM1)、脂肪酸结合蛋白4(fatty acid binding protein 4, FABP4)、睾丸特异性丝氨酸激酶6(testis specific serine kinase 6,TSSK6)等。对各组间差异表达基因进行GO和KEGG分析，GO富集分析显示，差异表达基因主要富集在核糖核苷、肌动蛋白结合和细胞骨架结合等类别中。KEGG通路分析发现，差异表达基因显著富集到3个信号通路中，分别为PPAR信号通路、花生四烯酸代谢和谷胱甘肽代谢信号通路。因此，不同性别间绵羊骨骼肌发育的差异可能通过以上通路产生。随机选取8个差异表达基因，利用qRT-PCR对其表达量进行验证，结果与转录组测序结果基本一致，证明测序结果可靠。综上，本研究揭示了不同性别绵羊骨骼肌基因表达的差异及相关的信号通路，为进一步了解绵羊性别影响肌肉发育的机制提供了参考。
