Efficient intracellular delivery of protein drugs is critical for protein *** combination of protein drugs with chemotherapeutics represents a promising strategy in enhancing anti-cancer ***,co-delivery systems for efficient delivery of these two kinds of drugs are still lacking because of their different ***,we show a well-designed delivery system based on dynamic covalent bond for efficient intracellular co-delivery of ribonuclease A(RNase A)and doxorubicin(DOX).Two polymers,PEG-b-P(Asp-co-AspDA)and PAE-b-P(Asp-co-AspPBA),and two 2-acetylphenylboronic acid(2-APBA)-functionalized drugs,2-APBA-RNase A and 2-APBA-DOX,self-assemble into mixed-shell nanoparticles(RNase A/DOX@MNPs)via dynamic phenylboronic acid(PBA)-catechol bond between PBA and dopamine(DA)*** PBA-catechol bond endows the nanoparticles with high stability and excellent stimulus-responsive drug release *** the slight acidic environment at tumor tissue,RNase A/DOX@MNPs are positively charged,promoting their *** cellular uptake into endosome,further protonation of PAE chains leads to the rupture of endosomes because of the proton sponge effect and the cleavage of PBA-catechol bond promotes the release of two *** cytoplasm,the high level of GSH removed the modification of 2-APBA on *** restored RNase A and DOX show a synergistic and enhanced antic-cancer *** system may be a promising platform for intracellular co-delivery of protein drugs and chemotherapeutics.

Iron-metal clusters are crucial in a variety of critical biological and material systems,including metalloenzymes,catalysts,and magnetic storage ***,a synthetic high-nuclear iron cluster has been absent due to the extreme difficulty in stabilizing species with direct iron-iron *** this work,we have synthesized,crystallized,and characterized a（Tp*）4W4S12(Fe@Fe12) cluster(Tp*=tris（3,5-dimethyl-1-pyrazolyl）borate（1-）),which features a rare trideca-nuclear,icosahedral[Fe@Fe12] cluster core with direct multicenter iron-iron bonding between the interstitial iron（Fei） and peripheral irons（Fep）,as well as Fep…Fepferromagnetic *** chemistry studies reveal that the stability of the cluster arises from the 18-electron shell-closing of the [Fe@Fe12]16+core,assisted by its bonding interactions with the peripheral tridentate [（Tp*）WS3]4-ligands which possess both S→Fe donation and spin-polarized Fe-Wσ *** ground-state electron spin is theoretically predicted to be S=32/2 for the *** existence of low oxidation-state（OS～+1.23） iron in this compound may find interesting applications in magnetic storage,spintronics,redox chemistry,and cluster catalysis.

An isotope dilution ultra-performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry method was developed to simultaneously detect two typical kinds ofα,β-unsaturated aldehydes,namely 4-hydroxy-2-hexenal(4-HHE)and 4-hydroxy-2-nonenal(4-HNE),in *** proposed method exhibited a linear range of 10-1000 ng/mL with a limit of detection of 0.1-2.0 ng/g and a limit of quantification of 0.3-5.0 ng/*** recovery rates of these typical toxic aldehydes(i.e.,4-HHE,4-HNE)and their d3-labeled analogues were 91.54%-105.12%with a low matrix ***,this proposed method was successfully applied to a real frying system and a simulated digestion system,wherein the contents of 4-HHE and 4-HNE were determined for ***,the obtained results provide strong support for further research into the production of 4-HHE and 4-HNE resulting from foods during oil digestion and frying.

Evaluating the Compatibility Mechanism of Shengxian Decoction Based on an Excretion Study of 18 Bioactive Constituents in Rat Biosamples

Introduction:The Shengxian decoction(SXT),a Chinese herbal medication used to treat heart failure,is composed of Astragali Radix,Anemarrhenae Rhizoma,Bupleuri Radix,Cimicifuage Rhizoma,and Platycodonis *** of the excretion of the active compounds in this herbal medication is vital for investigating the underlying mechanisms behind its ***,this remains ***:Liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry was performed in both positive and negative modes to assay 18 constituents of SXT from rat urinary,fecal,and biliary ***:The methodology was validated and showed good linearity(r≥0.9),precision,stability,repeatability,and *** relative standard deviations and relative errors for the precision and accuracy did not exceed 15%.The recoveries of all the compounds ranged from 77.37%to 114.82%,and the matrix effect was between 82.53%and 105.71%.The results suggested that,when combined with Platycodonis Radix,the levels of 14 constituents from the four herbs were reduced in the urine,while the levels of six constituents were reduced in the ***:The comparative excretion results indicated that Platycodonis Radix reduced the excretion of compounds in SXT,demonstrating the compatibility mechanism and holistic properties of these compounds,favoring the pharmacological effects of SXT.

Severe acute pancreatitis complicated with intra-abdominal infection secondary to trauma:A case report

BACKGROUND Pancreatic trauma(PT)is rare among traumatic injuries and has a low incidence,but it can still lead to severe infectious complications,resulting in a high mortality *** pancreatitis(AP)is a common complication after PT,and when combined with organ dysfunction and sepsis,it will result in a poorer *** SUMMARY We report a 25-year-old patient with multiple organ injuries,including the pancreas,due to abdominal trauma,who developed necrotising pancreatitis secondary to emergency caesarean section,combined with intra-abdominal infection(IAI).The patient underwent performed percutaneous drainage,pancreatic necrotic tissue debridement,and abdominal infection foci debridement on the *** We report a case of severe AP and IAI secondary to *** patient was managed by a combination of conservative treatment such as antibiotic therapy and fluid support with surgery,and a better outcome was obtained.

Prognostic value of Controlling Nutritional Status score for postoperative complications and biochemical recurrence in prostate cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy

Background:Controlling Nutritional Status(CONUT)score was used for screening the preoperative nutritional *** correlation between the CONUT score and the prognosis of patients with prostate cancer(PCa)has yet to be ***,we analyzed the prognostic value of CONUT scores in patients with PCa who underwent laparoscopic radical *** and methods:Data of 244 patients were retrospectively *** variables and follow-up data were *** patients were categorized into 2 groups according to their preoperative CONUT *** complication and incontinence rates were also *** Kaplan-Meier method was used to estimate the median biochemical recurrence-free survival(BCRFS)between the 2 *** and multivariate Cox regression analyses were performed to identify the potential prognostic factors for ***:Patients were categorized into the low-CONUT group(CONUT score<3,n=207)and high-CONUT group(CONUT score≥3,n=37).The high-CONUT group had a higher overall complication rate(40.5%vs.19.3%,p=0.004),a higher major complication rate(10.8%vs.3.9%,p=0.013),and longer postoperative length of stay(8 days vs.7 days,p=0.017).More fever,urinary infection,abdominal infection,scrotal edema,rash,and hemorrhagic events(all p values<0.05)were observed in the high-CONUT group.A higher rate of urinary incontinence was observed in the high-CONUT group at 1(34.4%vs.13.2%,p=0.030)and 3 months(24.1%vs.8.2%,p=0.023)*** high-CONUT group had shorter medium BCRFS(23.8 months vs.54.6 months,p=0.029),and a CONUT score≥3 was an independent risk factor for a shorter BCRFS(hazards ratio,1.842;p=0.026).Conclusions:The CONUT score is a useful predictive tool for higher postoperative complication rates and shorter BCRFS in patients with PCa who undergo laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.

以沉积在Si[100]基底的Mo/Si多层膜为例,通过透射电镜(TEM)测量了多层膜在不同倾转角度下的界面结构,并提取了多层膜的周期厚度以及单周期中Mo层和Si层的厚度。结果表明:样品沿α方向倾转时,Mo层和Si层的测量厚度几乎没有变化,但界面粗糙度增大,这是由于旋转时薄膜的厚度方向始终与电子束垂直,而电子束穿过的TEM样品厚度Z增大;样品沿β方向倾转时,由于倾转时样品截面与电子束不垂直,造成伪影严重,无法区分Mo层和Si层,多层膜的测量总厚度随倾转角的增大先增大后减小。此外,提出了样品沿β方向倾转后测量薄膜厚度的计算公式。对于较薄的薄膜,随着倾转角β的增大,测量厚度增大;对于较厚的薄膜,随着倾转角β的增大,测量厚度先增大后减小。薄膜厚度t0越小,沿β方向倾转后测量厚度的相对误差越大。当TEM样品厚度Z为10 nm时,沿β方向倾转后测量厚度的相对误差较小。

加密型勒索软件通过加密用户文件来勒索赎金.现有的基于第一条加密应用编程接口(Application Programming Interface,API)的早期检测方法无法在勒索软件执行加密行为前将其检出.由于不同家族的勒索软件开始执行其加密行为的时刻各不相同,现有的基于固定时间阈值的早期检测方法仅能将少量勒索软件在其执行加密行为前准确检出.为进一步提升勒索软件检测的及时性,本文在分析多款勒索软件运行初期调用动态链接库(Dynamic Link Library,DLL)和API行为的基础上,提出了一个表征软件从开始运行到首次调用加密相关DLL之间的时间段的概念——运行初始阶段(Initial Phase of Operation,IPO),并提出了一个以软件在IPO内产生的API序列为检测对象的勒索软件早期检测方法,即基于API潜在语义的勒索软件早期检测方法(Ransomware Early Detection Method based on API Latent Semantics,REDMALS).REDMALS采集IPO内的API序列后,采用TF-IDF(Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency)算法以及潜在语义分析(Latent Semantic Analysis,LSA)算法对采集的API序列生成特征向量及提取潜在的语义结构,再运用机器学习算法构建检测模型用于勒索软件检测.实验结果显示运用随机森林算法的REDMALS在构建的变种测试集和未知测试集上可分别获得97.7%、96.0%的准确率,且两个测试集中83%和76%的勒索软件样本可在其执行加密行为前被检出.

新形势下,国有企业通过引入非国有资本以完善公司治理和市场化运营成为重要议题。现有关于非国有股东委派董事的研究大多关注经营与投资决策,鲜有涉及MD&A信息含量的相关探讨,因此,本文以2013—2021年国有上市公司为研究样本,实证检验了非国有股东超额委派董事对MD&A信息含量的影响及其机理。研究发现,非国有股东超额委派董事能显著提升MD&A信息含量;异质性检验发现,当公司治理水平较低和产品市场竞争程度较高时,非国有股东超额委派董事的作用更为明显;机制研究发现,非国有股东超额委派董事主要通过提供增量信息与发挥监督效应的渠道提升MD&A信息含量;经济后果检验发现,信息含量的提升显著提高了资本配置效率与外部投资者信心。研究结论为有效推动混合所有制改革,充分发挥非国有资本参与治理提供了新的视角与经验证据。
