当前全球不孕不育问题日益严重, 我国不孕不育发生率已高达18%, 影响约5 000万育龄夫妇。不孕不育是导致我国生育力下降及人口负增长的重要健康和社会问题。辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology, ART)是不孕不育的有效治疗手段, 我国ART发展迅速, 每年实施助孕周期数超100万, 占全球总量的33.5%, 位居世界首位。每年通过ART诞生的婴儿数超30万, 约占总出生人口数的3%。ART治疗是一个涉及多个流程、多个环节且环环相扣的治疗过程, 包括复杂的临床处理及精细化的实验室操作等多个步骤。鉴于我国庞大的ART实施规模, 以及ART本身的精密性和复杂性, 建立严格的ART质量监控体系至关重要, 以确保ART的安全、规范和有序开展。

一回路注锌技术的应用使得一回路设备表面生成的氧化膜更加稳定,起到降低机组集体剂量的作用。通过分析注锌对机组影响,结合国内某在运压水堆机组注锌目标浓度和现场设备存放条件,设计一套注锌加药设备,明确其设计方案、设备部件参数和工作流程。该设备由溶液混合单元、过滤单元、加药单元及控制单元组成,实现机组运行期间添加醋酸锌和大修期间添加双氧水两种功能应用。

A detailed understanding of the distribution and potential of natural gas hydrate(NGHs)resources is crucial to fostering the industrialization of those resources in the South China Sea,where NGHs are *** this study,this study analyzed the applicability of resource evaluation methods,including the volumetric,genesis,and analogy methods,and estimated NGHs resource potential in the South China Sea by using scientific resource evaluation methods based on the factors controlling the geological accumulation and the reservoir characteristics of ***,this study compared the evaluation results of NGHs resource evaluations in representative worldwise sea areas via rational *** results of this study are as follows:(1)The gas hydrate accumulation in the South China Sea is characterized by multiple sources of gas supply,multi-channel migration,and extensive accumulation,which are significantly different from those of oil and gas and other unconventional resources.(2)The evaluation of gas hydrate resources in the South China Sea is a highly targeted,stratified,and multidisciplinary evaluation of geological resources under the framework of a multi-type gas hydrate resource evaluation system and focuses on the comprehensive utilization of multi-source heterogeneous data.(3)Global NGHs resources is n×10^(15)m^(3),while the NGHs resources in the South China Sea are estimated to be 10^(13)m^(3),which is comparable to the abundance of typical marine NGHs deposits in other parts of the *** the South China Sea,the NGHs resources have a broad prospect and provide a substantial resource base for production tests and industrialization of NGHs.

Tibeto-Burman(TB)people have endeavored to adapt to the hypoxic,cold,and high-UV high-altitude environments in the Tibetan Plateau and complex disease exposures in lowland rainforests since the late Paleolithic ***,the full landscape of genetic history and biological adaptation of geographically diverse TB-speaking people,as well as their interaction mechanism,remain ***,we generate a whole-genome meta-database of 500 individuals from 39 TB-speaking populations and present a comprehensive landscape of genetic diversity,admixture history,and differentiated adaptative features of geographically different TB-speaking *** identify genetic differentiation related to geography and language among TB-speaking people,consistent with their differentiated admixture process with incoming or indigenous ancestral source populations.A robust genetic connection between the Tibetan-Yi corridor and the ancient Yellow River people supports their Northern China origin *** finally report substructure-related differentiated biological adaptative signatures between highland Tibetans and Loloish *** signatures associated with the physical pigmentation(EDAR and SLC24A5)and metabolism(ALDH9A1)are identified in Loloish people,which differed from the high-altitude adaptative genetic architecture in ***-related genomic resources provide new insights into the genetic basis of biological adaptation and better reference for the anthropologically informed sampling design in biomedical and genomic cohort research.

Failure of oocyte activation,including polyspermy and defects in pronuclear(PN)formation,triggers early embryonic developmental *** studies have shown that phospholipase C zeta 1(PLCZ1)mutations cause failure of PN formation following intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI);however,whether PLCZ1 mutation is associated with polyspermy during in vitro fertilization(IVF)remains ***-exome sequencing(WES)was performed to identify candidate mutations in couples with primary *** sequencing was used to validate the *** PLCZ1-mutated sperm were injected into human and mouse oocytes to explore whether PN formation was *** oocyte activation(AOA)after ICSI was performed to overcome the failure of oocyte *** identified three PLCZ1 mutations in three patients who experienced polyspermy during IVF cycles,including a novel missense mutation c.1154C>T,*** formation failure was observed during the ICSI ***,injection of multiple PLCZ1-mutated sperm induced PN formation,suggesting that the Ca2+oscillations induced by the sperm exceeded the necessary threshold for PN *** after ICSI enabled normal fertilization,and all patients achieved successful *** findings expand the mutational spectrum of PLCZ1 and suggest an important role for PLCZ1 in terms of blocking ***,this study may benefit genetic diagnoses in cases of abnormal fertilization and provide potential appropriate therapeutic measures for these patients with sperm-derived polyspermy.

针对挖掘机的自主作业场景,提出基于强化学习的时间最优轨迹规划方法.首先,搭建仿真环境用于产生数据,以动臂、斗杆和铲斗关节的角度、角速度为状态观测变量,以各关节的角加速度值为动作信息,通过状态观测信息实现仿真环境与自主学习算法的交互;然后,设计以动臂、斗杆和铲斗关节运动是否超出允许范围、完成任务总时间和目标相对距离为奖励函数对策略网络参数进行训练;最后,利用改进的近端策略优化算法(proximal policy optimization, PPO)实现挖掘机的时间最优轨迹规划.与此同时,与不同连续动作空间的强化学习算法进行对比,实验结果表明:所提出优化算法效率更高,收敛速度更快,作业轨迹更平滑,可有效避免各关节受到较大冲击,有助于挖掘机高效、平稳地作业.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effectiveness and safety of Jiawei Xiaoyao pill(加味逍遥丸,JXP)in the treatment of symptoms associated with premenstrual syndrome(PMS).METHODS:A total of 144 regularly menstruating women with PMS were recruited at 8 sites in China from August 2017 to December 2018,and randomized to receive either a JXP or a matching placebo(12 g/d,6 g twice a day)for 3 menstrual *** primary indicator was the reduced Daily Record of Severity of Problems(DRSP)scores in the luteal phase after 3 months of *** safety outcomes included clinical adverse events(AEs),adverse reactions(ARs),changes in vital signs,and laboratory ***:JXP surpassed the placebo in reducing DRSP scores(psychological/somatic dysfunction)in the luteal phase over 3 menstrual cycles of treatment(PFAS=0.002,PPPS=0.001).Additionally,there were no significant differences in the incidence of AEs,severe AEs,withdrawal due to AEs and ARs between the two groups(all P>0.05),and no clinically significant adverse medical events related to the test drug ***:JXP was superior to the placebo in relieving the symptoms associated with PMS,which signified that JXP may be effective,safe,and welltolerated as an alternative therapy.
