Probabilistic seismic inversion based on physics-guided deep mixture density network

Deterministic inversion based on deep learning has been widely utilized in model parameters *** by logging data,seismic data,wavelet and modeling operator,deterministic inversion based on deep learning can establish nonlinear relationships between seismic data and model ***,seismic data lacks low-frequency and contains noise,which increases the non-uniqueness of the *** conventional inversion method based on deep learning can only establish the deterministic relationship between seismic data and parameters,and cannot quantify the uncertainty of *** order to quickly quantify the uncertainty,a physics-guided deep mixture density network(PG-DMDN)is established by combining the mixture density network(MDN)with the deep neural network(DNN).Compared with Bayesian neural network(BNN)and network dropout,PG-DMDN has lower computing cost and shorter training time.A low-frequency model is introduced in the training process of the network to help the network learn the nonlinear relationship between narrowband seismic data and low-frequency *** addition,the block constraints are added to the PG-DMDN framework to improve the horizontal continuity of the inversion *** illustrate the benefits of proposed method,the PG-DMDN is compared with existing semi-supervised inversion *** synthetic data examples of Marmousi II model are utilized to quantify the influence of forward modeling part,low-frequency model,noise and the pseudo-wells number on inversion results,and prove the feasibility and stability of the proposed *** addition,the robustness and generality of the proposed method are verified by the field seismic data.

Single-atom catalysts(SACs)are a series of catalysts in which all metal species are atomically dispersed on oxides,zeolites,sulfides,carbons,and so *** concept describing how atoms arrange with their nearest neighbors was proposed in 1969 by Van Hardeveld and co-workers[1],and researchers witness the growing popularity of SACs[2].However,the first long-standing issue in SACs is that the low concentration of active sites on the ***,weak chemical bonds between active sites with supports cannot sustain the functionalities of the SACs during long-term reactions,especially ones run at harsh conditions(high temperature or humidity,strong oxidative conditions).The loss or aggregation of active sites in SACs require substantial efforts to address the existing drawbacks in traditional SACs.

In order to accurately assess the risk of the hybrid AC/DC network under fault,a risk assessment method for the hybrid AC/DC system based on the transient energy function is ***,based on the energy transfer relationship of the hybrid AC/DC power system,the transient energy function model of the hybrid AC/DC system is *** on the operating data of the power grid,the energy function is used as an efficiency variable,and the efficiency variable is integrated into the prior risk probability calculation of nodes in the network,and a Bayesian network-based risk assessment model of hybrid AC/DC system is *** the dynamic update model of network cascading failures,the clique tree propagation algorithm is used to dynamically calculate the posterior risk probability of the node to realize the dynamic assessment of the network ***,the improved IEEE-39 node hybrid AC/DC system is used as an example for *** results show that the proposed model can not only effectively evaluate the overall safety of the network,but also has feasibility in predicting faults,which can provide a theoretical basis for the stability control of the hybrid AC/DC system.

Aiming at the design problem of aviation swarm combat course of action(COA),considering the influence of stochastic parameters in the causal relationship model and optimization problem model,according to the dynamic influence net(DIN)theory,stochastic simulation technique,feedforward neural network(FNN)function approximation technique and multi-objective artificial fish school algorithm(MOAFSA),this paper proposed a COA optimized method based on DIN and multi-objective stochastic chance constraint optimization for aviation swarm ***,on the basis of establishing the overall framework of the model and defining the elements of causal relationship modeling,the static and dynamic causal relationship modeling and optimization problem modeling were carried out ***,the probability propagation mechanism of DIN was established,which mainly included two aspects,i.e.,the overall process and the specific ***,input and output data were generated based on stochastic *** to these data,FNN was adopted for function approximation,and MOAFSA was adopted for iterative ***,the rationality of the model,and the effectiveness and superiority of the algorithm were verified through multiple sets of simulation cases.

An Intelligent Framework for Resilience Recovery of FANETs with Spatio-Temporal Aggregation and Multi-Head Attention Mechanism

Genome-wide identification and characterization of the PbrATG family in Pyrus bretschneideri and functional analysis of PbrATG1a in response to Botryosphaeria dothidea

The pear is an economic fruit that is widely planted around the world and is loved by people for its rich nutritional value. Autophagy is a self-protection mechanism in eukaryotes, and its occurrence often accompanied by the degradation of damaged substances in cells and the recycling of nutrients. Autophagy is one of the mechanisms through which plants respond to environmental stress and plays an important role in plant development and stress resistance. Functional studies of autophagy-related genes (ATGs) have been performed on a variety of plant species, but little information is available on the ATG family in pear (Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd). Therefore, we analyzed the evolutionary dynamics and performed a genome-wide characterization of the PbrATG gene family. A total of 28 PbrATG members were *** analysis showed that PbrATGs were more closely related to ATGs of European pear and apple. Evolutionary analysis revealed that whole-genome duplication (WGD) and dispersed duplication events were the main driving forces of PbrATG family *** analysis of different pear tissues showed that all the genes were expressed in different pear tissues, and different PbrATGs are expressed at different times and in different locations. Moreover, all PbrATGs also responded to different abiotic stresses, especially salt and drought stress, which elicited the highest expression levels. Pear seedlings were subsequently infected with Botryosphaeria dothidea (***). The results showed that different PbrATGs had different expression patterns at different infection stages. According to the gene expression data, PbrATG1a was selected as a key autophagy gene for further analysis. Silencing of PbrATG1a reduced the resistance of pear to B. dothidea, which resulted in increased lesions, reactive oxygen species (ROS) contents, antioxidant enzyme activity, and gene expression levels in the silenced pear seedlings after B. dothidea inoculation. Assessment of the triglyceride glucose index in adult patients with chronic diarrhea and constipation
