Researchers have achieved great success in dealing with 2 D images using deep *** recent years,3 D computer vision and geometry deep learning have gained ever more *** advanced techniques for 3 D shapes have been proposed for different *** 2 D images,which can be uniformly represented by a regular grid of pixels,3 D shapes have various representations,such as depth images,multi-view images,voxels,point clouds,meshes,implicit surfaces,*** performance achieved in different applications largely depends on the representation used,and there is no unique representation that works well for all ***,in this survey,we review recent developments in deep learning for 3 D geometry from a representation perspective,summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of different representations for different *** also present existing datasets in these representations and further discuss future research directions.

Objective: To identify compounds that may be responsible for catnip response of Actinidia macrosperma, and compare chemical compositions in the wild and in vitro regenerated plants. Methods: GC-MS and relative retention indices with n-alkanes as reference points were used for compound identification, and component relative percentage was calculated based on GC peak areas without using correction factors. Results: There are 28 compounds (92.72%) and 15 compounds (93.88%) identi- fied in the essential oils from the wild and regenerated plants, respectively. Dihydronepetalactone, iridomyrmecin, and dihydro- actinidiolide, which are believed to be attractive to felines, are present in both wild and regenerated plants. Actinine was not detected, and beta-pheylethyl alcohol was only present in wild plant. In addition, short-chain enol derivatives, messengers in chemical communication, are commonly present in wild plant of A. macrosperma, but absent in regenerated one. Conclusion: Dihydronepetalactone, iridomyrmecin, and dihydroactinidiolide are responsible for the catnip response of A. macrosperma.

Poly(lactic acid)(PLA) as a bio-based polymer with biodegradability and biocompatibility has attracted much attention. To manipulate its properties for different applications, regulation of crystal structure and crystalline morphology becomes an attractive research topic. In this work, the structure evolution of layered samples containing an amorphous poly(D-lactide)(PDLA) layer and a crystalline poly(L-lactide)(PLLA)layer with highly oriented edge-on α lamellar crystals after annealing at 150 ℃ or/and after melt-recrystallization has been studied by AFM, FTIR,and TEM combined with electron diffraction. The results demonstrate that melt recrystallization of the as-prepared sample leads to the formation of abundant randomly oriented PLA stereo-complex(PLA SC) crystals. Annealing at 150 ℃ results in the formation of a small amount of oriented PLA SC crystals at the interface. These PLA SC crystals show great impact on the recrystallization behavior of sample after melting at 190 ℃ and then crystallizing at 90 ℃. First, they impede the mutual diffusion of the overlying PDLA and underlying PLLA, and thus reduce their stereocomplexation ability as manifested by the decreased amount of PLA SC crystals. Second, they act as substrate to initiate the epitaxial crystallization of the overlying PDLA and underlying PLLA, which ensures the production of a highly oriented structure of PDLA and PLLA after melt recrystallization again.
