Human influence on the duration of extreme temperature events in Asia's hotspot regions

Observations and models indicate that human activities exert a considerable impact on the frequency and intensity of extreme temperature events,which are associated with global ***,changes in the duration of extreme temperature events and their association with human influence have not been considered in most ***,the possible relationship between the observed changes in the warm and cold spell duration(WSDI and CSDI)in hotspot regions during 1960-2014 and human influence was investigated based on the NCEP/NCAR reanalysis version 1 and Coupled Model Inter-comparison Project Phase 6(CMIP6)*** projection based on these attribution results was also *** optimal fingerprinting technique was used to compare observed changes in WSDI and CSDI to simulated changes averaged across eight CMIP6 *** show that anthropogenic(ANT)forcing contributed to the observed increase in WSDI in the three hotspot regions(West Asia,South Asia and Southeast Asia),with the majority of the changes being attributed to greenhouse gas ***,a generally weak ANT signal can be observed in the decreasing trend of CSDI and can be detected in South and Southeast *** influence of aerosol forcing remains undetected in either WSDI or CSDI,which differs from the results for frequency and intensity of extreme *** attribution results revealed that the constrained projection of WSDI is lower than the raw projection for 2015-2100 in West Asia and Southeast ***,no differences in future CSDI changes are found in Southeast Asia between the constrained and raw projections.

A new two-step spark plasma sintering(TSS)process with low-temperature pre-sintering and high-temperature final sintering has been successfully applied to prepare the tungsten-particle(Wp)-reinforced bulk metallic glass composites(Wp/BMGCs).Compared to normal spark plasma sintering(NS),the densification rate and relative density of Wp/BMGCs can be improved by selecting TSS with appropriate sintering pressure in the low temperature pre-sintering ***,the compressive strength and plastic strain of 30%Wp/BMGCs prepared by TSS are both higher than those of the samples prepared by *** TSS process can significantly enhance the compressive strength of 30%Wp/BMGCs by 12%and remarkably increase the plastic strain by 50%,while the trend is completely opposite for 50%Wp/***-in situ experiments and finite element simulations reveal that uneven temperature distribution among particles during low-temperature pre-sintering causes local overheating at contact points between particles,accelerating formation of sintering neck between particles and plastic deformation of *** the volume fraction of Wp is low,TSS can improve the interface bonding between particles by increasing the number of sintering *** makes the fracture mode of Wp/BMGCs being predominantly transgranular ***,as the volume fraction of Wp increases,the adverse effects of Wp plastic deformation are becoming more and more *** aggregated Wp tends to form a solid"cage structure"that hinders the bonding between particles at the interface;correspondingly,the fracture behavior of Wp/BMGCs is mainly dominated by intergranular ***,reducing the sintering pressure during the low-temperature pre-sintering stage of TSS has been shown to effectively decrease plastic deformation in Wp,resulting in a higher degree of densification and better mechanical properties.

Nineteen new cadinane-involving sesquiterpenoid dimers,artemordins A-S(1-—19),together with 13 known SDs(20-32)were isolated from Artemisia *** structures and absolute configurations were established by comprehensive spectral analyses,X-ray single crystal diffraction,theoretical ECD,and NMR ***,artemordins A-F(1—6)were the first examples of two cadinane units constructed by unprecedented C-3−C-15′or C-3−C-13′single bond with an oxido-rearranged 6/5/6/6 fused ring system;artemordins G-K(7-11)were biogenetically connected by[4+2]cycloaddition reaction and artemordins G-J(7-10)possessed a novel 5/6/6/6/6/6/5-heptacyclic fused ring *** L-S(12-19)were formed by esterification,which involved three different types of *** assay suggested that the most active compounds,artemordins B and H(2 and 8),exhibited inhibitory activities on three hepatoma cell lines with IC50 values of 26.9 and 25.1μmol/L(HepG2),29.5 and 18.3μmol/L(Huh7),19.7 and 15.7μmol/L(SK-Hep-1).

The basic high-temperature properties of iron ore play a crucial role in optimizing sintering and ore blending,but the testing process for these properties is complex and has significant lag time,which cannot meet the actual needs of ore blending.A prediction model for the basic high-temperature properties of iron ore fines was thus proposed based on a combination of machine learning algorithms and genetic ***,the prediction accuracy of different machine learning models for the basic high-temperature properties of iron ore fines was ***,a random forest model optimized by genetic algorithms was built,further improving the prediction accuracy of the *** test results show that the random forest model optimized by genetic algorithms has the highest prediction accuracy for the lowest assimilation temperature and liquid phase fluidity of iron ore,with a determination coefficient of 0.903 for the lowest assimilation temperature and 0.927 for the liquid phase fluidity after *** trained model meets the fluctuation requirements of on-site testing and has been successfully applied to actual production on site.

Ten novel isocoumarins,including four pairs of enantiomers,were isolated from Artemisia dubia ***(Asteraceae).Compounds 1,2 and 3a/3b possessed a unique 6/6/6-tricyclic system comprising an unusual 1-(2-methylcyclohexyl)propan-1-one moiety fused with isocoumarin core *** 4a/4b were characterized as an unexpected 2,5-dimethylcyclohexan-1-one scaffold,and compounds 5a/5b and 6a/6b were rare 1,*** structures and absolute configurations were elucidated through spectroscopic data,X-ray crystallography,ECD and NMR calculations with DP4+*** biosynthetic pathways were proposed from the naturally occurring *** pharmacological analysis suggested that the targets of compound 1 were significantly enriched in the cell cycle and Pl3K-Akt signaling *** molecular docking revealed that compound 1 had high binding affinity with CDK2(total score:6.8717).Furthermore,compounds 1 and 2 exhibited inhibitory activity on three human hepatoma cell lines,with inhibitory ratios of 85.1% and 84.5%(HepG2),88.2% and 87.3%(Huh7),and 69.2% and 69.1%(SK-Hep-1)at 200μmol·L^(-1),respectively.

Objective:Qu Du Qiang Fei 1 Hao Fang(QDQF1)is a novel Chinese herbal medicine formula used to treat coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).However,the pharmacological mechanisms of action of QDQF1 remain *** objective of this study was to identify the effective ingredients and biological targets of QDQF1 for COVID-19 *** and Methods:The effective ingredients and mechanisms of action of QDQF1 were analyzed by using network pharmacology methods,which included an analysis of the effective ingredients and corresponding targets,COVID-19-related target acquisition,compound-target network analyses,protein-protein interaction network analysis,Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)and Gene Ontology(GO)enrichment analyses,and molecular docking ***:In total,288 effective QDQF1 ingredients were *** identified 51 core targets from the 148 targets through an overlap between putative QDQF1 targets and COVID-19-related *** key components,including formononetin,kaempferol,luteolin,naringenin,quercetin,and wogonin were identified through component-target network *** functional enrichment analysis of the core targets revealed 1296 items,while KEGG pathway enrichment analysis identified 148 signaling *** central targets(CCL2,CXCL8,IL1B,IL6,maPK1,maPK3,maPK8,STAT3,and TNF)related to the COVID-19 pathway were identified in the KEGG pathway enrichment ***,molecular docking analysis suggested that the docking scores of the six key components to the nine central targets were better than those to ***:QDQF1 may regulate multiple immune-and inflammation-related targets to inhibit the progression of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,and thus,may be suitable for the treatment of COVID-19.

基于个案调查、行业监管和行政决策等多元目的，政府以强制调取、要求企业报送和端口接入等多样化的方式获取平台数据。基于行政权对平台数据资产权益、经营自主权以及个人信息权益的干预，厘清政府获取平台数据的权力构造和边界。不同场景下的政府权力呈现行政调查、行政检查和新型权力样态的杂糅，产生了法依据析出难题和传统权力约束规范在新场景下的准用难题。场景化和类型化的思路有助于实现权力的精准规范，须借助“主体-目的-手段”要素细化场景，厘清新型权力行使的正当性边界，以获取数据对个人信息造成的风险程度和对平台形成的负担类型为标准，匹配有差别的程序控制要求和实体审查标准，形成权利保护和权力约束的梯度构造。
