Aim:To observe the roles of 11-beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 (11β-HSD1) in in vitro preadipocyte differentiation and in rats with diet-induced obe-sity (DIO).Methods:Protein expression of 11β-HSD1 in the process of 3T3-L1 celldifferentiation and in various tissues of the rats were detected by Western blotanalysis;expression of 11β-HSD1 mRNA and glucocorticoid receptor (GR) andother marker genes of preadipocyte differentiation were detected by using real-time ***:Lipid droplets in 3T3-L1 cells accumulated and increased afterstimulation.A dramatically elevated protein level of 11β-HSD1,especially in thelate stages of 3T3-L1 cell differentiation,was *** relative mRNA levelsof 11β-HSD1,GR and cell differentiation markers LPL,aP2,and FAS wereupregulated,and Pref-1 was downregulated during the *** DIO rats,bodyweight,visceral adipose mass index and the protein expression of 11β-HSD1increased,especially in adipose tissue,brain and *** insulin,triglyceride,total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were foundto be increased in DIO rats,but without any obvious changes in blood glucose ortumor necrosis factor-α ***:11β-HSDI may promote preadipocytedifferentiation,and may be involved in the development of obesity.

Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)h ave attracted widespread attention due to their large surface area and porous *** designing the nanostructures of MOFs to promote their application in ethanol electrooxidation is still a ***,a novel Cu-NCNs(Cu-nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes)support was synthesized by pyrolysis of melamine(MEL)and Cu-ZIF-8 together,and then,Pd-Au nanoalloys were loaded by sodium borohydride reduction method to prepare PdAu@Cu-NCNs *** generating mesoporous carbon with high specific surface area and favorable electron and mass transport can be used as a potential excellent carrier for PdAu *** addition,the balance of catalyst composition and surface structure was tuned by controlling the content of Pd and ***,the best-performed Pd_(2)Au_(2)@Cu-NCN-1000-2(where 1000 means the carrier calcination temperature,and 2 means the calcination constant temperature time)catalyst exhibits better long-term stability and electrochemical activity for ethanol oxidation in alkaline media(4.80 A·mg^(-1)),which is 5.05 times higher than that of commercial Pd/C(0.95 A·mg^(-1)).Therefore,this work is beneficial to further promoting the application of MOFs in direct ethanol fuel cells(DEFCs)and can be used as inspiration for the design of more efficient catalyst support structures.

Objective: To investigate whether Naoxueshu Oral Liquid(NXS) could promote hematoma absorption in post-craniotomy hematoma(PCH) patients. Methods: This is an open-label, multicenter, and randomized controlled trial conducted at 9 hospitals in china. Patients aged 18–80 years with post-craniotomy supratentorial hematoma volume ranging from 10 to 30 mL or post-craniotomy infratentorial hematoma volume less than 10 mL, or intraventricular hemorrhage following cranial surgery were enrolled. They were randomly assigned at a 1:1 ratio to the NXS(10 m L thrice daily for 15 days) or control groups using a randomization code table. Standard medical care was administered in both groups. The primary outcome was the percentage reduction in hematoma volume from day 1 to day 15. The secondary outcomes included the percentage reduction in hematoma volume from day 1 to day 7, the absolute reduction in hematoma volume from day 1 to day 7 and 15, and the change in neurological function from day 1 to day 7 and 15. The safety was closely monitored throughout the study. Moreover, subgroup analysis was performed based on age, gender, history of diabetes, and etiology of intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH). Results: A total of 120 patients were enrolled and randomly assigned between March 30, 2018 and April 15, 2020. One patient was lost to follow-up in the control group. Finally, there were 119 patients(60 in the NXS group and 59 in the control group) included in the analysis. In the full analysis set(FAS) analysis, the NXS group had a greater percentage reduction in hematoma volume from day 1 to day 15 than the control group [median(Q1, Q3): 85%(71%, 97%) vs. 76%(53%, 93%), P0.05). Furthermore, no adverse events were reported during the study. In the FAS analysis, the NXS group exhibited a higher percentage reduction in hematoma volume on day 15 in the following subgroups:

Realtime trigger and localization of bursts are the key functions of GECAM,an all-sky gamma-ray monitor launched on 2020 December *** developed a multifunctional trigger and localization software operating in the CPU of the GECAM Electronic *** onboard software has the following features:high trigger efficiency for real celestial bursts with a suppression of false triggers caused by charged particle bursts and background fluctuation,dedicated localization algorithm optimized for both short and long bursts,and low time latency of the trigger information which is downlinked through the Global Short Message Communication service of the global BeiDou navigation *** paper provides a detailed description of the design and development of the trigger and localization software system for *** covers the general design,workflow,the main functions,and the algorithms used in the *** paper also includes on-ground trigger tests using simulated gamma-ray bursts generated by a dedicated X-ray tube,as well as an overview of the performance for real celestial bursts during its in-orbit operation.

红层泥岩的膨胀性和水敏性对地区公路、高铁的建设和工后变形控制构成了长期潜在威胁。为此,依托甘肃兰州一红层泥岩路堑段,开展了微膨胀泥岩地基原位水分入渗响应特征试验,分析泥岩地基膨胀变形量、膨胀力和体积含水率时空演化规律,并讨论了室内试验和原位试验的差异性。研究结果表明:红层泥岩地基水分入渗形式包括裂隙流和孔隙流,水分场具有明显的时空分布不均匀性,岩体裂隙对渗流、膨胀具有促进作用。入渗过程中泥岩吸水膨胀具有显著的时效性,原位地基膨胀量和膨胀力均经历骤增、减速增长和缓慢增长阶段,并未能达到收敛,浸润峰后泥岩表面逐渐软化甚至泥化,会导致地基承载力下降。室内试验对原位泥岩的水分入渗响应特征反映有限。
