脊柱结核是肺外结核最常见的形式,约占全身各部位结核的2%。规范的抗结核治疗是临床治疗脊柱结核的根本途径,而手术治疗亦是临床治疗脊柱结核不可或缺的重要手段。然而,脊柱结核具有难治愈性和易复发性,疗程长达1.5~2年,且经手术治疗后仍有1.3%~25%的复发率。黄韧带骨化症(ossification of the ligamentum flavum,OLF)是一种脊柱韧带异位骨化性疾病,其发病率约占我国人口的3.8%。OLF发病隐匿,进展缓慢,容易引起漏诊、误诊及延误治疗,致瘫率极高,手术治疗是唯一有效的治疗方法。脊柱结核继发OLF国内外罕有报道,本文报告1例脊柱结核融合后畸形继发OLF患者,并对相关文献进行综述,以供临床参考。

氨基酸作为组成蛋白质的基本结构单元在生物体中起着重要作用。不同的基团组成和手性结构所代表的功能均有差异，因此甄别其基本化学结构和分子振动信息将为构建基础生物分子光谱与结构相关性模型提供重要的理论依据。近红外光谱主要展示各类含氢基团（如O—H、 N—H和C—H等）的倍频和合频振动信息；振动信息比较复杂，加上常规红外光谱仪器分辨率限制等原因，导致实验测得的谱带变宽，无法准确对其振动模式进行指认，分析较为困难。理论计算可以对每个振动模式进行独立计算，能够提供更清晰的光谱信息，进而对实验得到的宽谱带进行解析，使其更易甄别和分析不同分子体系的各类基团的结构振动信息。采用非谐振DFT方法对氨基酸（谷氨酸、半胱氨酸、甘氨酸）及由此三种氨基酸组成的多肽（谷胱甘肽）进行结构优化和非谐振振动分析，计算得到四种分子7 500～4 500 cm-1波段内的高精度NIR光谱，并对它们的谱图进行了详细的振动峰位指认。以振动强度作为标准，将整个近红外波段分为三个光谱区探究分子结构和组成基团对光谱特征的影响，对计算光谱进行了详细的分析并且建立了光谱与结构间的对应关系。该研究为更深的理解氨基酸及多肽的结构性质提供了思路。

We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the china Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3 days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3 kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2089 keV for this work)with a factor of 23.A background level of 0.33 counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2)^(0ν)>1.0×10^(23)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:3.2–7.5 eV.

目的:研究茉莉花重金属元素与道地性的相关性,并进行风险评估。方法:采用ICP-MS测定不同产区43批茉莉花重金属及有害元素含量的差异,进行聚类分析,研究茉莉花中各元素含量与道地性的相关性及水煎后各元素的溶出率,筛选可能影响重金属及有害元素含量的标志性元素,并进行风险评估。结果:不同产区43批茉莉花共聚为2类,不同产区茉莉花粉末和干膏中各重金属及有害元素含量大小均为Cu、Cd、Pb、As、Hg,粉末和干膏中Cu元素含量均大于其他元素;煎煮后各重金属及有害元素的溶出率大小为As、Pb、Hg、Cu、Cd、Pb、Cd与As是可能影响茉莉花重金属及有害元素含量的标志性元素;风险评估显示广西横州市横州镇(批号20200810)与福建省泉州市(批号20230705)MOEPb<1,存在一定暴露风险,其余产区危害指数和暴露限值均符合限值标准。结论:本文为种植区选择、人工育种、制定重金属及有害限量标准等方面提供科学依据。

内窥镜是诊断人体器官疾病的重要医疗设备,然而受人体内腔环境影响,内窥镜图像分辨率一般较低,需对其进行超分辨处理.目前多数基于深度学习的超分辨算法直接使用双三次插值下采样从高质量图像中获取低分辨率(Low-resolution, LR)图像以进行配对训练,此种方式会导致纹理细节丢失,不适用于医学图像.为解决该问题,针对医学内窥镜图像开发了一种新颖的退化框架,首先从真实低质量内窥镜图像中提取丰富多样的真实模糊核与噪声模式,之后提出一种退化注入算法,利用提取的真实模糊核与噪声将高分辨率(High-resolution, HR)内窥镜图像退化为符合真实域的低分辨率图像.同时,提出一种高频引导的残差密集超分辨网络,采用基于双频率信息交互的频率分离策略,并设计多层级融合机制,将提取的多级高频信息逐层嵌入残差密集模块的多层特征,以充分恢复内窥镜图像的高频细节和低频内容.在合成与真实数据集上的大量实验表明,我们的方法优于对比方法,具有更好的主客观质量评价.

The yangtze River is the mother river of *** promote the aquatic ecosystem protection of the great river,the Project of yangtze Fisheries Resources and Environment Investigation(2017-2021)supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,*** carried out by 24 institutes and universities that located in the yangtze River basin surveys the status of(1)fish species composition and spatial distribution,(2)current fish abundance,(3)endangered fishes,(4)yangtze finless porpoise,(5)aquatic eco-environments,(6)water-level fluctuation areas,(7)capture fisheries and recreational fisheries of the yangtze River mainstream and 10 of its main tributaries,including Yalong River,Heng River,Min River(including Dadu River),Chishui River,Tuo River,Jialing River,Wu River,Han River,Dongting Lake and Poyang *** results showed that there were 443 fish species(belonging to 163 genus,37 families,and 18 orders)before 2017,but only 323 fish species(including 15 new recorded exotic species)were recorded in the project of *** them,Cyprinus carpio,Carassius auratus,Hypophthalmichthys molitrix,Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,Coilia brachygnathus,Silurus asotus,Saurogobio dabryi,Ctenopharyngodon idellus,Pelteobagrus nitidus,Hemiculter leucisculus,Siniperca chuatsi,Coreius heterodon,Culter alburnus,Parabramis pekinensis,and Aristichthys nobilis were the dominant species across the whole yangtze River *** is estimated that there were 886 million individuals weighing 124.8 million kg,merely equivalent to 27.3%of the resources in 1950s,30.9%of the resources in 1960s,or 58.7%of the resources in *** the new list of protected fishes that recorded in the yangtze River system,only 15 of 29 were collected in this project of *** gladius has been affirmed to be Extinct by International Union for Conservation of Nature(IUCN).The wild individuals of Tenualosa reevesii and Luciobrama macrocephalus have disappeared for many years and maybe have been extinct
