To evaluate post-miosis changes in the anterior chamber structures in various angle-closure glaucomas(ACG). Totally 14 eyes of primary chronic angle-closure glaucoma(PCACG), 12 eyes of lens-induced secondary chronic angleclosure glaucoma(LSACG) and 14 healthy eyes were recruited. After miosis, for PCACG group, intraocular pressure(IOP) and anterior chamber depth(ACD) changed not significantly, while anterior chamber angle widened significantly. LSACG group showed a significant increase in IOP, decrease in ACD, and narrowing in anterior chamber angle. Healthy eyes showed significant decreases in IOP and anterior chamber parameters. Thus, miosis could widen the anterior chamber angle of patients with PCACG, while increase the narrowing of anterior chamber angle and IOP of patients with LSACG. We should pay attention to the distinction between PCACG and LSACG patients and the proper administration of pilocarpine in the treatment of patients with chronic ACG.

In this paper, we present the design and optimization of a side-coupled accelerating structure with an energy switch. The beam parameters are optimized, and the electric field asymmetry in the first cell is analyzed. The new structure we designed has an improvement of 10 times in the accelerating field symmetry. Thermo-mechanical analysis is performed based on the electromagnetic results. The highest temperature is 72.5 ℃ at the nose cone, and the maximal deformation is 73 μm at the outer edge of the coupling cavity.

Longitudinal injection is a promising on-axis injection scheme for diffraction-limited storage rings. In the latest version of the Hefei advanced light source (HALS), both the dynamic aperture and momentum aperture have been optimized. A longitudinal injection scheme was investigated on the HALS using a doublefrequency radio frequency system. To evaluate the injection performance, various errors were considered. A series of tracking simulations were conducted, and the injection efficiency was obtained under different error levels.

Objective:To investigate the effect of moxibustion combined with five‑element music therapy on the postoperative pain relief of patients undergoing surgical operation for mixed hemorrhoid with damp‑heat ***:Totally,159 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were assigned to the control group,study group 1,and study group 2,with 53 cases in each *** patients received routine care after surgical treatment,including acupoint application and Chinese herbal *** addition,patients in the study group 1 received moxibustion,and those in the study group 2 were given moxibustion combined with five‑element music *** degree of postoperative pain was evaluated using visual analog scale(VAS).Results:There was no significant difference in VAS score on pain during dressing changes among three groups(P>0.05).After 3,5,and 7 days of intervention,there was a significant difference in VAS score on pain at rest among three groups(P<0.001),and VAS score in the study group 2 was lower than that in the study group 1 and the control group after 3 and 5 days of intervention,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with five‑element music therapy is effective to relieve the postoperative pain of patients undergoing a surgical operation for mixed hemorrhoids with damp‑heat syndrome.

Pyramid cut blasting is an essential form of inclined hole cut blasting,but the in-situ stress effect of pyramid cut blasting is rarely *** on the research background of pyramid cut blasting in a deep rock mass,the size,volume,and fragment size distribution of the blasting cavity before and after uniaxial compression were analysed by a model ***,the damage and effective stress of the pyramid cut blasting were analysed with LS-DYNA numerical *** results show that the damage and fragmentation of pyramid cut blasting are not only affected by blasting stress wave and blasting gas,but also affected by uniaxial *** the influence of uniaxial compression,the blasting stress wave and blasting gas are more likely to damage the rock mass parallel to the uniaxial compression direction near the connecting line of blasting hole,and make the volume of cavity larger and the fragment rate ***,uniaxial compression has a prominent influence during the middle and late stages of blasting.

A highly sensitive ultra-high-performance liquid chromatographic-tandem mass spectro- metry （UPLC/MS/MS） method was developed for the quantification of the synthetic peptide drug of exenatide in monkey plasma. Sample preparation was carried out by solid-phase extraction （SPE）, and bivalirudin was used as the internal standard （IS）. An excellent chromatographic separation was obtained on a reversed-phase C1s column with a gradient elution. Detection utilized a Qtrap 5500 system operated in the positive ion mode with multiple reaction monitoring （MRM）. The proposed method was validated by assessing the specificity, linearity, intra- and inter-day precision and accuracy, recovery, and stability. The method resulted in a linear calibration range of 0.10-30 ng/mL, extracting with only 50 μL monkey plasma aliquots. The intra- and inter-day precisions （as relative standard deviation） were less than 7.5% and 9.6%, respectively. The methodcould be successfully utilized for the pharrnacokinetic study of exenatide in monkeys following a single subcutaneous injection of Byetta.

Isolation and characterization of wood components with aqueous acetic acid

A study was conducted on the isolation of poplar （Populusxeurarnaricana （Dode） Guineir cv. I -72/58） wood components with aqueous acetic acid （AcOH） containing small amounts of sulfuric acid. The reaction time, concentration of acetic acid, ratio of liquor to wood, and concentration of acid catalyst were investigated to examine their effects on the fractionation of wood components. The three main separated components were characterized. The results showed that the optimum conditions for fractionation of poplar wood components were： 0.3% H2SO4 in reaction solution, ratio of liquor to wood 6, reflux time 3 h, and 90% AcOH. The residues were mainly composed of a-Cellulose and hemicellulose, The water insoluble precipitate （acetic acid lignin, AcL） had a low weight-average molecular weight range from 341 to 253 （Mw） and a narrow molecular weight distribution from 1.1 to 1.2. The sugar analysis revealed the solubilized products resulted mainly from hemicellulose and exited as monosaccharides.
