OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of luteolin on chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS)-induced depressive rats and corticosterone(CORT)-induced depressive primary hippocampal neurons, and to elucidate the mechanism behind the action.METHODS: The antidepressant mechanism of luteolin was studied by using CUMS rat model and primary hippocampal neurons in fetal rats. In vivo, novelty suppressed feeding, open-field and sucrose preference tests as well as Morris water maze were evaluated. The content of brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF), 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT), norepinephrine(NE), and dopamine(DA) in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The mechanisms of luteolin were explored based on neurotrophin and hippocampal neurogenesis, and proliferation. Survival of the septotemporal axis in hippocampus was assayed using the 5-bromo-2-deoxyuridine(BrdU), the expression of BDNF,neurotrophin-3(NT-3), and nerve growth factor(NGF) in hippocampus dentate gyrus region were measured by Western-blotting. In vitro, BDNF, NT-3, tropomyosin receptor kinase B(TrkB), and phosphorylated cyclic adenosine monophosphate responsive element binding protein(p-CREB) were detected through the high content analysis(HCA) to investigate neurotrophin and apoptosis.RESULTS: Induction of CUMS in rats induced depressive symptoms, while luteolin significantly enhanced sucrose consumption, decreased feeding latency, increased locomotor activity, escape latency, distance of target quadrant and regulated the content of depressive-like biomarkers. Histology analysis revealed that luteolin increased the abundance of new born neurons that had been labeled with BrdU, BrdU + neuronal nuclear antigen,and BrdU + doublecortin in septo-temporal axis of S2(mid-septal) and T3(mid-temporal). Moreover,expression of BDNF, NT-3, and NGF increased significantly in the septo-temporal axis of S2 and T3. 针对秃鹰搜索算法(BES)存在全局搜索性能与局部开发能力不协调、易陷入局部最优等缺陷,提出一种融合多策略的改进秃鹰搜索算法(IBES).采用凸型自适应控制因子使算法在迭代寻优过程中可根据搜索进程动态调整位置更新方程以修正模型,实现自适应寻优,有效平衡算法的全局搜索性能和局部开发能力;引入折射反向学习机制可对问题当前解在其解空间内进行折射反向学习找到与之对应的折射反向解,增加寻到最优解的概率,提升算法求解精度和收敛速度;同时,利用定向重组与诱导突变策略实现种群个体多维信息的重组和突变,提升个体质量和种群多样性,增加算法跳出局部最优的机率,提高搜索精度.以最优值、平均值、标准差和平均收敛代数作为算法性能的评价指标,对10个不同基准测试函数进行数值仿真实验,实验结果验证了所提改进方法的有效性及IBES算法的优越性.此外,经IBES算法优化后的PID神经网络控制器响应速度快、超调量小、调节时间短,进一步验证了算法的实用性.

将催化氧化法分为热催化、光催化、电催化和PMS活化催化4类,总结其在脱除甲苯方面的应用,发现近年来如Pt、Au、Ag、CeO 2等贵金属及金属氧化物在催化剂中的应用越来越广泛,其在不同材料表面的负载能够显著影响其催化剂成品的强度、孔隙率等物理性质,进而影响其对工况的适应范围和经济效益。详细分析了催化材料和反应条件对脱除甲苯效率的影响,阐明了不同类型脱除甲苯反应的本质。根据各个类型的反应温度和研究时间指出催化氧化法必然向着反应条件更加温和的方向发展,且有自由基参与的催化氧化方法因其节能且高效的特质,必然会受到更多关注与应用。最后,指出了当前研究难以应用于工程且反应机理探究不足的问题,并提出了发展建议。

The unique surface microscopic morphology (SMM) and chemical composition of RCA would affect its adhesion to asphalt. This research examined the SMM parameters and surface energies of RCA and asphalt utilizing laser microscope system (LMS) and atomic force microscopy (AFM)， correspondingly. The pull-off tests were employed to examine the macroscopic adhesive strength between recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) and asphalt， and the study examined the impact of SMM and surface energies of the materials on this macroscopic adhesive strength. In the final phase， this study delved into the multi-scale adhesion mechanisms between RCA and asphalt. Findings demonstrate that an increase in grade correspondingly elevates the surface roughness and surface energy of the asphalt. For asphalt containing bee-like structures， the surface energy in other regions surpassed that of the convex part and concave part. With the increase of water-cement ratio of RCA， the SMM roughness increases and the surface energy decreases. The adhesion of RCA to asphalt is the result of both physical and chemical adhesion， about 60% from chemical effect and the remaining about 40% from physical effect.

As the cornerstone mission of the fourth phase of the Chinese Lunar Exploration Program, chang'E-7(CE-7) was officially approved, and implementation started in 2022, including a main probe and a communication relay satellite. The main probe, consisting of an orbiter, a lander, a rover and a mini-flying probe, is scheduled to be launched in 2026. The lander will land on Shackleton crater's illuminated rim near the lunar south pole, along with the rover and mini-flying probe. The relay satellite(named Queqiao-2) will be launched in February 2024 as an independent mission to support relay communication during scientific exploration undertaken by chang'E-4, the upcoming chang'E-6 in 2024 and subsequent lunar missions.The CE-7 mission is mainly aimed at scientific and resource exploration of the lunar south pole. We present CE-7's scientific objectives, the scientific payloads configuration and the main functions for each scientific payload with its key technical specifications.

近年来,无人机在军用领域和民用领域得到了广泛的应用,给人们带来极大便利的同时也带来了重大的安全挑战,精准识别无人机的需求日益迫切,其中无人机辐射源个体识别方法得到广泛关注和深入研究。基于深度学习的方法因其卓越性能而受到广泛关注,然而这些方法大多依赖于大量独立同分布的训练数据,而在实际应用中,无人机射频数据的采集和标注充满挑战,训练数据和测试数据之间往往存在较大的分布差异。针对无人机射频数据采集和标注困难、训练数据和测试数据分布差异大等现实应用需求,提出了一种面向无人机辐射源个体识别的域适应模型设计方法。采用自助抽样法对无人机数据集进行重采样,增加数据集中的样本多样性。将Transformer编码器与域对抗神经网络结合,使特征在高斯分布下进行优化。引入最大均值差异作为度量方法来减少训练过程中源域和目标域之间的分布差异。基于权重的加权投票法增强模型的泛化性,提高模型适应新环境的能力。实验结果表明,基于3种典型环境,构建6种域适应场景,本文所提的方法识别率高于现有方法约5%。此外,还研究了源域样本数量和目标域样本数量对域适应效果的影响,在目标域含有少量样本时依然可以达到较高的性能,较好地平衡了无人机辐射源个体识别精确度与泛化性、可靠性的需求。

Gaoligong Mountain(hereafter,GLGM)is located at the intersection of Myanmar and China’s yunnan Province and Xizang Zizhiqu,and spans three globally significant biodiversity hotspots:the Himalayas,Indo-Burma,and the Mountains of Southwest China.Although surveys of mammals in this ecologically important region have a long history,there is no comprehensive systematic checklist and distribution account of the mammals of GLGM.Here,we compiled a mammal species checklist of GLGM based on thorough field investigations and literature reviews.We also examined specimen collections and applied camera trapping surveys to explore the region’s mammal diversity and distribution patterns.We recorded 212 mammal species in nine orders,33 families,and 119 genera,which accounts for 30.5%of China’s mammal species,and a high proportion of nationally protected(50)and globally threatened(29)species.Mammal species richness showed a symmetrical unimodal curve along the elevation gradient,peaking at intermediate elevations(2000 to 2500 m above sea level(asl)),and increasing generally from south to north,slightly higher in the east slope than in the west.Cluster analysis and non-metric multidimensional scaling revealed three distinct elevational assemblages(3500 m asl)and significant south-to-north variation,but no substantial differences between the east and west slopes.The GLGM present a unique conservation value due to the high proportions of rare and endangered mammal species,complex faunal composition,high endemism,and being the distribution boundary for many species.This study is an important phased account of mammal diversity in GLGM and makes a prospect for future research.
