依托大连乡村的康养资源,以安波天益堂村为例,分析了其区位特征,提出了融合弹性、包容性以及智慧旅游的设计策略,围绕“健康”展开设计,以恢复游客身心健康为目标。以“乡野自然、田园养生”为主题,设计出“一带、一环、五区”的布局形式,总结了大连安波村乡村景观规划设计的核心内容,指出了乡村康养景观设计应注重融合当地自然景观资源,突出乡村康养特色,满足五感需求,为游客提供优质乡村康养环境,从而实现景观的可持续发展。

Fabrication of a monolithic 4H-SiC junction barrier schottky diode with the capability of high current

There is a great interest in monolithic 4H-SiC Junction Barrier Schottky （JBS） diodes with the capability of a high forward current for industrial power applications. In this paper, we report large-area monolithic 4H-SiC JBS diodes fabricated on a 10 μm 4H-SiC epitaxial layer doped to 6×1015 cm-3. JBS diodes with an active area of 30 mm2 had a forward current of up to 330 A at a forward voltage of 5 V, which corresponds to a current density of 1100 A/cm2. A near ideal breakdown voltage of 1.6 kV was also achieved for a reverse current of up to 100 gA through the use of an optimum multiple floating guard rings （MFGR） termination, which is about 87.2% of the theoretical value. The differential specific-on resistance （RSP-ON） was meas- ured to be 3.3 mΩcm2, leading to a FOM （VB2/RSP-ON） value of 0.78 GW/cm2, which is very close to the theoretical limit of the tradeoff between the specific-on resistance and breakdown voltage for 4H-SiC unipolar devices.

Evaluation of Typhoon Waves Simulated by Wave Watch-Ⅲ Model in Shallow Waters Around Zhoushan Islands

In this study, we simulated typhoon waves in the shallow waters around the Zhoushan Islands using the WaveWatch-Ⅲ(WW3) model version 5.16, the latest version released by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Specifically, we used in-situ measurements to evaluate the performance of seven packages of input/dissipation source terms in the WW3 model. We forced the WW3 model by wind fields derived from a combination of the parametric Holland model and high-resolution European Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts(ECMWF) wind data in a 0.125? grid, herein called H-E winds. We trained the H-E winds by fitting a shape parameter B to buoy-measured observations, which resulted in a smallest root mean square error(RMSE) of 3 m s^(-1) for B, when treated as a constant 0.4. Then, we applied the seven input/dissipation terms of WW3, labelled ST1, ST2, ST2+STAB2, ST3, ST3+STAB3, ST4, and ST6, to simulate the significant wave height(SWH) up to 5 m during typhoons Fungwong and Chan-hom around the Zhoushan Islands. We then compared the SWHs of the simulated waves with those measured by the in-situ buoys. The results indicate that the simulation using ST2 performs best with an RMSE of 0.79 m for typhoon Fung-wong and an RMSE of 1.12 m for typhoon Chan-hom. Interestingly, we found the simulated SWH results to be relatively higher than those of the observations in the area between Hangzhou Bay and the Zhoushan Islands. This behavior is worthy of further investigation in the future.

In the metal-based peroxymonosulfate(PMS)activation process,the sluggish surface redox cycle of metal ions generally hampered the efficiency of PMS activation for pollutant ***,Codoped CuWO 4/BN quantum dots(CW/Co/BNQDs)photocatalysts were developed to realize Cu^(2+)/Cu+and Co^(2+)/Co^(3+)dual ions redox cycles for PMS activation,which would facilitate the tetracycline(TC)***/4Co/2BNQDs could degrade 94.8%TC within 30 min in PMS/Vis system,and the apparent rate constant of CW/4Co/2BNQDs was 2.7 times and 1.2 times higher than those of CW and CW/4Co,*** improved TC degradation performance could be attributed to the synergetic effect between BNQDs and dual redox cycles.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)spectra of samples before and after the reaction demonstrated that BNQDs were beneficial for accelerating the Cu^(2+)/Cu+and Co^(2+)/Co^(3+)redox cycles in CW/4Co/2BNQDs,further boosting the activation of PMS in TC *** of different radical scavengers revealed that the SO_(4)^(·−)/·OH/h+/^(1)O_(2)reactive species participated in the PMS activation for the TC degradation *** possible TC degradation pathway and intermediate toxicity were detailed *** addition,CW/4Co/2BNQDs exhibited outstanding photocatalytic activity over five consecutive cycles,which illustrated that it was supposed to be a reliable PMS activator over antibiotic elimination for practical *** this work shed new light on constructing dual redox cycles for efficient PMS activation.

文章采用引江济淮工程疏浚泥浆抛泥区中的疏浚余水展开实验,探究9种混凝剂对疏浚余水的处理效果,使用响应面法优化磁加载混凝处理疏浚余水的工艺条件,分析该过程中有色溶解性有机物和氮磷质量浓度的变化规律。混凝剂筛选实验结果显示,以疏浚余水悬浮物(suspended solids,SS)去除率为评价指标时优选混凝剂为硫酸铝。响应面实验结果表明:硫酸铝投加量、搅拌G值、磁粉投加量对疏浚余水SS去除率的影响程度逐渐减弱,实验条件下最优工艺条件为磁粉、硫酸铝的投加量分别为260、40 mg/L,搅拌G值80 s^(-1);疏浚余水的有色溶解性有机物以黄腐酸类和腐殖酸类物质为主,磁加载硫酸铝混凝对两类物质有较大幅度的选择性去除;磁加载硫酸铝混凝可实现对高质量浓度疏浚余水(SS质量浓度1 405 mg/L)的SS、Cr元素化学需氧量(chemical oxygen demand,COD_(Cr))、氨氮、总磷达标排放,磁粉的投加显著提高了混凝去除SS的效率。该研究可为疏浚余水高效处理工艺的开发和应用提供参考。

目的探究为四肢骨折患者提供经皮微创接骨板内固定术治疗的并发症发生率及临床效果。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5月山东省寿光市人民医院收治的106例四肢骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组。对照组(53例)施以切开复位内固定治疗,研究组(53例)施以经皮微创接骨板内固定术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,研究组的骨钙素、骨保护素水平高于对照组,胶原C端肽水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率(5.66%)低于对照组(18.87%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.296,P<0.05)。结论经皮微创接骨板内固定术治疗四肢骨折的效果确切,可缩短术后恢复时间,减少并发症,安全性高。

Global Stability of a Viral Infection Model with Defectively Infected Cells and Latent Age

The authors propose and analyze a viral infection model with defectively infected cells and age of the latently infected cells. The existence of steady states is determined by the basic reproduction number of virus. With the Lyapunov's direct method, they establish a threshold dynamics of the model with the basic reproduction number of virus as the threshold parameter. To achieve it, a novel procedure is proposed. Its novelties are two-folded. On one hand, the coefficients involved in the specific forms of the used Lyapunov functionals for the two feasible steady states are determined by the same set of inequalities. On the other hand, for the infection steady state, a new approach is proposed to check whether the derivative of the Lyapunov functional candidate along solutions is negative(semi-)definite or not. This procedure not only simplifies the analysis but also exhibits the relationship between the two Lyapunov functionals for the two feasible steady states. Moreover, the procedure is expected to be applicable for other similar models.
