Polarization of tumor-associated macrophages by TLR7/8 conjugated radiosensitive peptide hydrogel for overcoming tumor radioresistance

Radioresistance reduces the antitumor efficiency of radiotherapy and further restricts its clinical application,which is mainly caused by the aggravation of immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment(ITM).Especially tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)usually display the tumor-promoting M2 phenotype during high-dose fractional radiotherapy mediating radiotherapy ***,the toll like receptor agonist TLR7/8a was conjugated with radiosensitive peptide hydrogel(Smac-TLR7/8 hydrogel)to regulate TAMs repolarization from M2 type into M1 type,thus modulating the ITM and overcoming the *** Smac-TLR7/8 hydrogel was fabricated through self-assembly with nanofibrous morphology,porous structure and excellent ***γ-ray radiation,Smac-TLR7/8 hydrogel effectively polarized the macrophages into M1 ***,combined with radiotherapy,TAMs repolarization regulated by Smac-TLR7/8 hydrogel could increase tumor necrosis factor secretion,activate antitumor immune response and effectively inhibit tumor ***,TAMs repolarization rebuilt the ITM and elicited the immunogenic phenotypes in solid tumors,thus enhanced the PD1-blockade efficacy through increasing tumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs)and decreasing Treg cells in two different immune activity tumor mice ***,this study substantiated that recruiting and repolarization of TAMs were critical in eliciting antitumor immune response and overcoming radioresistance,thus improving the efficacy of radiotherapy and immunotherapy.

Effect of thickness on infrared optical property of VO2 film deposited by magnetron sputtering

A series of VO2 films with different thicknesses(from about 25 nm to 250 nm)were prepared on sapphire substrates by radio frequency magnetron *** deposition times varied from 15 min to 150 *** metal to insulator transitions(MIT)of the films were *** optical transmittance of the films to infrared light(with a wavelength of 4.0μm)at room temperature(30℃)varied significantly with film thickness,ranging from 86.53%to 41.01%.The modulation property also changes with thickness,decreasing from 22.89%to 14.74%.The phase transition temperature remained approximately 70℃during heating,and approximately 53℃during cooling,despite a tenfold increase in the deposition time,and the resulting thickness of the *** spectroscopy of the films indicated that the intensities of the characteristic peaks corresponding to V2O5 increase with the increasing of film ***-dependent Raman spectroscopy indicated that the peaks corresponding to VO2 undergo reversible changes during heating and cooling of the films,while the peaks corresponding to V2O5 remain unchanged *** control of the V2O5 content of the films(by varying the duration of the deposition process)allows control over their transmittance and optical modulation properties without changes in the phase transition *** provides a new method of controlling the optical properties of these materials and shows promise for their potential applications in thermochromic windows.

Evolution of microstructures and optical properties of gadolinium oxide with oxygen flow rate and annealing temperature

In this study, the effects of oxygen flow rate and annealing temperature on Gd_2 O_3 structures and optical properties were systematically analyzed. Gd_2 O_3 films were deposited on both quartz and ZnS substrates by magnetron sputtering and then annealed under vacuum at 700, 800 and 900℃, Restructure and phase transformation from cubic to monoclinic occur at different temperatures depending on the oxygen flow rate. The optical band gap, which is more sensitive to the annealing temperature than oxygen flow rate changes from 5.32 to 5.65 eV. The refractive index is approximately 1.75 at 550 nm and is adjustable by the oxygen flow rate. The transmittance of the ZnS substrate with Gd_2 O_3 film exceeds 80% and reaches82% at the 7.5-9.5 μm range. When ZnS is coated on both sides, the transmittance is increased to approximately 90%. Our results indicate that Gd_2 O_3 films are promising new candidates for anti-reflective coatings in the infrared region.

建立了不同类型资源的频率响应模型,并验证了储能与新能源协同参与系统调频的可行性。研究发现,风电机组可采用虚拟惯量控制、下垂控制、综合虚拟惯量控制和桨距角控制等方式,而光伏发电可通过减载运行和并网变换器控制策略参与频率调节。提出了一种新的动态频率响应模糊控制策略,用于协同运行风能和储能系统,以显著提高电力站内系统的频率响应能力。同时,采用粒子群算法对储能容量进行了优化配置,进一步增强了系统的调频性能。考虑储能单元前功率、容量和电池荷电状态(SOC)等因素,研究了不同状态下储能单元间AGC指令的分配策略,并深入研究了新能源场站内风电机组和光伏逆变器之间的AGC指令分配方法。有望在清洁能源的推动下,确保电力系统的稳定性和可靠性,为电力系统的可持续发展提供了重要支持。

Regulation of Seed Vigor by Manipulation of Raffinose Family Oligosaccharides in Maize and Arabidopsis thaliana

Raffinose family oligosaccharides （RFOs） accumulate in seeds during maturation desiccation in many plant species. However, it remains unclear whether RFOs have a role in establishing seed vigor. GALACTINOL SYNTHASE （GOLS）, RAFFINOSE SYNTHASE （RS）, and STACHYOSE SYNTHASE （STS） are the enzymes responsible for RFO biosynthesis in plants. Interestingly, only raffinose is detected in maize seeds, and a unique maize RS gene （ZmRS） was identified. In this study, we found that two independent mutator （Mu）-interrupted zmrs lines, containing no raffinose but hyperaccumulating galactinol, have significantly reduced seed vigor, compared with null segregant controls. Unlike maize, Arabidopsis thaliana seeds contain several RFOs （raffinose, stachyose, and verbascose）. Manipulation of A. thaliana RFO content by overexpressing ZmGOLS2, ZmRS, or AtSTS demonstrated that co-overexpression of ZmGOLS2 and ZmRS, or overexpression of ZmGOLS2 alone, significantly increased the total content of RFOs and enhanced Arabidopsis seed vigor. Surprisingly, while overexpression of ZmRS increased seed raffinose content, its overexpression dramatically decreased seed vigor and reduced the seed amounts of galactinol, stachyose, and verbascose. In contrast, the atrs5 mutant seeds are similar to those of the wild type with regard to seed vigor and RFO content, except for stachyose, which accumulated in atrs5 seeds. Total RFOs, RFO/sucrose ratio, but not absolute individual RFO amounts, positively correlated with A. thaliana seed vigor, to which stachyose and verbascose contribute more than raffinose. Taken together, these re- sults provide new insights into regulatory mechanisms of seed vigor and reveal distinct requirement for RFOs in modulating seed vigor in a monocot and a dicot.

为简化多支持向量机识别模型的计算复杂度、提高动态过程质量异常模式的识别精度,提出一种基于多主元特征与支持向量机相结合的动态过程异常监控模型。利用主元分析方法对动态数据进行特征提取,将所提取的不同主元特征作为支持向量机分类器的输入对模型进行训练。将识别效率高的主元特征对应的转换矩阵与多支持向量机相结合,构建了基于多主元特征的多支持向量机识别模型,对质量异常模式进行识别。仿真实验表明,所提基于多主元分析支持向量机识别模型的识别精度比传统基于主元特征或其他特征提取方法的识别模型有显著提高,且训练所需时间大大减少。
