高速列车轴箱轴承的可靠性和高速性能是保障高速列车运行安全和运行效率的关键因素。依据高速列车轴箱轴承的实际应用工况特征,并结合现有高速列车轴箱轴承的检修统计数据,对比分析了双列圆锥和双列圆柱设计的轴箱轴承技术特点。针对现有某高速列车车型,以满足运营速度400 km/h的技术要求为目标,对双列圆锥轴箱轴承低摩擦优化设计和轴箱系统散热设计优化这两个方面进行研究。其中为了准确评估摩擦功耗,建立了轴承—车辆刚柔耦合动力学模型,并以京津轨道谱和实测车轮不平顺作为输入,计算了轴承的动态载荷。轴承摩擦计算结果表明,在车速400 km/h,X-life设计的双列圆锥轴箱轴承的摩擦发热功耗比原有双列圆锥轴箱轴承大约降低24%;轴箱轴承台架测试显示,在更高的车速下,X-life设计的双列圆锥轴箱轴承运转温度比原有双列圆锥轴箱轴承降低了大概15°C。轴箱系统热仿真计算显示,在相同的热源输入和环境温度和散热条件下,铝合金轴箱体的最高温度相比铸铁轴箱的最高温度降低了约20°C。相关研究结果,可以为运营速度400 km/h高速列车的轴箱系统总体设计提供参考。

In order to overcome some problems caused by improper parameters selection when applying Least mean square(LMS), Normalized LMS(NLMS) or Recursive least square(RLS) algorithms to estimate coefficients of second-order Volterra filter, a novel DavidonFletcher-Powell-based Second-order Volterra filter(DFPSOVF) is proposed. Analysis of computational complexity and stability are presented. Simulation results of system parameter identification show that the DFP algorithm has fast convergence and excellent robustness than LMS and RLS algorithm. Prediction results of applying DFPSOVF model to single step predictions for Lorenz chaotic time series illustrate stability and convergence and there have not divergence problems. For the measured multiframe speech signals, prediction accuracy using DFPSOVF model is better than that of Linear prediction(LP).The DFP-SOVF model can better predict chaotic time series and the real measured speech signal series.

Relationship of Post-Stroke Aphasic Types with Sex, Age and Stroke Types

Aim: To explore what is the relationship of the types of post-stroke aphasia with sex, age and stroke types. Methods: Retrospective analysis was administrated on data of 421 patients with acute stroke. Western battery aphasia was used to measure aphasiac type and aphasia quotient (AQ) score. The patients were divided into three age groups: young, middle-aged and elderly. The stroke types were classified into cerebral infraction (CI) and intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). Results: All subjects were right-handed, which males and females accounted for 69.60% and 30.40%, respectively. There were 116 cases of Broca’s aphasia (85 males), 35 cases of Wernicke’s aphasia (20 males), 15 cases of conductive aphasia (10 males), 63 cases of transcortical motor aphasia (50 males), 11 cases of transcortical sensory aphasia (8 males), 27 cases of transcortical combined aphasia (13 males), 73 cases of anomic aphasia (47 males) and 81 cases of global aphasia (60 males). Male patients (69.60%) have a significantly higher morbidity of aphasia than that of females (30.40%) after stroke (χ2 = 11.57, P = 0.003), especially those under 65 years old (73.38%). For people 65 years and older, the morbidity of female (42.97%) tends to increase with age. Sex has no significant influence on the types of aphasia (χ2 = 13.84, P = 0.054). Broca’s aphasia is the most common type inboth male and female (29.01%, 24.22%, respectively). The distribution of aphasic types has no obvious difference among three age groups (χ2 = 14.94, P= 0.382). Aphasia induced by CI (306 cases) is more common than that by ICH (115 cases), but there was no difference in distribution of types of aphasia (χ2 = 13.23, P = 0.067). Conclusions: Male patients have a significantly higher level of morbidity of aphasia than females after stroke and a lower average age of onset than females. Broca’s aphasia is the most common one in both male and female. Broca’s aphasia, global and anomic aphasia are the most common aphasic types in both CI and ICH patients, except the female with ICH

Poly(ionic liquids)(PILs)combined with the macromolecular structure and unique properties of ionic liquids show unlimited potential in catalysis.In this work,a series of metal-based PIL with different ionic ratios were prepared for the selective oxidation of cyclohexane.Characterization analysis reveals that different degrees of ionization could adjust the Co-N sites of the catalysts efficiently,leading to significant changes in their electronic structure,which strongly relate to catalytic performance in oxidation.20.07%cyclohexane conversion and 13.06%cyclohexanone and cyclohexanol(KA oil)yield can be achieved by metal-based PILs that are better than other commercial catalysts.Compared with CoCl_(2),metal-based PILs perform well,with superior conversion and KA oil yield.More interestingly,the catalyst created in this study features a malleable Co-N site,which may potentially have an impact on how oxygen species adsorb and desorb from the catalyst.Therefore,the catalyst studied in this work is used as molecular oxygen for the selective oxidation of cyclohexane to produce KA oil,and its application prospect is promising.

Experimental research on hydrophilic characteristics of natural soft rock at high stress state

In order to study features of rock–water interaction, a self-developed experimental system called Intelligent Testing System for Water Absorption in Deep Soft Rocks(ITSWADSR) was utilized to analyze the hydrophilic behaviors of natural soft rock at high stress state. Combining X-ray diffraction and mercury injection test, main influencing factors on hydrophilic characteristics were studied. According to the results, it could be concluded as the following:(1) the effective porosity, and the content of illite, illite/smectite formation(S = 5%) and kaolinite have positive correlation with the water absorption capacity of rock; meanwhile, the initial moisture content, fractal dimension of effective pores, illite/smectite formation(S = 30%) and chlorite present negative correlation;(2) among the positive factors, the ascending order is kaolinite, illite/smectite formation(S = 5%) and illite;(3) the descending order among the negative factors are chlorite, illite/smectite formation(S = 30%) and fractal dimension of the effective pores;(4) influence of effective porosity on the pressurized water absorbing capacity of rock is minimal, while it is maximal in the process of no pressurized water absorption.

目的探讨信息化追溯系统联合器械图谱技术在消毒供应中心外来医疗器械再处理中的应用价值。方法对2021年6~12月天长市人民医院消毒供应中心接收的225个外来医疗器械包18512件器械进行常规处理模式;2022年1~7月天长市人民医院消毒供应中心接收的144个外来医疗器械包15204件器械使用信息化追溯系统联合器械图谱技术处理,比较两组管理模式下外来医疗器械的清洗合格率、拆卸合格率、组装合格率、包装合格率、灭菌合格率及湿包发生率,将两种处理模式的结果进行统计比较。结果信息化追溯系统联合器械图谱技术处理组目测法清洗合格率98.37%,三磷酸腺苷生物荧光检测法清洗合格率96.50%,拆卸合格率97.20%,组装合格率94.57%,包装合格率100%均优于常规处理模式组(88.81%、83.5%、91.04%、90.62%、92.89%),湿包发生率3.47%低于常规处理模式组16.89%,外来医疗器械再处理平均总时长(148.19±4.47)min低于常规处理模式组(180.01±6.29)min,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论实施信息化追溯系统联合器械图谱技术可显著提高外来医疗器械的再处理质量,降低湿包发生率,减少感染风险,值得临床推广使用。

Hydrophilic characteristics of soft rock in deep mines

A series of water absorption tests on dried soft rock have been conducted by the intelligent testing system for water absorption tests in deep soft rock,including tests of water absorption with and without pressure.The results show that the water absorbing capacity of rock with a certain pressure is larger than that of rock without pressure;however,the relationship between the water absorbing percentage and the time can be expressed by w(t) = a(1 e-bt).In bi-logarithmic coordinates,the hydrophilic relationship with time in tests with pressure could be characterized by linearity,while they present concave or convex in tests without pressure.Based on the hypothesis that each influential factor is irrelevant and they have a linear correlation with the water absorbing capacity,we calculated the weight coefficient of each factor according to experimental results under different conditions.The calculations demonstrate that the effective porosity,content of smectite and kaolinite are all positively correlated with the water absorption capacity of rock;meanwhile,the fractal dimension of the effective pores presents a negative correlation with the water absorption capacity of rock.The water absorption capacity with pressure increases with increasing illite,chlorite and chlorite/smectite formation and a decrease in illite/smectite formation and the fractal dimension of the effective pores,while it is opposite in tests without pressure.The weight coefficient of smectite is smallest among positive factors,and the fractal dimension of the effective pores is the smallest amongst the negative factors.

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a progressive, neurodegenerative disorder characterized by impairments in multiple cognitive domains and it is hard to diagnose in early stage because it’s not easy to recognize and develop slowly. In this study, we try to evaluate the difference of white matter between AD and health volunteers using diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) and try to provide some evidence for diagnose AD in early stage. Twelve elderly Chinese patients with AD and twelve healthy volunteers were recruited and underwent DTI. The raw diffusion data were dealt with the toolkit of FSL image post-processing. Fractional anisotrogy (FA) data were then carried out by using tract-based spatial statistics (TBSS). The result showed that the FA of cingulum, hippocampus, corticospinal tract, and inferior fronto-occipital fasciculus significantly reduced in AD patients than that of volunteers. This indicated that the integrity of white matter tracts in these regions with AD was disturbed. On the other hand, the FA of other encephalic regions had no discrepancy compared with that of healthy volunteers. FA values were found reduced significantly in AD patients, especially in the posterior of the brain. These findings may provide image methods to diagnose patients with early stage of AD.
