Influence of Heat Treatment on Hydroformability of TRIP Seamless Steel Tube

A low-carbon TRIP seamless steel tube, which is expected to be used in the hydroforming process, was successfully fabricated using piercing, cold-drawing and two-stage heat treatment process. The two-stage heat treatment is one crucial step because it significantly affects the microstructure and mechanical properties of TRIP seam less steel tube. In order to obtain the TRIP seamless steel tube with high hydroformability, several different heat treatment processes were conducted. The effects of heat treatment conditions （intercritical annealing （IA） and isothermal bainite treatment （IBT）） on the TRIP seamless steel tube hydroformability which was determined by free hydraulic bulge test were analyzed. Two different internal pressure boosting velocities of 0.2 and 0.5 MPa/s of free hydraulic bulge tests were adopted to determine the effective stress vs. effective strain curve of TRIP seamless steel tube. The results showed that for the predetermined IA condition, the maximum bulge height increased, but the maximum burst internal pressure decreased, with the increase of IBT holding time from 4 to 6 rain. For the predetermined IBT condition, the maximum bulge height decreased, but the maximum burst internal pressure increased, with the increase of IA holding time from 5 to 10 rain. By analyzing the free hydraulic bulge test results, it was found that the maximum bulge heights of TRIP seamless steel tubes with the internal pressure boosting velocity of 0.5 MPa/s were higher than those when the internal pressure boosting velocity was 0.2 MPa/s. This means that an appropriate deformation rate should be chosen to obtain the optimal hydroformability of TRIP seamless steel tube. In addition, the effective stress vs. effective strain curves of TRIP seamless steel tubes were ohtained with free hydraulic bulge test.

The controlled cooling technology following hot rolling process is a vital factor that affects the final micro- structure and mechanical properties of the hot-rolled transformation induced plasticity （TRIP） steels. In the present study, low alloy C-Si-Mn TRIP steel was successfully fabricated by hot rolling process with a 4450 hot roiling mill. To maximize the volume fraction and stability of retained austenite of the steel, two different cooling methods （aircooling and ultra-fast cooling ＂AC-UFC＂ and ultrmfast cooling, air cooling and ultra-fast cooling ＂UFC-AC-UFC＂） were conducted. The effects of the cooling method on the microstructure of hot-rolled TRIP steel were investigated via optical microscope, transmission electron microscope and conversion electron Mossbauer spectroscope. The mechanical properties of the steel were also evaluated by conventional tensile test. The results indicated that ferrite and bainite in the microstructure were refined with the cooling method of UFC-AC-UFC. The morphology of retained austenite was also changed from small islands distributing in bainite district （obtained with AC-UFC） to granular shape locating at the triple junction of the ferrite grain boundaries （obtained with UFC-AC-UFC）. As a result, the TRIP steel with a content of retained austenite of 11. 52%, total elongation of 32% and product of tensile strength and total elongation of 27 552 MPa·% was obtained.

Herein, we present a case of gastric adenocarcinoma of fundic gland type(GA-FG) spreading to heterotopic gastric glands(HGG) in the submucosa. A 58-year-old man with epigastric pain was referred to our hospital and underwent an esophagogastroduodenoscopy. A Borrmann type II gastric cancer at the antrum and a 10 mm submucosal tumor-like lesion in the lesser curvature of the upper third of the stomach were detected. Histological examination of the biopsy specimens obtained from the submucosal tumorlike lesion suggested a GA-FG. Therefore, endoscopic submucosal dissection was performed as excisional biopsy, and histopathological examination of the resected specimen confirmed a GA-FG and HGG proximal to the GA-FG. Although the GA-FG invaded the submucosal layer slightly, the submucosal lesion of the GA-FG had a poor stromal reaction and was located just above the HGG in the submucosa. Therefore, wefinally diagnosed the lesion as a GA-FG invading the submucosal layer by spreading to HGG.

In this paper a real-time peak detection method based on modified Automatic Multiscale Field Detection (AMPD) algorithm and Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) technologies of a time series data is studied, and optimum scaling is highlighted after testing several scales. To validate the results obtained from modified algorithm, they are compared with the results of original AMPD method. As data of this study, three-phase voltage values of a power station are used. A detail detective sensitivity analysis of phase-to-phase voltage values is tried at different scales. Moreover, the original algorithm is tested regarding the off-line mode to obtain optimum scaling for real-time peak point detection. It is concluded that the peak detection of minimum and maximum points of data series achieved by modified algorithm is very close to the results of original AMPD algorithm.

Factors associated with complicated erosive esophagitis: A Japanese multicenter, prospective, cross-sectional study

Several hundred thousand primordial follicles are present in the mammalian ovary,however,only a limited number develop to the preovulatory stage,and then finally *** others,more than 99%,will be eliminated via a degenerative process called"atresia".The endocrinological regulatory mechanisms involved in follicular development and atresia have been characterized to a large extent,but the precise temporal and molecular mechanisms involved in the regulation of these events have remained *** many recent studies,it is suggested that the apoptosis in ovarian granulosa cells plays a crucial role in follicular atresia. Notably,death ligand and receptor interaction and subsequent intracellular signaling have been demonstrated to be the key mechanisms regulating granulosa cell ***,we provide an overview of granulosa cell apoptosis regulated by death ligand-receptor signaling in pig *** roles of death ligands and receptors[Fas ligand (FasL)-Fas,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)α-TNF receptor(TNFR),and TNFa-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL)-TRAIL receptor(TRAILR)]and intracellular death-signal mediators[Fas-associated death domain protein(FADD),TNF receptor 1-associated death domain protein(TRADD),caspases,apoptotic protease-activating factor 1(Apaf1),TNFR-associated factor 2(TRAF2),and cellular FLICE-like inhibitory protein(cFLIP) etc.]in granulosa cells of each follicle will be discussed.

AIMTo assess the clinical characteristics of patients with complicated erosive esophagitis (EE) and their associated *** prospective, cross-sectional study included patients diagnosed with EE by upper gastrointestinal endoscopy between October 2014 and March 2015 at 106 Japanese hospitals. Data on medical history, general condition, gastrointestinal symptoms, lifestyle habits, comorbidities, and endoscopic findings were collected using a standard form to create a dedicated database. Logistic regression analysis was used to calculate adjusted odds ratios (aOR) and 95%CI for the association with complicated *** the study period, 1749 patients diagnosed with EE, 38.3% of whom were prescribed proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) were included. Of them, 143 (8.2%) had EE complications. Esophageal bleeding occurred in 84 (4.8%) patients, esophageal strictures in 45 (2.6%) patients, and 14 (0.8%) patients experienced both. Multivariate analysis showed that increased age (aOR: 1.05; 95%CI: 1.03-1.08), concomitant use of psychotropic agents (aOR: 6.51; 95%CI: 3.01-13.61), and Los Angeles grades B (aOR: 2.69; 95%CI: 1.48-4.96), C (aOR: 15.38; 95%CI: 8.62-28.37), and D (aOR: 71.49; 95%CI: 37.47-142.01) were significantly associated with complications, whereas alcohol consumption 2-4 d/wk was negatively associated (aOR: 0.23; 95%CI: 0.06-0.61). Analyzing associated factors with each EE complication separately showed esophageal ulcer bleeding were associated with increased age (aOR: 1.05; 95%CI: 1.02-1.07) and Los Angeles grades B (aOR: 3.60; 95%CI: 1.52-8.50), C (aOR: 27.61; 95%CI: 12.34-61.80), and D (aOR: 119.09; 95%CI: 51.15-277.29), while esophageal strictures were associated with increased age (aOR: 1.07; 95%CI: 1.04-1.10), gastroesophageal reflux symptom (aOR: 2.51; 95%CI: 1.39-4.51), concomitant use of psychotropic agents (aOR: 11.79; 95%CI: 5.06-27.48), Los Angeles grades C (aOR: 7.35; 95%CI: 3.32-16.25), and D (aOR: 20.34; 95%CI: 8.36-49.53) and l
