The voltage drop appearing at Mg anode-electrolyte interface is a critical issue for the battery power and energy density of aqueous primary Mg-air *** respective voltage loss is typically assigned to the deposits layer forming on the anode surface during *** this work,we experimentally and computationally investigate the critical factors affecting the voltage drop at Mg anode towards a deeper understanding of the contribution of deposit and its growth.A two-dimensional(2D)mathematical model is proposed to compute the voltage drop of Mg-0.15Ca wt.%alloy(Mg-0.15Ca)by means of a semi-empirical formulas and experiments-based modification model,considering the effect of discharge current density,the negative difference effect(NDE)and surface deposits layer *** model is utilized to simulate the discharge potential of the anode at predefined experimental current *** computed voltage drop(half-cell voltage)is in good agreement with the experimental *** applicability of the mathematical model is successfully validated on the second material(namely high-purity Mg).

To the Editor:Owing to the heterogeneity of congenital heart disease-associated pulmonary hypertension(CHDPH)disease and the development of the pulmonary vascular system in pediatric patients,the management of CHD-PH in children is signicantly different from that in adults.[1]Early identication and intervention of CHD-PH are of great signicance for disease management in children with CHD,and non-invasive,accurate clinical tools are urgently needed to predict PH risk in children with ***,the applicability of the current risk-scoring system to pediatric CHD-PH remains ***,there are presently no user-friendly,non-invasive online tools available for predicting CHD-PH,and there is a scarcity of related studies in Asian *** study aimed to develop and validate the prediction tools for estimating the risk of pulmonary hypertension and clinical deterioration in children with congenital heart disease.

Abstract:Cold stress adversely affects rice growth,particularly at the early vegetative growth *** higher plants,nitrogen metabolism plays a central role in amino acid metabolism,plant defense mechanisms and *** report investigated the effects of cold stress and supplemental γ-aminobutyric acid （GABA） under cold stress on nitrogen metabolism in rice *** stress resulted in a greater increase in the transformation to NH4+by nitrate reductase （NR） in roots,it further resulted in lower levels of NO3-content in roots,weakened glutamine glutamate （GOGAT/GS） pathway and elevated glutamate dehydrogenase （GDH） pathway of rice ***,compared with cold stress,supplementation of GABA (2.5 mmol·L-1) could increase relative water content（79.43%） and biomass （34.15%） of rice *** could act as an amplifier of stress signal conduction/transduction to increase NR activity and promote NO3-assimilation in *** addition,GABA elicited the Ca2+signaling pathway which could promote the GDH pathway and GABA shunt,increase the activities of GS and GDH,and the expression of Os GAD2 and Os GDH *** GABA might increase the ratio of the Glu family and avoid NH4+toxicity in order to raise the concentration of organic compounds and alleviate the harmful consequences of cold *** on these observations,this study proposed that GABA mediated cold tolerance in rice seedlings by activating Ca2+burst and subsequent crosstalk among Ca2+signaling,GDH pathway and GABA shunt.

The influence of oxygen（O） content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of cold rolled Ti-32.5 Nb-6.8 Zr-2.7 Sn-xO（TNZS-xO; x = 0,0.***.0.6; mass%） alloys after aging at temperature range from 350 to 600℃ for 24 h was investigated. Results showed that the cold rolled TNZS-xO alloys possess single βphase. During the aging process, O could not only effectively suppress the precipitation of ω phase but also retard the formation and decomposition of a phase. In addition, the corresponding temperatures of the maximal volume fraction of α phase precipitation and the（α＋β）/β transus temperatures of the TNZS-xO alloys were all increased with the increasing of O content. For mechanical properties, it was found that the strength and Young＇s modulus of the TNZS-xO alloys increased owing to the ω phase and/or a phase precipitation and decreased owing to the a phase decomposition. However, the elongation showed the opposite change tendency with the above mentioned strength. The mechanical properties of TNZS-xO alloys can be controlled over a wide range by subjecting to aging treatment and/or changing their 0 content. When aged at or below 450 ℃,the TNZS-xO alloys exhibit great potential to become a series of new candidates for biomedical applications since they possess high strength（870-1460 MPa）, low Young＇s modulus（45.1-75.6 GPa）, high strength-to-modulus ratio（0.018-0.02） and appropriate elongation（7.2%-14.9%）, which are superior to those of Ti-6 Al-4 V alloy and suitable for the use as bio-implant materials.

为了解决大坝渗漏识别的问题,本文提出了一种将主动激励红外成像与深度学习结合的大坝渗漏识别方法。通过计算机仿真制作渗漏红外图像,再结合模拟大坝渗漏试验采集得到的红外图像,生成渗漏红外图像数据集用于深度学习的训练。在YOLOv5原始模型的基础上,用AF-FPN替换原有的FPN,提高识别大坝红外图像渗漏区域的能力,并在识别速度和准确率之间做出有效的权衡。试验表明,模型的准确率为87.6%,召回率为96.5%,平均准确率(IoU=0.5)为88.3%,表明本文提出的方法可较好的识别大坝红外图像渗漏区域。

Numerical simulation of fully developed hydrodynamics of a riser and a downer was carried out using an Eulerian-Lagrangian model, where the particles are modeled by the discrete element method （DEM） and the gas by the Navier-Stokes equations. Periodic flow domain with two side walls was adopted to simulate the fully developed dynamics in a 2D channel of 10 cm in width. All the simulations were carried out under the same superficial gas velocity and solids holdup in the domain, starting with a homogenous state for both gas and solids, and followed by the evolution of the dynamics to the heterogeneous state with distinct clustering in the riser and the downer. In the riser, particle clusters move slowly, tending to suspend along the wall or to flow downwards, which causes wide residence time distribution of the particles. In the downer, clusters still exist, but they have faster velocities than the discrete particles. Loosely collected particles in the clusters move in the same direction as the bulk flow, resulting in plug flow in the downer. The residence time distribution （RTD） of solids was computed by tracking the displacements of all particles in the flow direction. The results show a rather wide RTD for the solids in the riser hut a sharp peak RTD in the downer, much in agreement with the experimental findings in the literature. The ensemble average of transient dynamics also shows reasonable profiles of solids volume fraction and solids velocity, and their dependence on particle density.

Hazardous dye substances discharged from the textile and dyestuff industries not only threaten local the surrounding ecosystems but are also hard to *** report the preparation of process for a photocatalytic membrane device that can degrade dye pollution under visible *** filtration membrane,with a well-organized multilayer structure,simultaneously achieves continuous and flow-through separation of degradation *** nanofibers(CNFs)were used as a template for nanosheet C_(3)N_(4)(NS C_(3)N_(4))preparation;the performance for the photocatalytic degradation of dyes improved as the morphology changed from bulking to *** C3N4 was then attached to the surface of a prepared CNF membrane via vacuum *** device exhibited high efficiency(the degradation rates of both Rhodamine B and Methylene blue both reached 96%),high flux(above 160 L·h^(-1)·m^(-2)·bar^(-1))and excellent stability(maintaining steady flux and high separation were maintained after 4 h).This easy-preparation,easy-scale-up,and low-cost process provides a new method of fabricating photocatalytic membrane devices for dye wastewater treatment.
