Monitoring Xylem Transport in the Stem of Lilium lancifolium Using Fluorescent Dye 5(6)-Carboxyfluorescein Diacetate

The xylem undergoes physiological changes in response to various environmental conditions during the process of plant *** understand these physiological changes,it is extremely important to observe the transport of *** this study,the distribution and structure of vascular bundle in Lilium lancifolium were observed using the method of semithin *** for introducing a fluorescent tracer into the xylem of the stems were ***,the transport rule of 5(6)-Carboxyfluorescein diacetate(CFDA)in the xylem of the stem of *** was studied by fluorescence dye in live cells tracer *** results showed that the vascular bundles of *** were scattered in the basic tissue,the peripheral vascular bundles were smaller and densely distributed,and the closer to the center,the larger the volume of vascular bundles and the more sparsely *** vascular bundles of *** are limited external tenacity vascular bundles,which are composed of phloem and *** most suitable method for CFDA labeling the xylem of isolated stem segments of *** was solution soaking for 24 *** running speed of CF in the isolated stem was 0.3 cm/h,which was consistent with the running speed of the material in the *** could be transported between the xylem and parenchyma cells,indicating that the material transport in the xylem could be through the symplastic *** above results laid a foundation for the study of the xylem transport mechanism and the xylem pathogen disease of lily.

Impacts of pancreatic exocrine insufficiency on gut microbiota

Pancreatic exocrine insufficiency(PEI)can be induced by various kinds of diseases,including chronic pancreatitis,acute pancreatitis,and *** main pathogenetic mechanism of PEI involves the decline of trypsin synthesis,disorder of pancreatic fluid flow,and imbalance of secretion *** studies have shown that PEI could induce gut bacterial overgrowth and dysbiosis,with the abundance of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium increasing the most,which could be partially reversed by pancreatic enzyme replacement *** studies have also confirmed the association between PEI and the dysbiosis of gut *** exocrine secretions and changes in duodenal p H as well as bile salt malabsorption brought about by PEI may affect and shape the abundance and composition of gut *** turn,the gut microbiota may impact the pancreatic exocrine acinus through potential bidirectional *** forward,more and higher-quality studies are needed that focus on the mechanism underlying the impact of PEI on the gut microbiota.

The development and synthesis of cathode electrocatalysts with high activity and durable stability for metal-air batteries is an important challenge in the area of ***,we introduce a novel in-situ nitriding and phosphating strategy for producing W_(3)N_(4)and WP from phosphotungstic acid(HPW)-polyaniline-phytic acid-Fe3+organic-inorganic hybrid *** final material has a three-dimensional porous framework with W_(3)N_(4)-WP heterostructures embedded in the carbon matrix(W_(3)N_(4)-WP@NPC).As-made materials exhibit exceptional electrocatalytic performance for the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR),with a diffusion-limiting current density of 6.9 mA·cm^(−2)and a half-wave potential of 0.82 *** a Zn-air primary cathode,the W_(3)N_(4)-WP@NPC assembled battery can provide a relatively high peak power density(194.2 mW·cm^(−2)).As a Zn-air secondary air-cathode,it has great cycling stability over 500 *** work provides a simple and efficient method for rationally designing high-performance air cathodes from copolymer-anchored polyoxometalates.

In the past 5 years,there has been significant research interest in the intrinsic magnetic topological insulator family compounds MnBi2+2nTe4+3n（where n=0,1,2…）.In particular,exfoliated thin films of MnBi2Te4have led to numerous experimental breakthroughs,such as the quantum anomalous Hall effect,axion insulator phase and high-Chern number quantum Hall effect without Landau ***,despite extensive efforts,the energy gap of the topological surface states due to exchange magnetic coupling,which is a key feature of the characteristic band structure of the system,remains experimentally *** electronic structure measured by using angle-resolved photoemission （ARPES） shows significant deviation from ab initio prediction and scanning tunneling spectroscopy measurements,making it challenging to understand the transport results based on the electronic *** paper reviews the measurements of the band structure of MnBi2+2nTe4+3nmagnetic topological insulators using ARPES,focusing on the evolution of their electronic structures with temperature,surface and bulk doping and film *** aim of the review is to construct a unified picture of the electronic structure of MnBi2+2nTe4+3ncompounds and explore possible control of their topological properties.

Micromechanics investigations of composites with fiber-shaped reinforcement are extensively applied in the engineering design and theoretical analysis of thermal composites in the aerospace engineering and high-tech *** this paper,a critical review of various classical micromechanics approaches is provided based on the classification framework and the development of micromechanics *** numerical micromechanics tools have been developed to overcome limitations through exactly/approximately solving the internal governing equations of *** connections and limitations of those models are also investigated and discussed,based on which three recently developed numerical or semi-analytical models are explained,including finite-element micromechanics,finite-volume direct averaging micromechanics,and locally exact homogenization theory,as well as machine learning *** it is almost inevitable to mention the interfacial effects on thermal behavior of fibrous composites,we review the new mathematical relations that interrupt the original continuity conditions due to the existence of interphase/interface within unit *** speaking,the interphase/interface is demonstrated to play a significant role in influencing the effective coefficients and localized thermal *** present work also briefly reviews the application of micromechanics tools in emerging engineered woven composites,natural fibrous composites,and ablative thermal protection *** is demonstrated that sophisticated micromechanics tools are always demanded for investigating the effective and localized responses of thermal fibrous composites.

研究目的:雄安站为高架站,主要公共空间应用清水混凝土。这是铁路客站首次在客流集中、建设标准高的候车厅内应用清水混凝土,不仅需解决应用形式、空间效果、设备管线布设、表皮色彩肌理等问题,更需要针对雄安站大体积、高标号钢骨混凝土结构,解决应用清水混凝土所面临的建筑美学及结构安全耐久的问题。研究结论:(1)以专业最优服从系统最优为原则,完善的系统设计是大型复杂建筑应用清水混凝土的基础;(2)按照建构一体的理念,仅以曲线清水梁柱的结构形态即可塑造简洁、清雅的建筑空间;(3)设计与施工的密切配合,是有效保证清水混凝土结构安全耐久、实现表皮色彩肌理和梁柱细节的重要因素;(4)清水混凝土在公共建筑及大型客站中具有广泛的应用前景。

A Predictive Energy Management Strategies for Mining dump Trucks

The plug-in hybrid vehicles(PHEV)technology can effectively address the issues of poor dynamics and higher energy consumption commonly found in traditional mining dump ***,plug-in hybrid electric trucks can achieve excellent fuel economy through efficient energy management strategies(EMS).Therefore,a series hybrid system is constructed based on a 100-ton mining dump truck in this *** inspired by the dynamic programming(DP)algorithm,a predictive equivalent consumption minimization strategy(P-ECMS)based on the DP optimization result is *** on the optimal control manifold and the SOC reference trajectory obtained by the DP algorithm,the P-ECMS strategy performs real-time stage parameter optimization to obtain the optimal equivalent factor(EF).Finally,applying the equivalent consumption minimization strategy(ECMS)realizes real-time *** simulation results show that the equivalent fuel consumption of the P-ECMS strategy under the experimentally collected mining cycle conditions is 150.8 L/100 km,which is 10.9%less than that of the common CDCS strategy(169.3 L/100 km),and achieves 99.47%of the fuel saving effect of the DP strategy(150 L/100 km).

Consumer price index（CPI） is a very important index in macroeconomics. In this paper,we predict CPI using four methods : single linear regression, multiple linear regression, BP neural network and RBF neural *** compare the prediction accuracy of these models, finding that RBF neural network has the best prediction effect among these four models,the second is the BP neural network method,which indicating there are strong nonlinear in consumer price index, we should use nonlinear model to predict CPI.

Stock price index is a barometer of the national economy, which often shows strong nonlinearity because of various factors. It is necessary to use nonlinear models to improve the accuracy of prediction. We predict Shanghai Securities Composition stock index with ARIMA-BP neural network method, and compare the accuracy with the result of single ARIMA model and BP neural network method. We find that the prediction accuracy of ARIMA-BP neural network is better than the BP neural network, BP neural network is better than linear model ARIMA, which confirms the change of stock price index is nonlinear.
