Ventral tegmental area(VTA),which is well-documented as a modulatory center of reward and addiction,has been demonstrated to participate in pain *** addition,insula cortex(IC)has also been proved to be related with maintenance of neuropathic *** the present study,in order to clarify whether there exist dopaminergic projections from the VTA to the IC,retrograde and anterograde tracing methods combined with immunofluorescent histochemical staining were *** results revealed that almost all VTA-IC-projecting neurons originated from the VTA were dopaminergic neurons,with smaller amount of GABAergic neurons sending projection fiberss to the IC.

The development of hearing varies in different ani-mals. The day numbers of age of each group wereP9 (the 9th postnatal day, P9), Pl0, P13, P14, P20,P40 and P70 (adult mice), respectively. Vegetation restoration through artificial plantation is an effective method to combat desertification,especially in arid and semi-arid *** study aimed to explore the ecological effect of the plantation of Sabina vulgaris on soil physical and chemical properties on the southeastern fringe of the Mu Us Sandy Land,*** collected soil samples from five depth layers(0-20,20-40,40-60,60-80,and 80-100 cm)in the *** plantation plots across four plantation ages(4,7,10,and 16 years)in November 2019,and assessed soil physical(soil bulk density,soil porosity,and soil particle size)and chemical(soil organic carbon(SOC),total nitrogen(TN),available nitrogen(AN),available phosphorus(AP),available potassium(AK),cation-exchange capacity(CEC),salinity,p H,and C/N ratio)*** results indicated that the soil predominantly consisted of sand particles(94.27%-99.67%),with the remainder being silt and *** plantation age increased,silt and very fine sand contents progressively *** 16 years of planting,there was a marked reduction in the mean soil particle *** initial soil fertility was low and declined from 4 to 10 years of planting before witnessing an *** positive correlations were observed for the clay,silt,and very fine sand(mean diameter of 0.000-0.100 mm)with SOC,AK,and p *** contrast,fine sand and medium sand(mean diameter of 0.100-0.500 mm)showed significant negative correlations with these *** findings ascertain that the plantation of *** requires 10 years to effectively act as a windbreak and contribute to sand fixation,and needs 16 years to improve soil physical and chemical ***,these improvements were found to be highly beneficial for vegetation restoration in arid and semi-arid *** research can offer valuable insights for the protection and restoration of the vegetation ecosystem in the sandy lands in China.

气体绝缘组合电器(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)在产生局部放电(partial discharge,PD)时,会向外辐射特高频(ultra-high frequency,UHF)电磁信号,有效提取UHF PD信号的特征信息可实现GIS的在线监测与故障诊断。针对UHF PD信号经过复小波变换后,层间奇异信息分布和层内奇异信息复杂度的差异性,采用二元树复小波变换(combined dual-tree complex wavelet transform,DT-CWT)和奇异值分解(singular value decomposition,SVD)相结合的信号处理方法,提取了UHF PD信号的特征信息。采用Birge-Massart阈值策略对DT-CWT分解后的复小波系数模值序列进行压缩,并构造复合矩阵,分析复合矩阵的奇异熵和复小波分解层数的关系,提出一种求解复小波最优分解层数的算法;利用最优分解层数下的压缩后的各高频系数模值序列构造Hankel矩阵,提取各Hankel矩阵的最大奇异值和奇异熵作为PD辨识的特征参量。结果表明:该特征可以有效识别4种典型绝缘缺陷,且识别率都到达了92%及以上。

SO_(2)poisoning is a common problem in the catalytic combustion of volatile organic compounds(VOCs).In this work,we took three-dimensionally ordered macroporous and mesoporous(3DOM)SiO_(2)as the nanoreactor to protect active sites from SO_(2)erosion in the catalytic combustion of ***,the confined growth of metal active nanoparticles in the multi-stage pore is also full of *** we successfully confined Co_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles(NPs)in macroporous and mesoporous ***,the precursors’growth in the pore was controlled and nanoreactors with different pore sizes were prepared by adjusting the loading amount and preparation *** is discovered that the Co_(3)O_(4)NPs confined in 3DOM SiO_(2)nanoreactor showed superior sulfur and water *** functional theory(DFT)calculations verified that the Co-Si catalyst had high SO_(2)adsorption energy(-0.48 eV),which illustrated that SO_(2)was hard to attach to the surface of the Co-Si *** SiO_(2)nanoreactor had low SO_(2)adsorption energy(-5.15 eV),which indicated that SO_(2)was easily absorbed on SiO_(2)*** illustrated that the SiO_(2)nanoreactor could protect effectively active sites from SO_(2)erosion.

随着经济社会的高速发展,对黄河的防凌安全提出了更高的要求,研究凌情灾害成因及防御措施变化显得尤为重要。通过分析,影响宁蒙河段凌情变化的因素主要包括热力条件、水动力条件和河道边界条件。通过梳理1989年以来宁蒙河段典型凌灾情况,发现造成冰凌灾害的严重凌情多受剧烈天气过程、河道流量变化、复杂河道条件等因素影响。为避免宁蒙河段凌汛灾害,针对热力因素,应及早开展凌汛期气温凌情预报工作;针对水动力因素,应优化凌汛期水库群和分凌工程联合调度;针对河道边界条件,应提前拆除临时阻水建筑物,保证河道畅通,协调空军部队在险情发生时及时轰炸破冰,并加快黑山峡水利枢纽建设,恢复和长期维持较大的中水河槽过流能力,为宁蒙河段防凌防洪提供基本条件。
