Effects of urban street trees on human thermal comfort and physiological indices: a case study in Changchun city, China

Planting trees along urban streets is one of the most important strategies to improve the urban thermal ***,the net impacts of urban street trees on human thermal comfort and physiological parameters are still less *** three similar east-west orientated streets with different degrees of tree cover-low(13%),medium(35%),and high(75%),urban microclimatic parameters and human physiological indices for six male students were simultaneously measured on three cloudless days in summer *** results show that the differences in tree cover were predominant in influencing urban thermal environment and *** street with the highest tree cover had significantly lower physiological equivalent temperature(PET) and more comfortable than the other two *** frequency of strong heat stress(PET> 35℃) was 64%,11 %,and 0%,respectively,for streets with low,medium,and high tree *** the six male university students,human physiological indices varied greatly across the three streets with different tree *** blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and pulse rate increased with decreasing tree *** results also suggest that urban thermal environment and comfort had considerable impact on human physiological *** study provides reasons for urban planners to plant trees along streets to improve the thermal environment and promote urban sustainability.

目的:利用狂犬病病毒(RV)介导的逆行跨单级突触追踪技术,观察丘脑背内侧核(MD)内囊泡膜谷氨酸转运体2(VGLUT2)阳性神经元的全脑突触前神经元分布。方法:将RV的辅助病毒注射至VGLUT2-ires-Cre转基因小鼠右侧MD,两周后将RV注入相同区域。一周后灌注取材,进行全脑扫描,观察RV标记的突触前神经元在全脑的分布。结果:将RV病毒注入VGLUT2-ires-Cre小鼠MD后,在皮质和脑干内可观察到密集的突触前神经元。皮质内逆标神经元多分布于运动皮质、内侧前额叶皮质、眶额皮质和岛叶;丘脑内多见于丘脑网状核和下丘脑外侧区等;而脑干逆标神经元则主要分布在臂旁外侧核、中脑导水管周围灰质和中缝核等部位。结论:MD内VGLUT2阳性神经元一方面可接受来自脑干的上行纤维的投射,或丘脑网状核的信息调控;另一方面作为高阶丘脑也可接受皮质的下行投射,参与脑内的多种功能。以上结果为研究MD的功能及相关神经环路的机制提供了形态学基础。

Understanding the drivers of woody plant diversity in urban parks in a snow climate city of China

Urban parks are an important part of urban ecosystems and play an important role in biodiversity ***,it is still unclear how park characteristics aff ect plant diversity which could hinder the conservation of urban biodiversity due to the ineff ective design of urban *** diversity of woody plants in 33 parks of Changchun,China,was measured with plot measurements and linked with urban park characteristics(e.g.,size and age of the park)to uncover the relationship between *** results show that urban woody plant species were abundant,with 98 species belonging to 51 genera and 26 families in the snow climate city of *** variation in woody plant diversity was largely explained by internal patch characteristics(e.g.,size,age,shape),and external factors surrounding the park(e.g.,land use type and socioeconomic level)accounted for only 16.0%in our *** internal patch characteristics,older urban parks with larger areas demonstrated a richer level of plant diversity and increased nonlinearly with increasing park *** threshold size signifi cantly aff ecting plant diversity variation was approximately 30 *** diversity had positive linear relationships with the ages of urban parks,supporting the legacy eff *** addition,woody plant diversity nonlinearly decreased with increasing park shape index,which suggested that the plant diversity could also be increased by optimizing the park *** the external factors surrounding parks,the spatial distribution of woody plant diversity varied greatly from the urban center to the *** prices around the park had positive linear relationships with woody plant diversity in parks,supporting the luxury eff ***,building and road proportions,and green space proportion had no relationship with plant diversity in *** study can provide a robust reference for enriching plant diversity in urban parks,thus improving the development of urban sustainable cities.

This paper formulates two stochastic nonautonomous SIRI epidemic systems with nonlinear *** main aim of this study is to investigate stochastic dynamics of the two SIRI epidemic systems and obtain their *** the nonautonomous stochastic SIRI epidemic system with white noise,the authors provide analytic results regarding the stochastic boundedness,stochastic permanence and persistence in ***,the authors prove that the system has at least one nontrivial positive T-periodic solution by using Lyapunov function and Hasminskii’s *** the system with Markov conversion,the authors establish sufficient conditions for positive recurrence and existence of ergodic stationary *** addition,sufficient conditions for the extinction of disease are ***,numerical simulations are introduced to illustrate the main results.

研究了气体绝缘组合电器(gas insulated switchgear, GIS)内部绝缘子气隙缺陷局部放电(partial discharge, PD)发展过程,分析了不同发展阶段的特高频(ultra high frequency, UHF)PD信号φ-u散点图和φ-n谱图变化规律,提出了9个特征参量。研究发现:正负半周放电次数、大小具有相同的变化规律,正负半周最大放电脉冲幅值、等值累积放电量和放电信号熵特征呈指数增长趋势,相邻放电脉冲平均时间间隔呈现近似指数衰减趋势。负半周相邻放电脉冲时间间隔总是大于正半周,并且两者差异性随着PD的发展逐渐缩小。相邻放电脉冲最大时间间隔随放电发展逐渐减小。最后,本文结合PD发展物理微观过程,分析了各特征量出现相关变化规律的物理机制。

A-site assisted perovskite crystallization via ion-exchange MOFs for high efficient and stable perovskite solar cells

Here,a novel strategy is proposed targeting the volatility of A-site cations and the disordered arrangement of perovskite grains through employing Cs~+contained metal-organic frameworks In-aip(Cs)obtained by ion-exchange and crystalline *** forces between Cs-O atoms split the pore channels of the pristine In-aip,endowing In-aip(Cs)with multidimensional charge transport channels,In addition,the partially freed Cs~+in the interlayer compensates for the vacancy of A-site cations during the perovskite preparation *** In-aip(Cs)modified perovskite films have a flat morphology,large grains and excellent optoelectronic *** from the high-quality perovskite films and faster charge extraction,the In-aip(Cs)-modified PSCs achieved a champion PCE of 23.03%,superior to the In-aip-modified(22.29%)and control device(21.13%),More importantly,the unencapsulated PSCs modified with In-aip(Cs)exhibited outstanding humidity and thermal *** a period of almost 1000 h,the unencapsulated In-aip(Cs)-modified device retained 85%of its initial PCE after storing in a glove box at 85℃,and retained 87%of the primary PCE upon storage in ambient condition at 25℃under a humidity of 40%.

Although covalent organic frameworks(COFs)with highπ-conjugation have recently exhibited great prospects in perovskite solar cells(PSCs),their further application in PSCs is still hindered by face-to-face stacking and aggregation ***,metal-organic framework(MOF-808)is selected as an ideal platform for the in situ homogeneous growth of a COF to construct a core-shell MOF@COF nanoparticle,which could effectively inhibit COF stacking and *** synergistic intrinsic mechanisms induced by the MOF@COF nanoparticles for reinforcing intrinsic stability and mitigating lead leakage in PSCs have been *** complementary utilization ofπ-conjugated skeletons and nanopores could optimize the crystallization of large-grained perovskite films and eliminate *** resulting PSCs achieve an impressive power conversion efficiency of 23.61%with superior open circuit voltage(1.20 V)and maintained approximately 90%of the original power conversion efficiency after 2000 h(30-50%RH and 25-30℃).Benefiting from the synergistic effects of the in situ chemical fixation and adsorption abilities of the MOF@COF nanoparticles,the amount of lead leakage from unpackaged PSCs soaked in water(<5 ppm)satisfies the laboratory assessment required for the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Regulation.

Dual-functional POM@IL complex modulate hole transport layer properties and interfacial charge dynamics for highly efficient and stable perovskite solar cells

The severe interfacial charge recombination as well as the stability issues brought by the Li-TFSI still hinder the commercialization of high-performance perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Here,a polyoxometalates(POMs)-based complex,POM@ionic liquid(IL),is synthesized and applied as an effective additive that simultaneously enhances the performance and stability of *** interactions between POM@IL complex and Li-TFSI inhibit the aggregation of *** synergistic oxidation of POM@IL complex and Li-TFSI towards 2,2,7,7-tetrakis[N,N-di(4-methoxyphenyl)amino]-9,9'-spirobifluorene(Spiro-OMeTAD)effectively enhances the electrical properties of hole transport layer film and the photovoltaic performances of *** champion device modified with the POM@IL complex yields an excellent power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 22.73%.Moreover,the incorporation of POM@IL improves the humidity stability of *** storing under high humidity conditions(25℃,60%RH)for 1200 h,the POM@IL modified device retained a remarkable 81.2%of its initial *** work provides new insight into constructing POMs-based materials for high-performance photovoltaic devices.

Mercury is a threatening pollutant in food,herein,we developed a Tb^(3+)-nucleic acid probe-based label-free assay for mix-and-read,rapid detection of mercury *** assay utilized the feature of light-up fluorescence of terbium ions(Tb^(3+))via binding with single-strand *** ion,Hg^(2+)induced thymine(T)-rich DNA strand to form a double-strand structure(T-Hg^(2+)-T),thus leading to fluorescence *** on the principle,Hg^(2+)can be quantified based on the fluorescence of Tb^(3+),the limit of detection was 0.0689μmol/L and the linear range was 0.1-6.0μmol/*** to the specificity of T-Hg^(2+)-T artificial base pair,the assay could distinguish Hg^(2+)from other metal *** recovery rate was ranged in 98.71%-101.34%for detecting mercury pollution in three food *** assay is low-cost,separation-free and mix-to-read,thus was a competitive tool for detection of mercury pollution to ensure food safety.

Land Use/Cover Change and Its Policy Implications in Typical Agriculture-forest Ecotone of Central Jilin Province,China

During the 21st century,policies toward agriculture,forestry,and urbanization have emerged to ensure food security,ecological restoration,and human well-being by managing land in Northeast ***,the integrated effects and relationships of various policies are still not well *** study observed the land use land cover changes in Central Jilin from 2000 to 2019 and,by considering policy involvement,aimed to understand the effects and trade-offs of *** showed that the cropland,including dryland and rice paddy,and the forest,including coniferous forest and deciduous forest,are dominant land types in Central *** 2000–2019,the land changed diversely,of which the main changes were the expanded dryland(+0.43 million ha),the increased deciduous forest(+22 million ha),the decreased coniferous forest(–0.08 million ha),and the expanded urban settlement(+0.04 million ha).With these changes,despite the unit grain yield showing a rising trend,the yield contribution of Central Jilin to the national total *** poor cultivating structure made for the cropland expansion and reduced the implementation space of environmental restoration projects such as the Grain to ***,in Central Jilin that transits from the agri-food production zone to the eco-regulation zone,environmental projects coexisted in a trade-off manner with agricultural policies that aim to liberate agricultural *** the key urban agglomerations of Central Jilin,the increase in the proportion of green space improved the thermal environment and carbon *** gross domestic product of the large city and its local proportion also *** improvements benefited from the promotion of development policies and urbanization policies at key time *** the future,it is necessary to coordinate agricultural policies and environmental projects and promote the progress of small-and medium-sized cities to ensure the equality of regional *** study
