＜正＞The error model of the initial alignment of strapdown inertial navigation system（SINS） is nonlinear when the azimuth angle error is *** the dimension of the system increases,the computation of the sigma points needed by UKF becomes burdensome,and the sigma points are no longer local sampling *** non-local sigma points can’t represent the system state correctly,and are prone to causing estimate *** this paper,an improved filtering method combing the reduced sigma points UKF and the scaled UKF is proposed and implemented for initial alignment of *** experiment results show that it yields better performance than EKF.

A three-dimensional nonlinear numerical model with inclined pressure was developed to compute the saltwater intrusion at the Yangtze River Estuary. The σ-transformation was introduced in the vertical plane to achieve the same lattices in the whole domain of interest. The mode-splitting technique can be used to split the three-dimensional governing equations into the surface gravity waves (external mode) and the internal gravity waves (internal mode). And the external mode was solved by the improved double-sweep-implicit (DSI) finite difference method and the internal mode was solved by the Eulerian-Lagrangian method. The Eulerian-Lagrangian method can not only reduce the numerical diffusion but also increase the computational accuracy through the improvement of the finite difference scheme in the vertical direction. The application of the model to the Yangtze River Estuary was carried out for the calculation of the saltwater intrusion and the null point. Results of the temporal and spatial distribution of the flow velocity and the salinity coincide with the measured data quite well. The formation and location of the underwater sandbars in the North Channel of the Yangtze River Estuary are closely related to the local salinity, the null point, the predominant current and the residual flow.

To troubleshoot two problems arising from the segmentation of manganese nodule images-uneven illumination and morphological defects caused by white sand coverage,we propose,with reference to features of manganese nodules,a method called“background gray value calculation”.As the result of the image procession with the aid this method,the two problems above are solved eventually,together with acquisition of a segmentable image of manganese *** a result,its comparison with other segmentation methods justifies its feasibility and *** from simulation results,it is indicated that this method is applicable to repair the target shape in the image,and segment the manganese nodule image in a short ***,it could be used to synchronously process a large number of manganese nodules on different conditions in an image,laying a good foundation for automatic underwater manganese nodule *** if the target in the image is slightly distorted,the statistical data of manganese nodules are still ***,other methods cannot be fully applied to the segmentation of manganese nodule images;in another word,the effectiveness and stability of this method are proved.

Axial Fuel Staging(AFS)technology is an advanced low-emission combustion method in modem gas turbine,which divides the combustor into two axially arranged combustion *** revealing the characteristics of axial staged combustion,an industrial-grade combustor was designed and *** distribution of temperature and velocity field in the combustor was presented with numerical *** an Atmospheric Combustor Test Rig for axial staged combustion was *** flow resistance characteristics of the combustor were measured at *** the effects of the equivalent ratio and the preheating temperature on the pollutant emission and combustion instability were *** results show that the total pressure recovery coefficient in cold state is always above 98%;starting the secondary combustion at low load can reduce NO emissions by 50%,and can suppress the combustion oscillation amplitude of the *** the design point with φ=0.62 and preheating temperature=400°C,NO emission and CO emission are 15.68 and 4.22 mg/m^(3)(@15%O_(2)).

It has remained a hard nut for years to segment sonar images of jacket installation environment,most of which are noisy images with inevitable blur after noise *** the purpose of solutions to this problem,a fast segmen-tation algorithm is proposed on the basis of the gray value characteristics of sonar *** algorithm is endowed with the advantage in no need of segmentation *** realize this goal,we follow the undermentioned steps:ﬁrst,calcu-late the gray matrix of the fuzzy image *** adjusting the gray value,the image is divided into three regions:background region,buffer region and target ***ﬁltering,we reset the pixels with gray value lower than 255 to binarize images and eliminate most ***,the remaining noise is removed by morphological *** simulation results of several sonar images show that the algorithm can segment the fuzzy sonar images quickly and ***,the stable and feasible method is testiﬁed.

为探究四川省玉米品种的遗传多样性,用40对SSR引物检测2021年四川省玉米联合体试验中234个参试品种的DNA指纹,构建参试品种SSR-DNA指纹库,并基于DNA指纹进行遗传多样性分析和DNA指纹分析。结果表明,234个参试玉米品种多态信息整体高于早年吉林省和全国审定玉米品种;鲜食玉米组与其他玉米组遗传距离最远;234个参试玉米品种互为不同品种。2021年四川省参试玉米品种与早年吉林省和全国审定玉米品种相比遗传多样性更丰富,DNA指纹检测通过比例较2014-2019年国家玉米区域试验参试组合有所提高。
