每个民族都有自己的语言系统,这个语言系统与其他民族的言语系统是有区别的,这导致了第二语言学习,特别是口语学习的难度。相较而言,汉语口语学习对于外国学生来说尤为困难,由此汉语教师一直在探寻适合外国学生汉语口语的教学方法。口语的教学重点在于"说",语言环境是口语学习的重要条件。目前,交际教学法成为汉语课堂上汉语教师最常用的教学手法。相对于其他教学法,交际可以给外国学生提供汉语口语实践的语言环境。在对外汉语口语教学中,特别是对于中级班以下的学生,在语音、语法和句法的交际运用中,学生口语偏误的现象就更多。在课堂交际的环境中实现汉语口语的交际,就是模拟真实的汉语应用环境,让学生正确地了解自己在汉语作为第二语言运用中的口语水平。我们所运用的交际教学法能提供给汉语作为第二外语口语教学的启示是:教师必须为学生在课堂上提供一个良好的交流环境,为学生创造一个练习口语的平台,让学生想说、敢说、会说,以有效地达到口语教学的目的。

A pre- an. post- test descriptive quan.itative an. qualitative design.was used with an.experimen.al group of Mexican.suburban.children.from Grade 1 of the primary school. The origin.l method for formation.of compon.n.s of con.ept of n.mber was applied to children.from experimen.al group. The duration.of the application.was six mon.hs in.the classroom three days per week. The program in.luded specific train.n. of compon.n.s of n.mber con.ept: symbolic, logical, n.meric, an. spatial. The results of the fin.l assessmen. in.icate positive result in.experimen.al group in.comparison.with absen.e of chan.es in.con.rol group. The authors con.lude that the method could be useful for organ.zin. pedagogical methodology in.Mexican.primary schools.

俄罗斯在2009年正式开始国家统一考试之前,有过二十多年的统考试行过程。在此过程中,俄罗斯国内对统考有很多争论。之所以会有这些争论,跟苏联时期的高校招生考试制度实践密切相关。苏联时期的高校招生考试制度经历了从免试推荐到自由报考再到分类招生、综合选拔的过程,每个阶段的招生对象、录取规则都有不同程度的调整,旨在不断探索生源数量和质量、考试成绩和实践经验、国家计划和高校自主之间的平衡点。苏联解体之后,俄罗斯随即进行了高校录取政策调整,并于1997年开始引入统一考试实验,统考实验以探索的姿态不断调整和完善考试方式、试题难度、招生规则等机制,在引起广泛讨论的同时积累了大量经验,为全国范围的施行奠定了基础。2009年俄罗斯国家统一考试制度正式在全国施行,其中在统考推行过程中有四方面的内容影响最大、引起最多关注和讨论:统考科目和分数、录取政策、补考制度、考试公平问题。在统考推行过程中,政策逐渐修改完善,历史的结果显示,统考有利于提高现代教育质量、培养专业人才,但如何处理统考制度的矛盾焦点、如何贯彻以人为本、实现人的全面发展仍是俄罗斯高校招生制度未来前进的方向。

本文是关于21世纪至今冬奥会举办场馆建筑形态创新的研究。冬奥体育建筑作为重要的载体,既是举办国地域文化的彰显,又通过独特的建筑形态诠释奥利匹克精神,体现了形式与功能、技术与艺术的有机结合。进入21世纪,随着建筑技术的发展,以及冰雪运动项目在全世界的普及,冬奥体育建筑呈现了更为多样的形态,研究其建筑形态创新背后的深层动因与表现形式具有重要的现实意义。本文选取21世纪至今举办过及即将举办冬奥会的美国盐湖城(2002年)、意大利都灵(2006)、加拿大温哥华(2010年)、俄罗斯索契(2014年)、韩国平昌(2018年)等城市的奥运主比赛场馆为研究对象。虽然冬奥会举办国家在地域气候与地域文化上有所差异,但其冬奥体育建筑的形态创新发展具有一定的共性,体现着与当代先进的建筑技术同生共进,通过“环境友好、文化传承、人文关怀、灵活适用”的方式诠释着奥林匹克精神。21世纪冬奥体育建筑形态创新所呈现的不仅仅形式的自由与解放,而是建筑的结构、表皮与空间的有机融合。论文第一章为绪论,明确了课题的研究背景、研究内容、研究现状与研究意义。论文第二章研究了当代冬奥体育建筑形态创新的影响因素与创新特质。论文第三章研究了建构技术、绿色技术与数字技术之于当代冬奥体育建筑形态创新的影响及其创新表现形式。论文第四章从与地域气候的适应、与地域文化的契合、与地域环境的融合等方面研究了当代冬奥体育建筑形态创新的动因与表现形式。论文实地调研了俄罗斯索契冬奥会比赛场馆,采访了其他国家的冬奥场馆设计公司,获得了第一手的研究资料。在全球与本土的双重视野下,在技术与地域的双重维度下,21世纪冬奥体育建筑呈现了更为多样的形态,论文研究了其形态创新的深层动因与表现形式,丰富了我国冬奥体育建筑的理论研究。

进入新世纪，区域经济的重要性和必要性同全球经济一体化以相同的趋势同步发展。俄中作为亚欧大陆上两相邻的大国，在双边政治关系和地区间经贸往来，都有着非常密切的往来。相比较两国间的政治合作，两国贸易水平还有进一步提升的空间。如今两国经济在快速发展的新环境下，加强俄中贸易合作水平十分重要也十分必要。人民币的汇率变化经历了上世纪八十年代大幅贬值、九十年代逐步升值、本世纪初实际贬值和浮动汇率制度下逐步升值的变化。俄罗斯卢布汇率政策。也经历了从计划到市场再到政府干预的变化。汇率的变化对贸易水平有着深远的影响，研究俄中两国汇率变化对两国贸易的作用有着重要的现实意义。本文在学习国内外有关研究成果的基础上，对俄中两国汇率现状和贸易水平做了全面的分析，并运用回归分析方法，分析汇率和其他影响因子对贸易的影响作用水平。为了进一步改善俄中贸易现状，俄中两国应重新定位两国的贸易合作关系，在俄中边境建立保税区和经济技术合作区，进一步优化俄中贸易的商品结构，在目前两国最具合作潜力的能源贸易上深化合作，并提供良好的政策、金融支持使得两国投资便利化。

Backgroun.: Paclitaxel (PTX) is approved for the treatmen. of refractory ovarian.can.er an. breast can.er, but is problematic due to severe, dose-depen.en., poten.ially irreversible n.urotoxicity. Altern.tive formulation. usin. n.n.particles an. liposomes have been.developed to avoid solven.-related toxicity. These formulation. allow improved delivery;however, toxicity, compen.atory sign.lin., an. drug resistan.e still pose challen.es. Con.ersion.of cytotoxic agen.s to their orotate compoun.s offers a poten.ially improved approach by in.reasin. bioavailability an. reducin. toxicity. Orotate salts are n.utral an. acquire lipophilic properties, easin. diffusion.through lipid membran.s. The orotate salt of PTX (PTXO) may yield an.improved safety profile.
