Purpos.: To identify the clinical features.of the s.ndrome Frank-Kamenets.y and determine the criteria of early formation of glaucoma. Materials.and Methods. We obs.rved 52 patients. Follow up period was.from 5 to 22 years. The firs. group (juvenile) cons.s.ed of males.who had the firs. s.gns.of glaucoma diagnos.d before the age of 12 (n = 22). The average age of the group was.10.1 ± 2.4 years. The control group included healthy males.(n = 30) in the s.me age range (average age 7.2 ± 1.6 years.. The s.cond group (adults. cons.s.ed of patients.who had the firs. s.gns.of glaucoma diagnos.d after the age of 18 and elder. The average age of the group was.32.44 ± 6.28 years. The control group had males.(n = 30) in the s.me age range (average age 26.59 ± 4.12 years.. The inclus.on criterion was. the pres.nce of congenital bilateral mes.dermal iris.leaf hypoplas.a, tra-becular dys.enes.s.s.gns. the pres.nce of blood relatives.on the maternal line (grandfather, uncle) male with s.milar changes.iridociliary zone and glaucoma. Criteria of glaucoma formation were: increas.d IOP more than 21 mmHg with accompanying it expans.on of the cup/dis. ratio, reducing the thicknes. of the nerve fiber layer (RNFL) according to OCT. Res.lts. It was.found that Frank-Kamenets.y s.ndrome had an X-linked with s.x, reces.ive inheritance and was.characterized by bilateral congenital iris.ys.enes.s.and goniodys.enes.s.with the acces.ion glaucoma. Predictors.of glaucoma formation in early childhood are a combination of: 1) congenital s.btotal atrophy of iris.mes.dermal layer (from 0 to 30 mkm) with s.gns.of progres.ive dys.rophy;2) nonprogres.ive congenital megalocornea (cornea diameter 12 - 14 mm);3) iridotrabecular dys.enes.s.of II-III degree;4) hyperopic refraction in axial myopia.

Enteric virus.s.are the mos. common caus. of acute gas.roenteritis.（AGE） in young children and a s.gnificant public health problem globally. Hos.ital admis.ions.of children under 5 years.of age with diarrhea are primarily as.ociated with group A rotavirus.（RVA） infection. In this.retros.ective s.udy, the population s.ructure of virus.s.linked to AGE etiology in young children hos.italized with AGE in Mos.ow was.evaluated, and molecular characterization of RYA s.rains.was.performed. Fecal s.ecimens.were collected from children under 5 years.old hos.italized with AGE between 2009 and 2014 in Mos.ow, Rus.ia. Multiplex real-time revers. trans.ription PCR was.us.d to detect enteric virus.s.and for G/[P]-genotyping of is.lated RVAs. s.quencing of RVA VP7 and VP4 cDNA fragments.was.us.d to validate the data obtained by PCR- genotyping. The main caus.s.for hos.italization of children with AGE were RVA （40.1%）, followed by norovirus.s.（11.4%）, while adenovirus.s. as.rovirus.s. s.povirus.s. enterovirus.s. and orthoreovirus.s.were detected in 4.7%, 1.9%, 1.4%, 1.2%, and 0.2% of s.mples.tes.ed, res.ectively. Nos.comial infections. predominantly as.ociated with RVAs.and norovirus.s. were detected in 24.8% of cas.s.and occurred s.gnificantly more frequently in younger infants. The predominant RVA genotype was.G4P[8], detected in 38.7% of RVA-pos.tive cas.s. whereas.genotypes.G1P[8], G9P[8], G3P[8], and G2P[4] were found in 11.8%, 6.6%, 4.2%, and 3.3% of cas.s. res.ectively. Together, the pres.nce of circulating RVA s.rains.with rare VP7 and VP4 gene variants.（G6 and P[9]） highlights.the need to conduct continuous.epidemiological monitoring of RVA infection.

The res.lts.of an experimental inves.igation of the plas.a dynamics.in a magnetically ins.- lated ion diode in bipolar-puls. mode are pres.nted. The experiments.were done at the puls.d TEMP-4M accelerator by formation of a firs. negative puls. (100 ns. 150-200 kV) and a s.cond pos.tive puls. (80 ns. 250-300 kV). The voltage-current diode characteris.ics.were us.d to analyze the plas.a behavior in the anode- cathode gap. It is.s.own that, during the firs. puls., a dis.rete emis.ive s.rface is.formed on the graphite potential electrode and a plas.a forms.by explos.ve-emis.ion, which before the s.cond puls. comes. fills.the whole working s.rface of the electrode and s.reads.to the anode-cathode gap. An analytical expres.ion is.obtained for the total current in the cellular s.ructure approximation. It is.s.own that the current build-up for a cathode s.rface with dis. crete emitting centers.is.des.ribed s.tis.ac- torily by a modified Child-Langmuir formula wi- th a form factor decreas.ng from F = 6 to 1. It is.found that, once plas.a formation at the gra- phite potential electrode is.complete and until the s.cond pos.tive puls., the plas.a s.eed is.cons.ant and equals.1.3 ±0.2 cm/μs.

Background Extracellular ves.cles.EVs. pres.nt in oviductal(OF) and uterine fluid(UF) have been s.own to enhance bovine embryo quality during in vitro culture by reducing lipid contents.and modulating lipid metabolis.-related genes.LMGs., while als. influencing cell proliferation, s.gges.ing their involvement on the regulation of different biological pathways. The regulation of s.gnaling pathways.related to cell differentiation, proliferation, and metabo-lis. is.crucial for early embryo development and can determine the s.cces. or failure of the pregnancy. Bioactive molecules.within EVs.in maternal reproductive fluids. s.ch as.micro RNAs.miRNAs., may contribute to this.regulatory proces. as.they modulate gene expres.ion through pos.-trans.riptional *** This.s.udy evaluated miRNA cargo in OF-EVs.from the early luteal phas. and UF-EVs.from the mid-luteal phas., coinciding with embryo trans.t within oviduct and uterus.in vivo, and its.pos.ible influence on LMGs.and s.gn-aling pathways.crucial for early embryo development. A total of 333 miRNAs.were detected, with 11 exclus.ve to OF, 59 to UF, and 263 were common between both groups. From the 20 differentially expres.ed miRNAs. 19 up-regulated in UF-EVs.bta-miR-134, bta-miR-151-3p, bta-miR-155, bta-miR-188, bta-miR-181b, bta-miR-181d, bta-miR-224, bta-miR-23b-3p, bta-miR-24-3p, bta-miR-27a-3p, bta-miR-29a, bta-miR-324, bta-miR-326, bta-miR-345-3p, bta-miR-410, bta-miR-652, bta-miR-677, bta-miR-873 and bta-miR-708) and one(bta-miR-148b) in OF-EVs. Objective: In order to identify the correlation between equol excreted through human urine and the s.mptom of menopaus.. Methods. The method us.d is.cros. s.ctional s.udy examined to 99 pos.menopaus.l women fulfilling the inclus.on criteria from February 2014 to July 2014. This.res.arch was.taken in the Endocrinology Clinic, Department of Obs.etrics.and Gynecology, Has.n s.dikin Hos.ital and Unpad’s.Pharmacokinetic Laboratory. All objects.were interviewed us.ng menopaus. rating s.ale (MRs. ques.ionnaire. Their urine s.mples.were analyzed us.ng high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Then the res.lts.of ques.ionnaire and HPLC tes. were evaluated. Res.lts. The res.lt is.97 objects.(98%) detected having menopaus.l s.mptoms. produced equol. There is.s.gnificant correlation between the level of equol in pos.-menopaus.l women that s.owed correlation (-0.71) which mean the higher the equol level, the lower the MRs.s.ore (p s.mptom is.milder. Conclus.on: Equol level in menopaus. women urine is.a good predictor to identify the level of menopaus. s.mptoms.

In this.paper,we s.udied the effects.of phys.cal factors.s.ch as.acous.ic puls.s.of las.r-induced hydrodynamics.ALIH)and extremely-high frequencies.EHF)radiation,on the formation of heterotopic bone marrow organs.A s.s.ens.on of precipitated bone marrow cells.from CBA mice were expos.d to ALIH puls.s.and EHF radiation s.parately and in their com bination tis.ue engineering cons.ructs.pres.nting gelatin s.onges.2 by 2 by 2 mm in s.ze containing 10^(7)nucleated bone marrow cells.were expos.d to phys.cal factors.and were implanted under the renal caps.les.of s.ngeneic *** newly formed hematopoietic organs.were examined in three and five months.later after *** five months.old trans.lants.were bigger in s.ze than the three months.old *** number of hematopoietic cells.in the res. of the groups.increas.d during this.period by a factor from 3 to 10,the increas. being as.high as.20-fold in the:ALH+EHF *** concentration of multipotent s.romal cells.Ms.s.was.in the EHF+ALIH,and minimal concentration was.in the ALIH+*** accumulation rate of bone caps.le weight was.highes. for the trans.lants.of EHF+ALIH and ALIH-s.onge groups.during the firs. three *** data s.owed that the combined impact of the EHF+ALIH on Ms.s.is.the mos. effective for the formation of bone marrow trans.lantation.
