A novel small molecule depressant(M-DEP)was used to separate chalcopyrite and molybdenite via *** results showed that M-DEP had an excellent selective depression on molybdenite,while had little effect on the flotation of *** adsorption capacity of M-DEP on the surface of molybdenite was greater than that on chalcopyrite *** adsorption of M-DEP reduced the floatability of molybdenite and had less effect on the floatability of chalcopyrite,which was due to its different adsorption modes on the surface of the two ***,the interaction between chalcopyrite and M-DEP was mainly chemical interaction,and almost all of the adsorbed M-DEP molecules were removed and replaced by sodium butyl xanthate(SBX).By contrast,hydrophobic interaction was the main way in which M-DEP was adsorbed on the molybdenite surface with little chemical interaction,which was less interfered by SBX ***,M-DEP had a super selective depression on *** study provided a novel depressant and approach for the deep separation of chalcopyrite and molybdenite via flotation.

The potential application of microwave heating technology for processing the mixed rare earth concentrate was systematically investigated by analyzing the microwave absorption characteristics in this study. The complex permittivity was measured through resonant cavity perturbation method. The variations of permittivity, the loss factor, loss tangent and the penetration depth with the increasing temperature were investigated numerically. The results indicate that the permittivity increases as the temperature increases, and temperature has a pivotal effect on it. The mixed concentrate is high loss material at the temperature range from 600 to 800℃ according to theoretical analyses of loss tangent and penetration depth. The results of phase transition analysis prove that the variation of microwave absorption characteristics of mixed concentrate is caused by the changes of crystal and lattice *** reflectivity, loss factor and penetration depth of the mixed concentrate were also calculated, and the results indicate that processing the mixed concentrate by microwave heating is of high feasibility and industrial potential.

The loss of rare earths(REs)takes place during the pre-decalcification process of mixed rare earth *** an effort to reduce such RE loss,a novel idea to improve the leaching selectivity of Ca to REs by applying selective mechanical activation was ***,regarding the key minerals affecting the leaching selectivity of Ca to REs,the differences in the mechanical activation behaviors of CaF_(2) and REFCO_(3) were studied,and we find that the lattice strain of CaF_(2) increases from 0.21%to 0.42%,whereas that of REFCO_(3) increases from 0.31%to 0.40%.Notably,CaF_(2) demonstrates a larger lattice strain than REFCO_(3),indicating greater mechanical activation energy storage and higher leaching ***,the HCl leaching process was studied.A significant leaching selectivity of Ca to REs,from 21.6 to 35.1,is achieved through mechanical *** Ca leaching rate reaches 80.7%when the RE loss is 2.3%in the activated *** study provides an novel approach for achieving selective extraction of specific components via mechanical activation pretreatment.

Cobalt has excellent electrochemical,magnetic,and heat *** a strategic resource,it has been applied in many hightech ***,the recent rapid growth of the battery industry has substantially depleted cobalt resources,leading to a crisis of cobalt resource *** paper examines cobalt ore reserves and distribution,and the recent development and consumption of cobalt resources are summarized as *** addition,the principles,advantages and disadvantages,and research status of various methods are discussed *** can be concluded that the use of diverse sources(Cu-Co ores,Ni-Co ores,zinc plant residues,and waste cobalt products)for cobalt production should be enhanced to meet developmental ***,in recovery technology,the pyro-hydrometallurgical process employs pyrometallurgy as the pretreatment to modify the phase structure of cobalt minerals,enhancing its recovery in the hydrometallurgical stage and facilitating high-purity cobalt ***,it represents a promising technology for future cobalt ***,based on the above conclusions,the prospects for cobalt are assessed regarding cobalt ore processing and sustainable cobalt recycling,for which further study should be conducted.

Aptamers as a kind of biological recognition element have shown great potential in monitoring and the rapid quantification of organophosphorus pesticides(OPPs). However, molecules of OPPs are structurally similar and original aptamers selected by systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment are usually long-chain bases, which hamper the further application under OPPs-aptamer recognition. The aim of the research was to develop a new strategy to design oligonucleotide sequences for binding OPPs by combination of experimental and molecular modeling methods. 3D models of aptamers binding OPPs were constructed, and binding energy and the most probable binding site for the OPPs were then determined by molecular docking, and the binding sites were further confirmed by the results of 2-AP replaced experiments. Based on the docking results, a new aptamer for detection 4 representative OPPs with only 29 bases was designed by reasonable truncation and mutation of the reported aptamer(named S4-29). The interaction between this new aptamer and OPPs were analyzed by molecular docking, microscale thermophoresis, circular dichroism and fluorometric analysis. The results revealed that the new aptamer exhibit more superior recognition performance to OPPs, which can be promote the monitoring ability of OPPs contaminations in food.

Soft conductive films composed of a silver nanowire（AgNW） network, a neutral-pH PEDOT：PSS overcoating layer and a polydimethylsiloxane（PDMS） elastomer substrate are fabricated by large area compatible coating processes. The neutral-pH PEDOT：PSS layer is shown to be able to significantly improve the conductivity,stretchability and air stability of the conductive films. The soft conductive films are patterned using a simple maskless patterning approach to fabricate an 8 x 8 flexible pressure sensor array. It is shown that such soft conductive films can help to improve the sensitivity and reduce the signal crosstalk over the pressure sensor array.

Accumulation of extracellular β-amyloid （Aβ） is crucial for the pathogenesis of Alzheimer＇s disease （AD）, and the development of novel therapeutic agents that can both accelerate Aβ clearance and inhibit the subsequent pathological cascades is regarded as a promising strategy for AD management. In our previous study, we have constructed discoidal apolipoprotein E3-reconstituted high-density lipoprotein （ApoE3-rHDL） as an efficient nanoplatform that can penetrate the blood-brain barrier and accelerate Aβ clearance for a combination treatment of AD. To further improve its drug loading capacity, we hypothesized that spherical rHDL might serve as a more powerful nanocarrier if it has the same brain delivery and Aβ clearance abilities as the discoidal rHDL does. To evaluate the potential of spherical rHDL as a promising alternative for the combination therapy for AD, here, we investigated the effect of the shape of rHDL on its brain delivery, Aβ clearance, and anti-AD efficacy. We found that spherical rHDL had stronger Aβ-binding affinity than discoidal rHDL did, more effectively facilitated microglial uptake and degradation of Aβ-42, achieved better brain distribution after intravenous administration, and more powerfully reduced Aβ deposition, decreased microglia activation, attenuated neurological damage, and rescued memory deficits in a mouse model of AD. Among the rHDLs evaluated, monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside-incorporated spherical rHDL exerted the best effect. The findings of this study for the first time show a shape effect of an rHDL nanocarrier on its biological functions and suggest that a spherical lipoprotein-mimic nanocarrier may serve as a more efficient multifunctional nanoplatforrn for AD therapy.

A novel process was proposed to strengthen the decomposition of the mixed rare earth concentrate by utilizing the microwave *** information on the mechanisms by which microwave heating improved the leaching behavior of rare earth elements（REEs）,and an interpretation of the interrelationship between mineralogy,decomposition process,and leaching process were provided in this *** influences of the temperature,time of microwave heating and contents of NaO H（mass ratio of NaO H to mixed rare earth concentrate）on the decomposition of mixed rare earth concentrate were *** results revealed that the temperature was the main factor affecting the decomposition *** recovery of REEs by hydrochloric acid leaching reached 93.28% under the microwave heating conditions：140 oC,30 min and 35.35% NaO *** BET specific surface area and SEM analysis indicated that the particles of mixed rare earth concentrate were non-hole,while the particles presented a porous structure after heating the concentrate by microwave *** the microwave treated sample after water leaching,the BET specific surface area was 11.04 m^2/g,which was higher than the corresponding values（6.94 m^2/g）for the mixed rare earth *** result could be attributed to the phase changes of bastnaesite and monazite,and a number of cracks induced by thermal *** increase of BET specific surface area resulted in an increase of the recovery of REEs by promoting interaction within the system of acid leaching.
