AIM: To examine the expression of SphK1, an oncogenic kinase that produces sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P), and its correlation with the expression of LPAR2, a major lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) receptor overexpressed in various cancers, in human colorectal ***: Real-time reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction was used to measure the mRNA expression of SphK1, LPAR2, and the three major S1P receptors in 27 colorectal cancer samples and corresponding normal tissue samples. We also examined the correlation between the expression of SphK1 and ***: Colorectal cancer tissue in 22 of 27 patients had higher levels of SphK1 mRNA than in normal tissue. In two-thirds of the samples, SphK1 mRNA expression was more than two-fold higher than in normal tissue. Consistent with previous reports, LPAR2 mRNA expression in 20 of 27 colorectal cancer tissue samples was higher compared to normal tissue samples. Expression profiles of all three major S1P receptors, S1PR1, S1PR2, and S1PR3, varied without any trend, with no significant difference in expression between cancer and normal tissues. A highly significant positive correlation was found between SphK1 and LPAR2 expression [Pearson’s correlation coefficient (r) = 0.784 and P < 0.01]. The mRNA levels of SphK1 and LPAR2 did not correlate with TNM ***: Our findings suggest that S1P and LPA may play important roles in the development of colorectal cancer via the upregulation of SphK1 and LPAR2, both of which could serve as new therapeutic targets in the treatment of colorectal cancer.

基于GVC视角下的中日增加值贸易互补性及影响因素研究

自1972年中日正式建交以来,两国的经济贸易愈发繁荣,并保持良好的势头。中国拥有丰富的劳动力和广阔的消费市场,日本拥有先进的工业技术和高技术人才,两国之间具有较强的互补性,为中日贸易的发展奠定了基础。近年来,随着GVC(Global Value Chain,全球价值链)的发展,导致中日贸易结构发生了改变,影响贸易的因素也随之发生了改变。因此,本文在GVC视角下对中日增加值贸易的互补性和影响因素展开研究,并对两国的贸易政策提出建议和政策,以期促进中日双边贸易。本文从GVC视角出发,首先,阐述了增加值贸易、互补性的相关概念以及研究现状;其次,分析了2005年到2015年中日增加值贸易的规模和结构,在其基础上运用贸易结合度指数、显示性比较优势指数以及贸易互补性指数分析了中日增加值贸易的互补性和贸易密切程度;再次,基于2000年到2015年中日增加值贸易的相关数据建立了计量模型,对影响中日增加值贸易互补性的因素进行了实证分析;最后,根据计算结果得出本文结论并提出政策建议。从中日贸易结合度指数来看,中国对日本的贸易结合度低于日本对中国的贸易结合度,这表明日本对中国的贸易联系程度较密切,即中国在日本的出口中占有重要地位。但随着中国的贸易结构从依赖进口日本中间品转变为对东盟出口中间品,这导致了日本对中国的贸易结合度有所降低;从产业的显示性比较优势指数来看,中国的纺织品、皮革和鞋类以及日本的运输机器存在极强的比较优势。这体现了中国劳动力资源丰富和日本技术储备丰富的特征;从贸易互补性指数来看,中国的纺织品、皮革和鞋类以及日本的运输机器是中日增加值贸易中互补性最高的产业,且占双方增加值贸易总额的比例较大,是推动中日贸易稳定发展的重要力量。近年来随着中国工业技术水平的快速提高,中日增加值贸易互补性将趋于多样化。以人均收入水平差异、劳动力资源、汇率以及外商直接投资为解释变量,研究了它们对于中日增加值贸易互补性的影响。由于人均收入水平差异没有通过平稳性检验,因此本文使用的计量模型删除了该变量。回归结果发现,中国的劳动力资源和日本对中国直接投资有利于促进双边增加值贸易互补性。其中,中国的劳动力资源的提高是促进互补性的主要因素;相反,不稳定的汇率对双边增加值的贸易互补性有抑制作用。为了促进中日增加值贸易的发展,根据研究结果提出如下政策建议:一是,扩大和深化中日合作领域,在双边贸易互补的基础上,继续发挥各自优势。此外,还需要加强金融领域的合作,以稳定汇率,实现两国互利共赢;二是,中日两国应促进产业的分工细分化,提高两国产业的生产效率;三是,中日之间应加强技术交流,促进中国外贸方式的加速转变;四是,中日政府应加强政治和文化层面的积极交流,以对话协商的方式为双边增加值贸易构建友善的政治环境;五是,为了稳定的劳动力供给,在加强专业技能培训的同时,还应改善劳动力市场的制度环境;六是,利用人工智能和大数据等技术提高贸易事务的处理效率和缩短时间距离,促进中日增加值贸易的高效发展。

In Vivo Observation of Allergic Dermatitis of the Genuine Pig by Optical Coherence Tomography

In order to understand pathogenic mechanism of allergic dermatitis, it is important to find morphological changes of the internal structure of the skin by non-invasive imaging. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is powerful tool for in vivo tomographic imaging of the internal microstructure in biological tissue. In this study, we prepared the animal model of genuine pig with allergic dermatitis developed by chemical administration to examining their skin inflammation by microscopic observations with OCT images captured continuously, aiming at tracking the morphological changes in the skin structure induced by the chronological inflammation. As a result, epidermis thickening became evident as the days passed since Day 7, and the capillary vessel expansion was confirmed since Day 14;the process of inflammation development was successfully observed.

Transcatheter Arterial Embolization (TAE) is known to be effective for controlling severe hemorrhage caused by iatrogenic or blunt trauma. Out of more than 100 cases of TAE performed in our hospital, we have treated some cases of skin or muscle necrosis that resulted from embolization of the main arteries. In this study, we report the case of a patient with significant chest wall necrosis after TAE of the bilateral internal mammary arteries (IMAs). A 66-year-old male was transported to our hospital for loss of consciousness while playing golf. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) was performed for cardiac arrest, which resulted in several rib fractures and mediastinal hematoma due to bilateral mammary artery injuries. Immediate TAE embolization was performed because of continuous hemorrhage. He was referred to our department 16 days after embolization due to the presentation of chest wall necrosis. Heart, lungs and diaphragm were exposed after surgical debridement under systemic anesthesia. We performed several operations to reconstruct the anterior chest wall. His spontaneous respiration returned, and is now controlled with a tracheostomy tube. Complete epithelialization was achieved, and he was transferred to another hospital for further rehabilitation. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of chest wall necrosis resulting from TAE of IMAs. Arterial embolization can cause widespread necrosis of bone, muscle and skin. Although treatment required an extended period, we managed to reconstruct the chest wall with multidisciplinary strategies.
