The non-selective cytotoxicity of toxins limits the clinical relevance of the *** recent years,toxins have been widely used as warheads for antibody-drug conjugates(ADCs)due to their eff-cient killing activity against various cancer *** ADCs confer certain targeting properties to the toxins,low drug loading capacity,possible immunogenicity,and other drawbacks also limit the po-tential application of ***,non-ADC delivery strategies for toxins have been extensively *** further understand the application of toxins in anti-tumor,this paper provided an over-view of prodrugs,nanodrug delivery systems,and biomimetic drug delivery *** addition,toxins and their combination strategies with other therapies were ***,the prospect and challenge of toxins in cancertreatmentwerealso summarized.

Background:The number of cumulative confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the United States has risen sharply since March 2020.A county health ranking and roadmaps program has been established to identify factors associated with disparity in mobility and mortality of COVID-19 in all counties in the United *** risk factors associated with county-level mortality of COVID-19 with various levels of prevaIence are not well ***:Using the data obtained from the County Health Rankings and Roadmaps program,this study applied a negative binomial design to the courtty-level mortality counts of COVID-19 as of August 27,2020 in the United *** this design,the infected counties were categorized into three levels of infections using clustering analysis based on time-var ying cumulative con firmed cases from March 1 to August 27,***-19 patients were not analyzed in dividually but were aggregated at the county-level,where the coun ty-level deaths of COVID-19 con firmed by the local health *** analysis and Kruskal-Wallis tests were used in our statistical analysis.

自新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)在中国大陆暴发以来,中国政府制定了一系列干预政策遏止传染病流行.通过模型构建,科学地预测在干预政策下疫情发展趋势并对其发展阶段进行合理评估,对政策的制定和修正有很大的帮助.本文基于中华人民共和国国家卫生健康委员会每日发布的累计确诊病例、累计治愈病例、累计死亡病例以及现有疑似病例,提出可估计未隔离感染者数和时变可再生数的P-SIHR概率图模型.模型能够对在干预政策下未来疫情发展情况进行有效预测,并通过对模型估计结果分析得知:全国非湖北省以外疫情严重的地区,二月底可逐步复产复工,三月初疫情可得到基本的控制.而作为疫情重灾区之一的广东省,前期由于湖北省人口迁入导致疫情防控压力大,但干预政策落实得当,疫情得以迅速控制.

Understanding the underlying mechanisms and links between genome evolution and adaptive innovations stands as a key goal in evolutionary ***,among the world’s most widely distributed and cultivated trees,exhibit extensive phenotypic diversity and environmental *** this study,we present a genus-level super-pangenome comprising 19 Populus genomes,revealing the likely pivotal role of private genes in facilitating local environmental and climate *** the integration of pangenomes with transcriptomes,methylomes,and chromatin accessibility mapping,we unveil that the evolutionary trajectories of pangenes and duplicated genes are closely linked to local genomic landscapes of regulatory and epigenetic architectures,notably CG methylation in gene-body *** comparative genomic analyses have enabled the identification of 142202 structural variants across species that intersect with a significant number of genes and contribute substantially to both phenotypic and adaptive *** have experimentally validated a∼180-bp presence/absence variant affecting the expression of the CUC2 gene,crucial for leaf serration ***,we developed a user-friendly web-based tool encompassing the multi-omics resources associated with the Populus super-pangenome(http://***).Together,the present pioneering super-pangenome resource in forest trees not only aids in the advancement of breeding efforts of this globally important tree genus but also offers valuable insights into potential avenues for comprehending tree biology.

This paper presents the method named acoustic holography which can be used to identify noise sources. A new formula of holography reconstruction is obtained, based on the Kirchhoff integral formula. Some simulating tests are carried out using the new formula. The comparison with other reconstruction formulas proves that the new formula is more effective. By using acoustic holography method, some interesting results about the noise of a vehicle are shown. The results proves that acoustic holography is an effective method for the identification of the complex noise sources.

奥地利是欧盟的发达国家之一,也是德语区的重要成员,长期以来其职业教育体系备受推崇,但鲜少引起中国学者的广泛关注。运用SWOT-CLPV矩阵模型,从杠杆效应、抑制性、脆弱性和问题性等四个维度,全面分析“一带一路”背景下中奥职业教育合作与交流现状。研究发现,中奥双方在职业教育领域的合作机遇多于挑战。奥地利的双元制职业教育体系与中国庞大的职业教育需求和市场形成了显著的互补性,双方可以通过资源共享实现共赢。然而,制度文化差异、语言障碍以及职业教育理念的不同,可能会在一定程度上抑制合作的深化。推动中奥职业教育合作与交流的高质量发展,必须“引进来”与“走出去”相结合,扩大双边职业教育合作水平;以问题为导向,释放政策红利;以实习项目为重要抓手,促进中奥职业教育深度合作。

In this paper,we address the Alamouti code in Filter-Bank Multicarrier with Offset Quadrature Amplitude Modulation(FBMC/OQAM)and propose a novel block-wise Alamouti code,in which a repeated block is designed to eliminate the imaginary interference among FBMC/OQAM *** proposed approach exhibits a higher spectral efficiency than the conventional block-wise Alamouti scheme,as only one column of zero symbols is used as a guard interval instead of ***,compared to the conventional scheme,the bit error ratio is improved in the proposed block-wise Alamouti,as the assumption on channel invariance at two adjacent sub-carriers is not *** results indicate that,with a significantly reduced overhead,the proposed Alamouti scheme achieves better performance over the conventional block-wise Alamouti scheme.

上世纪九十年法国米其林公司使用白炭黑研制成功了第一代绿色节油轮胎,白炭黑的加入使得轮胎的滚动阻力大大降低,但也存在着一些炭黑轮胎所未见到的缺点与不足,基于此,本文研究了阵列碳纳米管束(CNTBs)和无序的碳纳米管等填料,对SSBR复合材料各项性能的影响。结果表明,研究中的三种CNTBs都能够在橡胶基体中形成完整的网络体系。其中,GT205增强复合材料具有优异的纳米增强效应,静态力学性能增幅明显。此外,由于GT205具有优异的取向性及较高的分散性,添加GT205并不会明显增加复合材料的损耗因子(tanδ),且该CNTBs/SSBR复合材料的体积电阻率仅为对照组的1/6500,能够满足胎面胶导电性能的使用需求。

Clinical experience of double sleeve lobectomy of the bronchus and the pulmonary artery in patients with central lung cancer

Objective： The aim of our study was to introduce the surgical method and evaluate the efficacy of double sleeve Iobectomy of the bronchus and the pulmonary artery in treatment for the central lung cancer. Method： From March 1995 to October 2010, double sleeve Iobectomy of the bronchus and the pulmonary artery was performed in 45 cases with central lung cancer that involved the bronchial opening of an upper lobe of the lungs or the main bronchus and＇pulmonary artery but didn＇t involve any lower lobes. Among them, left upper Iobectomy was performed in 37 cases, right medium-upper Iobectomy was performed in 6 cases and right upper Iobectomy was performed in 2 cases. Results： Postoperative complications were found in 12 cases. Among them, 3 cases were arrhythmia, 1 case was acute heart failure, 6 cases were obstructive pneumo-nia and pulmonary atelectasis, 2 cases were bronchial anastomotic fistula. Two cases died of cerebral infarction and massive hemoptysis respectively. Thirty-one cases were squamous carcinoma, 7 cases were adenocarcinoma, 4 cases were small cell lung cancer, 1 case was adenosquamous carcinoma, 1 case was sarcomatoid carcinomas, 1 case was mucinous adeno- carcinoma. Ten cases were T3NOM0, 11 cases were T3N 1M0, 17 cases were T3N2M0, 2 cases were T4N 1M0, 5 cases were T4N2M0. The 1-year, 3-year, 5-year survival rates were 84.4% （38/45）, 51.7% （15/29）, 53.8% （7/13） respectively. Conclu-sion： The double sleeve Iobectomy of the bronchus and the pulmonary artery can maximumly reserve the normal lung tissues while removing tumors, and avoid pneumonectomy. The surgery was safe and effective, while it required a high technique.
