When the upper chord beam of the beam-string structure(BSS)is made of concrete-ﬁlled steel tube(CFST),its overall stiffness will change greatly with the construction of concrete placement,which will have an impact on the design of the tensioning plans and selection of control measures for the *** order to accurately obtain the bending stiffness of CFST beam and clarify its impact on the mechanical properties of composite BSS during con-struction,the inﬂuence of some factors such as height-width ratio,wall thickness of steel tube,elasticity modulus of concrete,and friction coefﬁcient on the bending stiffness are analyzed parametrically by the numerical simula-tion technology based on an actual *** calculation formula of the equivalent bending stiffness of CFST is also established through mathematical statistical ***,the equivalent bending stiffness is introduced into the construction and use stages of the composite BSS,respectively,and the mechanical properties such as prestress-tensioning control value,structural deformation,and internal force of key members are comparatively analyzed when adopting two different construction ***,the optimal construction plan of concrete placementﬁrst and then prestress-tensioning is proposed.

棘孢木霉T-6对烟草促生及对黑胫病和根黑腐病的抗病作用

利用生防菌防治土传病害是植物病害防治中的重要措施,在温室盆栽条件下研究了棘孢木霉T-6对烟草促生和抗病效果。结果表明,棘孢木霉T-6对烟草黑胫病菌、烟草根黑腐病菌的菌丝生长抑制率分别达49.62%、59.23%;温室盆栽条件下,棘孢木霉T-6对黑胫病和根黑腐病的防治效果分别达到74.45%和75.14%。棘孢木霉T-6处理后提高了烟草叶片叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量和超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶的活性,棘孢木霉T-6处理的烟株生长状况明显好于对照。棘孢木霉T-6能够促进烟株生长和提高烟草对黑胫病和根黑腐病的抗性,具有良好的应用潜力。

Renewable energy-driven bicarbonate conversion to valuable chemicals presents an attractive strategy for mitigating CO2emissions,as bicarbonate can be efficiently generated from the capture of atmospheric CO2using alkaline solutions with reactive *** this work,we present a CO2-mediated bicarbonate conversion to pure formate using a cation exchange membrane-based electrolyzer with a 25 cm2electrode *** electrolysis achieved selectivities exceeding 75%for formate at a total current of 2.5 A,achieving formate concentrations up to 1.2 M and yields as high as 95%over extended *** techno-economic assessment confirmed the economic viability of the process,highlighting the potential for bicarbonate electrolysis as a sustainable method for producing valuable chemicals.

目的评价针刺结合医学训练疗法(medical training therapy,MTT)治疗功能性踝关节不稳(functional ankle instability,FAI)的疗效。方法将符合入选标准的2018年1月-2019年6月本院72例FAI患者采用随机数字表法分成4组,每组18例。综合组予MTT结合针刺治疗,MTT组予单纯MTT治疗,针刺组予单纯针刺治疗,对照组不予干预措施。4组均观察8周。采用坎伯兰踝关节不稳问卷(Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool,CAIT)、足踝功能评价(Foot and Ankle Ability Measure,FAAM)、美国足踝外科协会(American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)踝-后足评分评价足踝关节功能。结果治疗后,综合组、MTT组、针刺组CAIT评分[(23.17±5.22)分、(21.17±6.85)分、(21.88±4.24)分比(20.10±6.31)分,F=34.737]、FAAM-ADL评分[(96.52±3.61)分、(94.39±5.56)分、(95.04±4.03)分比(92.66±10.18)分,F=39.244]、FAAM-Sport评分[(72.38±8.10)分、(70.71±9.57)分、(71.82±10.0)分比(57.98±15.27)分,F=42.187]、AOFAS评分[(89.16±3.02)分、(85.82±5.33)分、(86.08±4.00)分比(77.08±8.90)分,F=37.629]均高于对照组(P<0.01),且综合组各评分均高于MTT组、针刺组(P<0.01)。结论针刺结合MTT可有效改善FAI患者踝关节功能,增加患足踝关节稳定性,疗效优于单纯针刺或MTT治疗。

The Triple Ionosphere Photo Meter （TRIPM） is a far ultraviolet nadir-view photometer that is onboard the secondgeneration,polar-orbiting Chinese meteorological satellite Feng-Yun 3E （FY-3E）,which was launched on July 5,*** has three channels,and each is used to measure different types of emissions:（1） 135.6 nm airglow produced by the recombination of the O+ions and electrons in the absence of sunlight （nighttime channel）;（2） 135.6 nm airglow from the OI when sunlight is present （daytime/dusk-dawn 135.6 nm channel）;and （3） Airglow in the N2LBH of the TRIPM （daytime/dusk-dawn N2LBH channel）.FY-3E is a satellite operating in the early morning ***,the data are mostly distributed on the dawndusk side or at times when the solar zenith angle is relatively *** this study,combined with simulation calculations,the data are *** further explore the application value of the data products,a model is used to separate the ionospheric radiative recombination contribution from the thermosphere photoelectron impact excitation contribution in the data from the daytime/dusk-dawn 135.6 nm *** approach not only improves the accuracy of O/N2derived from the 135.6 nm channel and N2LBH channel but also provides the ionospheric 135.6 nm radiance at the same time as the *** results show that the 135.6 nm radiance originating from the combination of O+and electrons extracted from the measurement data exhibits similar equatorial anomaly peak structure characteristics and seasonal variations as the corresponding GPS total electron content （TEC） *** the other hand,the separated 135.6 nm radiance generated from the thermosphere photoelectron collision excitation does not contain radiative recombination contributions;thus,the ionosphere influence is greatly avoided when the O/N2is obtained.

Automatic monitoring of cow rumination has great significance in the development of modern animal *** order to solve the problem of high real-time requirement of ruminant behavior monitoring,a tracking method based on STC(Spatio-Temporal Context)learning was carried *** the basis of cow’s mouth region extraction,the spatial context model between target object and its local surrounding background was built based on their spatial correlations by solving the deconvolution problem,and the learned spatial context model was used to update the STC learning model for the next *** in the next frame was formulated by computing a confidence map as a convolution problem that integrates the STC learning information,and the best object location could be estimated by maximizing the confidence *** the target scale was estimated based on the confidence ***,accurate tracking of the mouth movement trajectory was *** verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,the performance of the algorithm was tested using 20 video ***,the tracking results were compared with the Mean-shift *** results showed that the average success rate of STC learning monitoring algorithm was 85.45%,which was 9.45%higher than the Mean-shift algorithm,the detection rate of STC learning monitoring algorithm was 18.56 s per video,which was 22.08%higher than that of the Mean-shift *** results showed that the fast tracking method based on STC learning monitoring algorithm is effective and feasible.

We derive a blow-up formula for holomorphic Koszul–Brylinski homologies of compact holomorphic Poisson manifolds. As applications, we investigate the invariance of the E1-degeneracy of the Dolbeault–Koszul–Brylinski spectral sequence under Poisson blow-ups, and compute the holomorphic Koszul–Brylinski homology for del Pezzo surfaces and two complex nilmanifolds with holomorphic Poisson structures.
