An amorphous Ge（a-Ge） intermediate layer is introduced into the Si bonded interface to lower the annealing temperature and achieve good electrical characteristics. The interface and electrical characteristics of nSi/n-Si and p-Si/n-Si junctions manufactured by low-temperature wafer bonding based on a thin amorphous Ge are investigated. It is found that the bubble density tremendously decreases when the a-Ge film is not immersed in DI water. This is due to the decrease of the –OH groups. In addition, when the samples are annealed at 400 °C for20 h, the bubbles totally disappear. This can be explained by the appearance of the polycrystalline Ge（absorption of H;） at the bonded interface. The junction resistance of the n-Si/n-Si bonded wafers decreases with the increase of the annealing temperature. This is consistent with the recrystallization of the a-Ge when high-temperature annealing is conducted. The carrier transport of the Si-based PN junction annealed at 350 °C is consistent with the trap-assisted tunneling model and that annealed at 400 °C is related to the carrier recombination model.

OBJECTIVE:To explore how baseline resting-state cerebral function predicts clinical outcomes of acupuncture treatment for ***:One hundred migraine patients and 46 healthy subjects were *** were randomized into the acupuncture,sham acupuncture,and waiting list ***-state functional magnetic resonance imaging data were collected at baseline and after 1 month of longitudinal acupuncture *** amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations(f ALFF)calculations were applied to explore the associations between baseline f ALFF and changes in clinical variables in the acupuncture treatment group and the waiting list ***:Compared with healthy subjects,migraine patients had lower f ALFF in the left rostral ventromedial medulla,right thalamus,left amygdala,and right angular *** analyses revealed that baseline f ALFF values in the left middle frontal gyrus,left superior temporal gyrus,and middle temporal gyrus were positively associated with headache intensity changes in the acupuncture treatment group,while baseline f ALFF values in the bilateral lingual gyrus and cuneus were negatively associated with headache intensity changes in this ***:The baseline f ALFF values of brain regions associated with cognitive pain modulation,but not migraine severity,may predict future headache intensity improvement levels in migraine patients receiving acupuncture treatment.

A modified rare-earth-metal catalyst system combined with quaternary ammonium salts（QASs） as cocatalysts was investigated in the alternating copolymerization of CO_2/propylene oxide（PO） to produce poly（propylene carbonate）（PPC）. In the presence of ZnO/SiO_2, the ZnEt_2-glycerine-Y（CCl_3OO）_3 catalyst presented higher activity for CO_2/PO copolymerization, as well as a higher molecular weight of polycarbonate, while maintaining the high carbonate content originating from the neat ZnEt_2-glycerine-Y（CCl_3OO）_3 catalyst. In the presence of QASs bearing different halide anions（F., Cl., and Br.）, the type of the halide anion had a strong influence on the activity of the catalyst for CO_2/PO alternating copolymerization. Only tetramethylammonium fluoride（TMAF） could promote the alternating copolymerization without increasing the by-product. Combined the ZnO/SiO_2 catalyst and TMAF, the catalytic activity for CO_2/PO polymerization increased dramatically compared to the basic ternary catalyst system. The improved catalyst system produced a polymer with a high carbonate unit level equivalent to that of the polycarbonate produced by the basic ZnEt_2-glycerine-Y（CCl_3OO）_3 catalyst system.

Efficient ethanol oxidation reaction(EOR)is challenging due to the multiple reaction steps required to accomplish full oxidation to CO_(2) in fuel *** materials with the adjustable composition and unique chemical structure provide a large configurational space for designing high-performance ***,a new class of structurally ordered PtRhFeNiCu high-entropy intermetallics(HEIs)is developed as electrocatalyst,which exhibits excellent electrocatalytic activity and CO tolerance for EOR compared to high-entropy alloys(HEAs)comprising of same *** the HEIs are used as anode catalysts to be assembled into a high-temperature polybenzimidazole-based direct ethanol fuel cell,the HEIs achieve a high power density of 47.50 mW/cm^(2),which is 2.97 times of Pt/C(16.0mW/cm^(2)).Online gas chromatography measurements show that the developed HEIs have a stronger C–C bond-breaking ability than corresponding HEAs and Pt/C catalysts,which is further verified by density functional theory(DFT)***,DFT results indicate that HEIs possess higher stability and electrochemical activity for EOR than *** results demonstrate that the HEIs could provide a new platform to develop highperformance electrocatalysts for broader applications.

Wide-bandgap(WBG)perovskite solar cells(PSCs)play a fundamental role in perovskite-based tandem solar ***,the efficiency of WBG PSCs is limited by significant open-circuit voltage losses,which are primarily caused by surface *** this study,we present a novel method for modifying surfaces using the multifunctional S-ethylisothiourea hydrobromide(SEBr),which can passivate both Pb^(-1)and FA^(-1)terminated surfaces,Moreover,the SEBr upshifted the Fermi level at the perovskite interface,thereby promoting carrier *** proposed method was effective for both 1.67 and 1.77 eV WBG PSCs,achieving power conversion efficiencies(PCEs)of 22.47%and 19.90%,respectively,with V_(OC)values of 1.28 and 1.33 V,along with improved film and device *** this advancement,we were able to fabricate monolithic all-perovskite tandem solar cells with a champion PCE of 27.10%,This research offers valuable insights for passivating the surface trap states of WBG perovskite through rational multifunctional molecular engineering.

In mammals,interleukin(IL)-4 and IL-13 are important cytokines involved in the immune response of the host defence against pathogens and play critical roles in the polarization of monocytes/macrophages(MO/Mϕs).However,in teleost fish,the role of IL-4/13 homologues in the polarization of MO/Mϕremains *** this paper,we identified a second isoform of IL-4/13(CiIL-4/13A)from grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella)in addition to the IL-4/13 homologue previously reported and comparatively studied their expression profiles and *** two CiIL-4/13 transcripts were constitutively expressed in tissues but displayed distinct expression *** with Flavobacterium columnare or grass carp reovirus II(GCRV-Ⅱ)resulted in the alteration of expression levels of both IL-4/13 ***,in the primary head kidney cells,the recombinant CiIL-4/13A and B could up-regulate the expression of IL-10,inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)and M2 macrophage marker gene(KLF4,kruppel like factor 4),whilst down-regulate the expression of IL-1βand M1 macrophage marker gene(MARCO,macrophage receptor with collagenous structure).The results suggest that the CiIL-4/13A and B play similar roles in regulating inflammation and differentiation of MO/Mϕs in grass carp.
