Structural and Electrochemical Performances of α-MnO2 Doped with Tin for Supercapacitors

To improve the electrochemical performances of α-MnO2 as electrode materials for supercapacitors, Sn-doped α-MnO2 in the presence of the doping amount of 1%-4% was successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method. As-prepared α-MnO2 presents nanorod shape and no other impurities exist. By ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy, it is convinced that the band gaps of α-MnO2 decrease with increasing Sn-doping amount. Cyclic voltammetry investigation indicates that undoped and doped α-MnO2 all have regular capacitive response. As the scan rate enlarged, the profiles of curves gradually deviate from rectangle. Compared with undoped α-MnO2, doped α-MnO2 has larger specific capacitance. The specific capacitance of 3% doped α-MnO2 reaches 241.0 F/g while undoped α-MnO2 only has 173.0 F/g under 50 m A/g current density in galvanostatical charge-discharge measurement. Enhanced conductivity by Sn-doping is considered to account for doped sample＇s enhanced electrochemical specific capacitance.

回顾性分析1例就诊于复旦大学附属中山医院的腺泡状软组织肉瘤(alveolar soft part sarcoma,ASPS)患者的诊治资料。患者初诊为腹腔ASPS伴两肺多发转移,接受纳武利尤单抗+伊匹木单抗治疗6周后评估为疾病稳定(stable disease,SD);第7周开始接受双免疫检查点抑制剂(immune checkpoint inhibitors,ICIs)联合安罗替尼治疗:纳武利尤单抗(300 mg,d1,每3周1次)+安罗替尼(8 mg,d1~14,每3周1次)+伊匹木单抗(50 mg,d1,每6周1次)。患者第12周疗效评估仍为SD,给予髂动脉栓塞术及腰大肌病灶容积旋转调强放疗,并维持双ICIs联合安罗替尼治疗,第24周评估为原发病灶及肺部转移灶部分缓解(partial remission,PR)。治疗期间患者耐受性较好,不良反应轻微。

1例71岁男性因未分化肉瘤接受表柔比星、安罗替尼和派安普利单抗姑息一线治疗6个周期后安罗替尼联合派安普利单抗维持治疗30个周期。首次治疗25个月后患者因胸痛入院,肌钙蛋白T 1.26 ng·mL^(-1),氨基末端脑钠肽前体8545 pg·mL^(-1),冠状动脉血管造影示左前降支近端非钙化斑块,管腔重度狭窄,近乎闭塞。急诊冠状动脉造影术示左主干远段50%狭窄;左前降支开口95%狭窄,左前降支中等粗大,无狭窄;左回旋支50%狭窄;植入心脏支架1枚至左主干-左前降支近端。患者术后转归良好。采用Naranjo's评估量表对可疑药物进行关联性评分,结果提示患者的急性心肌梗死很可能与安罗替尼和派安普利单抗联用相关。心肌梗死属于抗肿瘤治疗罕见但严重的不良反应,本文通过对相关风险与处理措施进行概述,为临床安全用药提供参考。

The phenotypic parameters of crop plants can be evaluated accurately and quickly using an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)equipped with imaging *** this study,hundreds of images of Chinese cabbage(Brassica rapa ***)germplasm resources were collected with a low-cost UAV system and used to estimate cabbage width,length,and relative chlorophyll content(soil plant analysis development[SPAD]value).The super-resolution generative adversarial network(SRGAN)was used to improve the resolution of the original image,and the semantic segmentation network Unity Networking(UNet)was used to process images for the segmentation of each individual Chinese cabbage.

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of compound Zhebei granules(CZBG) with chemotherapy in the treatment of refractory acute ***: In this multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial, we used a central(online) randomization system to assign 235 patients to two treatment groups. A total of 118 patients received chemotherapy combined with CZBG(4 g,twice daily) and 117 patients received chemotherapy plus placebo. The clinical efficacy was evaluated at the end of one chemotherapeutic ***: In the full analysis set, in which deaths due to disease progression were regarded as inefficacy, the rates of complete remission(CR) and partial remission(CR + PR) were 32.35% and 50.00%,respectively, for the chemotherapy combined with CZBG group, and 23.08% and 35.58%, respectively,for the chemotherapy plus placebo group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups according to a ysis set(PPχ2test(P < 0.05). In the per protocol analS), the CR(33.67%),CR+PR(52.04%) response rates for the chemotherapy plus CZBG group were significantly different from the response rates of the control group(CR:24.24% and CR+PR: 37.37%), respectively(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION: CZBG plus chemotherapy can improve the clinical remission rate of refractory acute leukemia after one just one therapeutic cycle.

再生障碍性贫血是一种骨髓造血衰竭性疾病,以骨髓造血干细胞减少和全血细胞减少为特征。本病归属于中医学的“血证”“虚劳”“髓枯”“血虚”等范畴。近年来,再生障碍性贫血的发病率逐渐升高,但现有西医治疗手段有限,且存在长期疗效欠佳、不良反应大等局限性,而中医药在该病的治疗中具有独特的优势。中医药治疗再生障碍性贫血的研究始于20世纪50年代,至今已发展70余年。经过众多医家理论与实践的探索,逐渐形成了以补肾为核心,健脾益气、活血化瘀、泻火调肝、祛痰为辅的基本治则。本文围绕再生障碍性贫血理论溯源、中医证候类型演变、治法研究、中医药实验进展进行论述,并针对目前存在的问题提出建议和展望,以期为中医药治疗再生障碍性贫血的蓬勃发展添砖加瓦。

Pepper species(Capsicum spp.)are widely used as food,spice,decoration,and *** the recent old-world culinary impact,more than 50 commercially recognized pod types have been recorded worldwide from three taxonomic complexes(A,B,and P).The current study aimed to apply a pan-plastome approach to resolve the plastomic boundaries among those complexes and identify effective loci for the taxonomical resolution and molecular identification of the studied species/***-resolution pan-plastomes of five species and two varieties were assembled and compared from 321 *** and network analyses clarified the taxonomic position of the studied species/varieties and revealed a pronounced number of accessions to be the rare and endemic species,***,that were mistakenly labeled as *** *** among ***,some NCBIdeposited plastomes were clustered differently from their *** rpl23-trnI intergenic spacer contained a 44 bp tandem repeat that,in addition to other InDels,was capable of discriminating the investigated Capsicum species/*** rps16-trnQ/rbcL-accD/ycf3-trnS gene set was determined to be sufficiently polymorphic to retrieve the complete phyloplastomic signal among the studied Capsicum *** pan-plastome approach was shown to be useful in resolving the taxonomical complexes,settling the incomplete lineage sorting conflict and developing a molecular marker set for Capsicum ***.

The emerging individualized and living-cell-based genetic engineering chimeric antigen receptor T(CAR-T)therapy demonstrates great curative effects in some hematological tumor treatments,thus it is turning out to be a star immunotherapy method of the world.1 Recently,the China NationalMedical Products Administration(NMPA)approved launching applications of two CAR-T cell cancer products,Axicabtagene Ciloleucel(FKC876)and Relmacabtagene Autoleucel(Carteyva),which marked the beginning of the of CAR-T cell therapy era in China(Figure 1).
