This paper proposes a new deep learning framework for the location of broken insulators(in particular the self-blast glass insulator)in aerial *** address the broken insulators location problem in a low signal-noise-ratio(SNR)*** deal with two modules:1)object detection based on Faster R-CNN,and 2)classification of pixels based on *** the first time,our paper combines the above two *** combination is motivated as follows:Faster R-CNN is used to improve SNR,while the U-net is used for classification of pixels.A diverse aerial image set measured by a power grid in China is tested to validate the proposed ***,a comparison is made among different methods and the result shows that our approach is accurate in real time.

Antisense oligodeoxynucleotide(ASODN)can directly interfere a series of biological events of the target RNA derived from tumor cells through Watson-Crick base pairing,in turn,plays antitumor therapeutic *** the study,a novel HIF-1αASODN-loaded nanocomposite was formulated to efficiently deliver gene to the target *** physicochemical properties of nanocomposite were characterized using TEM,FTIR,DLS and zeta *** mean diameter of resulting GEL-DGL-FA-ASODN-DCA nanocomposite was about 170–192 nm,and according to the agarose gel retardation assay,the loading amount of ASODN accounted for 166.7 mg/*** results of cellular uptake showed that the nanocomposite could specifically target to HepG2 and Hela *** cytotoxicity assay demonstrated that the toxicity of vectors was greatly reduced by using DCA to reversibly block the cationic *** subcellular distribution images clearly displayed the lysosomal escape ability of the DCA-modified *** vitro exploration of molecular mechanism indicated that the nanocomposite could inhibit m RNA expression and HIF-1αprotein translation at different *** vivo optical images and quantitative assay testified that the formulation accumulated preferentially in the tumor *** vivo antitumor efficacy research confirmed that this nanocomposite had significant antitumor activity and the tumor inhibitory rate was 77.99%.These results manifested that the GEL-DGL-FA-ASODNDCA nanocomposite was promising in gene therapeutics for antitumor by interacting directly with target RNA.

With the rapid development of new energy technologies, lithium batteries are widely used in the field of energy storage systems and electric vehicles. The accurate prediction for the state of health(SOH) has an important role in maintaining a safe and stable operation of lithium-ion batteries. To address the problems of uncertain battery discharge conditions and low SOH estimation accuracy in practical applications, this paper proposes a SOH estimation method based on constant-current battery charging section characteristics with a back-propagation neural network with an improved atom search optimization algorithm. A temperature characteristic, equal-time temperature variation(Dt_DT), is proposed by analyzing the temperature data of the battery charging section with the incremental capacity(IC) characteristics obtained from an IC analysis as an input to the data-driven prediction model. Testing and analysis of the proposed prediction model are carried out using publicly available datasets. Experimental results show that the maximum error of SOH estimation results for the proposed method in this paper is below 1.5%.

Raising photoelectric conversion efficiency and enhancing heat management are two critical concerns for siliconbased solar *** this work,efficient Yb^(3+) infrared emissions from both quantum cutting and upconversion were demonstrated by adjusting Er^(3+) and Yb^(3+) concentrations,and thermo-manage-applicable temperature sensing based on the luminescence intensity ratio of two super-low thermal quenching levels was discovered in an Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+) codoped tungstate *** quantum cutting mechanism was clearly decrypted as a two-step energy transfer process from Er^(3+) to Yb^(3+).The two-step energy transfer efficiencies,the radiative and nonradiative transition rates of all interested 4 f levels of Er^(3+) in NaY(WO_(4))_(2) were confirmed in the framework of Föster-Dexter theory,Judd-Ofelt theory,and energy gap law,and based on these obtained efficiencies and rates the quantum cutting efficiency was furthermore determined to be as high as 173%in NaY(WO_(4))_(2):5 mol%Er^(3+)/50 mol%Yb^(3+) *** and nearly pure infrared upconversion emission of Yb3+under 1550 nm excitation was achieved in Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)co-doped NaY(WO_(4))_(2) by adjusting Yb^(3+) doping *** Yb^(3+) induced infrared upconversion emission enhancement was attributed to the efficient energy transfer ^(4)I_(11/2)(Er^(3+))+^(2)F_(7/2)(Yb^(3+))→^(4)I_(15/2)(Er^(3+))+^(2)F_(5/2)(Yb^(3+))and large nonradiative relaxation rate of ^(4)I_(9/2).Analysis on the temperature sensing indicated that the NaY(WO_(4))_(2):Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)serves well the solar cells as thermos-managing ***,it was confirmed that the fluorescence thermal quenching of ^(2)H_(11/2)/^(4)S_(3/2) was caused by the nonradiative relaxation of ^(4)S_(3/2).All the obtained results suggest that NaY(WO_(4))_(2):Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+) is an excellent material for silicon-based solar cells to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency and thermal management.

Background Acute kidney injury （AKI） is a common complication of sepsis,which is associated with higher risks of adverse ***,kidney disease：improving global outcomes （KDIGO） recommended a new guideline forAKI,including a little modification on the AKI staging *** This retrospective study included 211 septic patients admitted to the intensive care unit （ICU） at Xiangya Hospital,Central South University from January 2008 to January *** was diagnosed and classified according to the KDIGO or acute kidney injury network （AKIN） *** between the AKI and non-AKI groups for baseline characteristics,laboratory examinations,etiology,outcomes,as well as the risk factors for AKI and 28-day mortality were *** reliability of the KDIGO criteria was also evaluated by comparing it with the AKIN *** The overall incidence of AKI in septic patients was 47.9％,and the 28-day mortality was 32.7％.The incidence of AKI was significantly higher in patients with more severe *** of hepatic and respiratory function were significantly worse in the AKI ***,a higher proportion of patients were infected with Enterobacter cloacae in the AKI *** independent risk factors for AKI were shock,the number of organ failures,blood urea nitrogen （BUN）levels,and the use of *** independent risk factors for mortality were BUN and creatine kinase-MB （CK-MB）*** the KDIGO criteria and the AKIN criteria were significantly associated with 28-day *** The incidence and 28-day mortality of AKI were very high in ICU septic *** attention should be paid to AKI-induced hepatic and respiratory dysfunction in clinical *** with an intra-abdominal source of infection were more likely to develop *** criteria are reliable in AKI staging.

Efficient generation of singlet oxygen(1 O_(2)) by an excitonic ene rgy transfer process is highly desired on a semiconductor photocatalyst for selective oxidation of methyl phenyl sulfide(MPS).Herein,it is demonstrated that a large amount of 1 O_(2) is produced on pristine graphitic carbon nitride(CN) nanosheet compared with bismuth oxybromide(BiOBr) and comme rcial P25 titanium dioxide(TiO_(2)).This leads to a certain photoactivity of CN for MPS *** observed ~77% selectivity for CN depends on the competitive results of excitonic energy transfer for 1 O_(2) formation and charge carrier separation for superoxide radical(O_(2)·) production,which are based on the phosphorescence spectra and electron paramagnetic resonance signals,***,ultrathin CN nanosheets are synthesized by thermal treatment with the cyanuric acid-melamine hydrogen bonded aggregates as *** is confirmed that the amount of produced 1 O_(2) could be increased by decreasing the thickness of resultant CN *** optimized ultrathin CN nanosheet(~4 nm) exhibits excellent photoactivity with high selectivity(~99%).It is suggested that the excitonic energy transfer for 1 O_(2) formation is close related to the intrinsic exciton binding energy and the two-dimensional quantum confinement *** work establishes a basic mechanistic understanding on the excitonic processes in CN,and develops a feasible route to design CN-based photocatalysts for efficient 1 O_(2) generation.
