研究丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)接种与磷添加对干旱胁迫燕麦根系AMF侵染率、土壤微生物生物量和酶活性的影响,探讨其与燕麦产量的关系,为旱作区燕麦磷肥合理施用的菌根调控技术提供依据。试验采用盆栽控水,设置2个水分水平(正常供水,75%土壤相对含水量,W1;干旱胁迫,55%土壤相对含水量,W2)、3个施磷水平(0、20、40 mg·kg^(-1),P0、P1、P2)、2个AMF水平(接种,AMF;不接种,NAMF),共12个处理。于燕麦拔节期、灌浆期、成熟期采集根系和土样,检测根系AMF侵染率,测定土壤MBC、MBN、MBP,土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、碱性磷酸酶活性,及成熟期燕麦产量。结果表明:水分处理、磷处理和AMF处理均对各指标有显著影响,三因子在土壤MBN和土壤蔗糖酶活性上存在显著交互作用。干旱胁迫下,与未接种处理相比,接种AMF后,各指标均显著提高。P1下,燕麦生育期内AMF侵染率,土壤MBC、MBN、MBP,土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、碱性磷酸酶活性及产量较P0显著提高的最大幅度分别达13.21%、52.26%、47.07%、88.94%、23.15%、15.44%、11.15%、17.16%,P2下各指标呈降低趋势。因此,接种AMF和适量增施磷肥是提高干旱胁迫燕麦土壤MBC、MBN、MBP,改善土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、碱性磷酸酶活性,增加燕麦产量的有效途径,但产量尚达不到正常供水不接种水平。

洪涝、冰冻、地震、干旱、水质污染以及其他工程或人为事故等对农村供水的影响不容忽视,提升农村应急供水保障水平有着重要的意义。研究选择辽宁省发生过供水突发事件的7个县(市、区)进行调研,深入分析了辽宁省农村应急供水的现状、相关农村供水工程的基本情况及应急保障条件,并探讨了机制体制建立情况、责任主体及牵头部门落实情况。针对存在的农村供水应急专管机构不足、评估总结不到位、工程管理不专业的问题,提出了落实设立专管机构、及时总结经验、推广专业管理以及多途径宣传的对策,为提高辽宁省农村应急供水水平,保障农村居民供水安全提供理论支撑。

随着全球新军事革命的日益深化,围绕战场伤员搜救先进信息技术的研究增多,如何实时、精准、智能地感知定位伤员已成为当前研究热点。基于前期构建的战场伤员智能感知体系,围绕其部署模式、运行机制、运用验证等适用性问题进行了深入研究。在战场伤员感知、精确定位、搜救引导、战救协同及可视指控等方面取得了初步成效。最后,对伤员智能感知体系运用效果进行了验证分析,并阐述了该体系实战化应用能力与价值。

In recent years, immunotherapy has made remarkable progress in treating certain tumors and hematological malignancies. However, the efficacy of natural killer(NK) cells, which are an important subset of innate lymphocytes used in anticancer immunotherapy, remains limited. Hypoxia, a critical characteristic of the tumor microenvironment(TME), is involved in tumor development and resistance to radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy. Moreover, hypoxia contributes to the impairment of NK cell function and may be a significant factor that limits their therapeutic effects. Targeted hypoxia therapy has emerged as a promising research area for enhancing the efficacy of NK cell therapy. Therefore, understanding how the hypoxic TME influences NK cell function is crucial for improving antitumor treatment outcomes.

In this paper,two different methods for calculating the conservation laws are used,these are the direct construction of conservation laws and the conservation theorem proposed by Ibragimov.Using these two methods,we obtain the conservation laws of the Gardner equation,Landau-Ginzburg-Higgs equation and Hirota-Satsuma equation,respectively.

This paper focuses on the effective utilization of data augmentation techniques for 3Dlidar point clouds to enhance the performance of neural network models.These point clouds,which represent spatial information through a collection of 3D coordinates,have found wide-ranging applications.Data augmentation has emerged as a potent solution to the challenges posed by limited labeled data and the need to enhance model generalization capabilities.Much of the existing research is devoted to crafting novel data augmentation methods specifically for 3D lidar point clouds.However,there has been a lack of focus on making the most of the numerous existing augmentation techniques.Addressing this deficiency,this research investigates the possibility of combining two fundamental data augmentation strategies.The paper introduces PolarMix andMix3D,two commonly employed augmentation techniques,and presents a new approach,named RandomFusion.Instead of using a fixed or predetermined combination of augmentation methods,RandomFusion randomly chooses one method from a pool of options for each instance or sample.This innovative data augmentation technique randomly augments each point in the point cloud with either PolarMix or Mix3D.The crux of this strategy is the random choice between PolarMix and Mix3Dfor the augmentation of each point within the point cloud data set.The results of the experiments conducted validate the efficacy of the RandomFusion strategy in enhancing the performance of neural network models for 3D lidar point cloud semantic segmentation tasks.This is achieved without compromising computational efficiency.By examining the potential of merging different augmentation techniques,the research contributes significantly to a more comprehensive understanding of how to utilize existing augmentation methods for 3D lidar point clouds.RandomFusion data augmentation technique offers a simple yet effective method to leverage the diversity of augmentation techniques and boost the robustness of models.The insights gained from this

The poor interfacial contact is one of the biggest challenges that solid-state lithium batteries suffer from.Reducing the solid-state electrolyte surface energy by transforming the interface from lithiophobic to lithiophilic is effective to promote the interfacial contact, but electronic conductive interphases usually increase the risk of electron attack, thus leading to uncontrollable Li dendrite growth. Herein, we propose a self-assembled thermodynamic stable Li I interphase to simultaneously improve the interfacial contact between the garnet electrolyte Li_7La_(3)Zr_(2)O_(12)(LLZO) and Li anode, and prohibit the electron attack. The direct contact between LLZO and Li and the high temperature Li melting process was ascribed to Zr4+reduction, which facilitated Li dendrite formation and propagation. With the modification of the high lithiophilic I_(2) thin film, the area specific interfacial resistance of LLZO/Li was reduced from 1525 Ω/cm^(2) to 57 Ω/cm^(2). More importantly, LLZO was protected from being reduced due to the outstanding electronic insulativity of the Li I interphase, which leaded to a high critical current density of 1.2/7.0 m A/cm^(2) in the time/capacity-constant modes, respectively.

Since the computing capacity and battery energy of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) are constrained,UAV as aerial user is hard to handle the high computational complexity and time-sensitive applications.This paper investigates a cellular-connected multi-UAV network supported by mobile edge computing.Multiple UAVs carrying tasks fly from a given initial position to a termination position within a specified time.To handle the large number of tasks carried by UAVs,we propose a energy cost of all UAVs based problem to determine how many tasks should be offloaded to high-altitude balloons(HABs) for computing,where UAV-HAB association,the trajectory of UAV,and calculation task splitting are jointly optimized.However,the formulated problem has nonconvex structure.Hence,an efficient iterative algorithm by applying successive convex approximation and the block coordinate descent methods is put forward.Specifically,in each iteration,the UAV-HAB association,calculation task splitting,and UAV trajectory are alternately optimized.Especially,for the nonconvex UAV trajectory optimization problem,an approximate convex optimization problem is settled.The numerical results indicate that the scheme of this paper proposed is guaranteed to converge and also significantly reduces the entire power consumption of all UAVs compared to the benchmark schemes.

Based on the characteristics of high-end products,crowd-sourcing user stories can be seen as an effective means of gathering requirements,involving a large user base and generating a substantial amount of unstructured feedback.The key challenge lies in transforming abstract user needs into specific ones,requiring integration and analysis.Therefore,we propose a topic mining-based approach to categorize,summarize,and rank product requirements from user stories.Specifically,after determining the number of story categories based on py LDAvis,we initially classify“I want to”phrases within user stories.Subsequently,classic topic models are applied to each category to generate their names,defining each post-classification user story category as a requirement.Furthermore,a weighted ranking function is devised to calculate the importance of each requirement.Finally,we validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method using 2966 crowd-sourced user stories related to smart home systems.
