The satellite navigation integrity monitoring technology is closely related to the reliability of train positioning. It is of great significance to study satellite navigation Receiver autonomous integrity monitoring(RAIM) algorithm suitable for train positioning. Some existing conventional RAIM algorithms do not consider the influence of satellite navigation signal on algorithms *** at the influence of satellite navigation signal on the propagation processes, such as shadow and multipath effects, the fault detection algorithm based on BeiDou navigation satellite system(BDS) baseband signal is *** innovation parameters contained in the satellite navigation baseband signal are combined into the covariance matrix to set up a new test statistics of RAIM. A new fault detection algorithm based on optimized BDS baseband signal is discussed. And combined with weighted least square method, the noise power balance factor is established to realize satellite fault detection. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can improve the monitoring performance of train satellite positioning integrity, and lay the foundation for meeting the railway industry’s security requirements for positioning services.

The structure of liquid water is primarily composed of three-dimensional networks of water clusters formed by hydrogen bonds,and dis-solved oxygen is one of the most important indicators for assessing water *** this work,distilled water with different concentration of dissolved oxygen were prepared,and a clear negative correlation between the size of water clus-ters and dissolved oxygen concentration was ***,a phenomenon of rapid absorption and release of oxygen at the water interfaces was unveiled,suggesting that oxygen molecules predominantly exist at the interfaces of water *** molecules can move rapidly through the interfaces among water clusters,allowing dissolved oxygen to quickly reach a saturation level at certain partial pressure of oxygen and *** exploration into the mechanism by molecular dynamics simulations of oxygen and water clusters found that oxygen molecules can only exist stably at the interfaces among water clusters.A semi-empirical formula relating the average number of water molecules in a cluster(n)to ^(17)O NMR half-peak width(W)was summarized:n=0.1 W+*** findings provide a foundation for exploring the structure and properties of water.

Colorimetric detection and efficient monitoring of a potential biomarker of lumbar disc herniation using carbon nanotube-based probe

Herein, a multiwalled carbon nanotubes(MWNT)-based colorimetric probe was designed to discover and monitor the level of apolipoprotein-L1(Apo L1) in lumbar disc herniation(LDH) patients. Apo L1 could be easily found in human serum of the LDH group, but not obviously expressed in the normal control group(Ctrl), spine spondylolisthesis(SSP) group, spinal fracture(SFR) group, and spine scoliosis(SSC) group. Furthermore, the as-prepared MWNT-based probe was also used to track the recovery of LDH patients who have successful surgery operation. The P value of early diagnosis and recovery monitoring was 0.05 for the proposed method and a conventional enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), respectively, suggesting this detection strategy had significant differences compared with the traditional ELISA. All experimental results showed that Apo L1 might be a potential biomarker for early diagnosis of LDH. This proposed detection strategy has a potential application in discovering new biomarkers of diseases.

Accurate assessment of canopy carotenoid content(CC_(x+c)C)in crops is central to monitor physiological conditions in plants and vegetation stress,and consequently supporting agronomic ***,due to the overlap of absorption peaks of carotenoid(C_(x+c))and chlorophyll(C_(a+b)),accurate estimation of carotenoid using reflectance where carotenoid absorb is *** objective of present study was to assess CC_(x+c)C in winter wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)with ground-and aircraft-based hyperspectral measurements in the visible and near-infrared ***-situ hyperspectral reflectance were measured and airborne hyperspectral data were acquired during major growth stages of winter wheat in five consecutive field *** the canopy level,a remarkable linear relationship(R^(2)=0.95,p<0.001)existed between C_(x+c) and Ca+b,and correlation between CC_(x+c)C and wavelengths within 400 to 1000 nm range indicated that CC_(x+c)C could be estimated using reflectance ranging from visible to near-infrared *** of Cx+c assessment based on chlorophyll and carotenoid indices showed that red edge chlorophyll index(CI red edge)performed with the highest accuracy(R^(2)=0.77,RMSE=22.27μg/cm^(2),MAE=4.97μg/cm^(2)).Applying partial least square regression(PLSR)in CC_(x+c)C retrieval emphasized the significance of reflectance within 700 to 750 nm range in CC_(x+c)C *** on CI red edge index,use of airborne hyperspectral imagery achieved satisfactory results in mapping the spatial distribution of CC_(x+c)*** study demonstrates that it is feasible to accurately assess CC_(x+c)C in winter wheat with red edge chlorophyll index provided that C_(x+c) correlated well with C_(a+b) at the canopy *** is therefore a promising method for CC_(x+c)C retrieval at regional scale from aerial hyperspectral imagery.

Timing of formation of the Hongdonggou Pb-Zn polymetallic ore deposit,Henan Province,China:Evidence from Rb-Sr isotopic dating of sphalerites

The Hongdonggou Pb-Zn polymetallic ore deposit, located in the southwestern part of the Luanchuan Mo-W-Pb-Zn-Ag polymetallic ore mineralization in Henan Province, China, is an important part of the East Qinling metallogenic belt. The orebodies in the deposit, which are vein, bedded and lenticular, are mainly hosted in the syenite porphyry, and formed within the carbonate and clastic rocks of the Yuku and Qiumugou formations partially. The genesis of the deposit has previously been argued to be of hydrothermal-vein type or of skarn-hydrothermal type. In this study, we report the results of Rb-Sr isotopic dating based on sphalerites from the main orebody of the Hongdonggou Pb-Zn polymetallic ore deposit, which yield an isochron age of 135.7 ± 3.2 Ma, constraining the timing of mineralization as early Cretaceous. The age is close to those reported for the Pb-Zn deposits in the Luanchuan ore belt. The （87Sr/86Sr）i values of the sphalerites （0.71127± 0.00010） are lower than that of terrigenous silicates （0.720） and higher than the mantle （0.707）, suggesting that the metallogenic components were mainly derived through crust-mantle mixing. Combining the results from this study with those from previous work, we propose that the Hongdonggou Pb-Zn polymetallic ore deposit is a hydrothermal-vein deposit associated with the early Cretaceous tectonothermal event, and the mineralization is controlled by NW- and near EW-trending faults in the Luanchuan Mo-W-Pb-Zn-Ag polymetallic ore concentration belt.

Research on Drug-Patent Linkage System under the New Situation

Objective To explore the extent to which the drug-patent linkage system should be implemented in China. Methods The present situation of drug-patent linkage system internationally was analyzed. Then the practices of drug-patent linkage system were discussed through such methods as literature reviews and quantitative scoring methods in combination of selecting the representative countries. Finally the extent to which the drugpatent linkage system should be implemented in China was explored through comparative analysis. Results and Conclusion Compared with the United States, China should establish a drug-patent linkage system that will weaken the protection of original patented drugs and promote the timely marketing of high-quality generic drugs and appropriately prevent the patent abuse.
