Scientific objectives and payload configuration of the Chang'E-7 mission

As the cornerstone mission of the fourth phase of the Chinese Lunar Exploration Program, Chang'E-7(CE-7) was officially approved, and implementation started in 2022, including a main probe and a communication relay satellite. The main probe, consisting of an orbiter, a lander, a rover and a mini-flying probe, is scheduled to be launched in 2026. The lander will land on Shackleton crater's illuminated rim near the lunar south pole, along with the rover and mini-flying probe. The relay satellite(named Queqiao-2) will be launched in February 2024 as an independent mission to support relay communication during scientific exploration undertaken by Chang'E-4, the upcoming Chang'E-6 in 2024 and subsequent lunar *** CE-7 mission is mainly aimed at scientific and resource exploration of the lunar south pole. We present CE-7's scientific objectives, the scientific payloads configuration and the main functions for each scientific payload with its key technical specifications.

Amyloid proteins correlate with a series of degenerative diseases. Targeting amyloid aggregation has remained a hot topic in therapeutic studies. Numerous inhibitors have been developed, but very few have been approved for marketing. Meanwhile, the growing knowledge of amyloid structural characteristics provides a basis for the rational design of inhibitors. Here we introduce the high-resolution structural findings of amyloid fibrils in recent years and discuss the reported strategies toward rationally designed inhibitors based on amyloid-related structural studies.

A CuX-mediated regioselective halogenation reaction of 2-phenylimidazo[1,2-a]pyridine in the presence of oxygen is introduced in this *** reaction provides an effective method for the production of C-3 halogenated 2-phenylimidazo[1,2-a]pyridines with a yield of up to 96%.A plausible mechanism for the formation of title compounds via 2-phenylimidazo[1,2-a]pyridine–CuX complex intermediate is *** structure of representative compounds is established by the single crystal XRD *** electronic structure,corroborated by Hirshfeld surface analysis and DFT calculations,rationalizes characters of relevant absorptions and emission as well as large Stokes shifts.

目的检索、总结、评价并整合血液透析患者中心静脉导管功能不良预防及处理的最佳证据。方法系统检索UpToDate、BMJ Best Practice、Cochrane Library、美国指南网、国际指南协作网、美国国家肾脏基金会、PubMed、中国知网等数据库中有关血液透析患者中心静脉导管功能不良预防的相关文献,包括指南、临床决策、证据总结、系统评价、专家共识。检索时限为2013年1月1日—2023年3月1日。由2名研究者独立评价文献质量,对纳入文献进行质量评价后提取证据。结果共纳入文献15篇,其中指南3篇,临床决策3篇,专家共识5篇,系统评价2篇,证据总结1篇,政府文件1篇。最终形成人员培训与管理、评估与监测、导管置入、导管维护、药物预防、导管功能不良处理、健康教育7个主题和32条最佳证据。结论本研究总结了血液透析患者中心静脉导管功能不良预防及处理的最佳证据,医护人员可以结合临床情境及患者意愿选择并应用该循证依据,进而降低导管功能不良发生率。

Comprehensive Summary,A transition-metal-free one-pot direct synthesis of tetrathiophosphates(R^(1)S)_(2)P(S)SR^(2) from white phosphorus(P_(4)),through intermediate sodium alkyltetrathiophosphates(R^(1)S)_(2)P(S)SNa,is *** the presence of NaSH,various disulfides such as diaryl disulfidbges and dialkyl disulfides are easily coupled with P_(4) to give sodium alkyltetrathiophosphates(R^(1)S)_(2)P(S)SNa in almost quantitative yield,which react with alkyl halides in one pot to generate(R^(1)S)_(2)P(S)***,S-(2-cyanoethyl)-substituted tetrathiophosphates(R^(1)S)_(2)P(S)SCH_(2)CH_(2)CN are successfully designed as a kind of tetrathiophosphorylation reagent to react with diaryl iodonium salts involving deprotection-dealkylation process.

In this paper, based on the known crystal structures of Square Pyramid (SP) and Trigonal Bipyramid (TBP) penta-coordinated phosphorus compounds containing amino acid side chains, such as amino, carboxyl, hydroxyl or thiol, a software designed to survey the P(5)-Structure of phosphorylated proteins. By this software, it was found that 382 of 398 phos- phorus-related kinases (96%) from current PDB could go through the penta-coordinated phos- phorus transition state or intermediate. For example, in protein 1HE8, amino group in Lysine16 was within 3.58 ?from the phosphorus atom, and a potential TBP structure consisting GNP2 and NZ could be overlapped with an authentic TBP with an RMSD value of 0.71 ?.
