Fouling caused by excess metal ions in hard water can negatively impact the performance of the circulating cooling water system(CCWS)by depositing ions on the heat exchanger's ***,the operation optimization of CCWS often prioritizes short-term flow velocity optimization for minimizing power consumption,without considering ***,low flow velocity promotes ***,it's crucial to balance fouling and energy/water conservation for optimal CCWS long-term *** study proposes a mixed-integer nonlinear programming(MINLP)model to achieve this *** model considers fouling in the pipeline,dynamic concentration cycle,and variable frequency drive to optimize the synergy between heat transfer,pressure drop,and *** optimizing the concentration cycle of the CCWS,water conservation and fouling control can be *** model can obtain the optimal operating parameters for different operation intervals,including the number of pumps,frequency,and valve local resistance *** experiments on cycle and environmental temperature reveal that as the cycle increases,the marginal benefits of energy/water conservation *** periods with minimal impact on fouling rate,energy/water conservation can be achieved by increasing the cycle while maintaining a low fouling ***,the proposed model has significant energy/water saving effects and can comprehensively optimize the CCWS through its incorporation of fouling and cycle optimization.

In humans,the liver is a central metabolic organ with a complex and unique histological *** carcinoma(HCC),which is a highly aggressive disease with a poor prognosis,accounts for most cases of primary liver *** an emerging hallmark of cancers,metabolic reprogramming acts as a runaway mechanism that disrupts homeostasis of the affected organs,including the ***,rewiring of the liver metabolic microenvironment,including lipid metabolism,is driven by HCC cells,propelling the phenotypes of HCC cells,including dissemination,invasion,and even metastasis in *** resulting formation of this vicious loop facilitates various malignant behaviors of HCC ***,few articles have comprehensively summarized lipid reprogramming in HCC ***,we have reviewed the general situation of the liver microenvironment and the physiological lipid metabolism in the liver,and highlighted the effects of different aspects of lipid metabolism on HCC metastasis to explore the underlying *** addition,we have recapitulated promising therapeutic strategies targeting lipid metabolism and the effects of lipid metabolic reprogramming on the efficacy of HCC systematical therapy,aiming to offer new perspectives for targeted therapy.

Accurate and sensitive strategies for Concanavalin A(Con A)sensing are conducive to the better cognition of various important biological and physiological ***,by designing dextran-functionalized fluorescent microspheres(DxFMs)and boric acid-modified carbon dots(BCDs)as recognition unit and built-in signal reference respectively,a ratiometric fluorescent detection platform was proposed for Con A detection with high *** this protocol,the BCDs/DxFMs precipitation was formed due to the covalent interactions between cis-diol of DxFMs and boronic acid groups of BCDs,thus only fluorescence of BCDs could be detected in the *** Con A was presented,it could bind to DxFMs through its carbohydrate recognition ability and suppress the subsequent assembly between DxFMs and BCDs,leading to the simultaneous capture of DxFMs and BCDs fluorescence in the *** the BCDs content was superfluous,their fluorescence intensities were basically constant in all *** on the unchanged BCDs fluorescence signal and target-dependent DxFMs fluorescence signal in supernatant,the ratiometric detection of Con A was *** optimized conditions,this ratiometric fluorescent platform displayed a linear detection range from 0.125μg/mL to 12.5μg/mL with a detection limit of 0.089μg/***,satisfied analytical outcomes for Con A detection in serum samples were obtained,manifesting huge application potential of this ratiometric fluorescent platform in clinical diagnosis.

【目的】改进SCCL模型在文本深度聚类任务上的效果,提出一种新的基于SCCL的文本深度聚类模型ISCCL。【方法】ISCCL模型基于句向量预训练语言模型对输入文本进行数据增强和编码获取两组增强表征,在SCCL模型的基础上增加两层非线性网络,将增强表征降维到维度与聚类数量相同的类簇特征空间。从列空间的角度构造正负簇对进行对比学习,引导模型挖掘对聚类任务有用的特征,并减少假正样本产生的影响。【结果】在AgNews、Biomedical、StackOverflow、20NewsGroups和zh10共5种基准数据集中,ISCCL模型的聚类准确率分别达到88.89%、48.74%、78.17%、56.97%和86.42%,较SCCL模型提升0.69%~2.67%。【局限】需要预先设定类簇特征空间维度(与聚类数目K值相同),然而在实际应用中往往很难明确原始数据的具体聚类数目,应当根据数据情况适当调整。【结论】ISCCL模型能够有效提取类簇特征,在SCCL模型的基础上提升了文本深度聚类效果。

背景在医疗保险碎片化及人口流动常态化的背景下,如何为异地就医患者提供更加便捷高效的医疗结算服务日益成为实践界和理论界所共同关注的热点问题。目的分析我国异地就医问题研究现状、热点及演化趋势,为异地就医研究提供借鉴。方法在中国知网数据库中检索建库至2023-06-10以我国异地就医问题为主题的相关文献,采用CiteSpace软件定量分析异地就医领域文献数据,对发文时间、发文作者、发文机构、关键词等方面的特征开展知识图谱的可视化分析。结果共检索到有效文献590篇。我国异地就医领域研究的文献2009年突破个位数(16篇),此后年发文量呈波浪形变化趋势。核心作者(发文量≥3篇)57位,合计发文量为238篇(40.34%);作者合作网络密度值为0.051。研究机构以高校、科研院所、医疗机构和地方医保管理部门为主;发文量排名第一位的研究机构是中国医学科学院医学信息研究所(22篇),其次为中国药科大学国际医药商学院(9篇)、华北理工大学(8篇)、复旦大学附属华山医院(6篇)、江西中医药大学(6篇);研究机构合作网络密度仅为0.0016。关键词词频分析:关键词网络图谱中共有424个节点和1188条连线,网络密度为0.0132。“异地就医”“医疗保险”“跨省就医”“异地结算”在关键词共现网络中占据中心地位。关键词聚类时间线图谱分析:除“异地就医”外,共形成了“医疗保险”“直接结算”“管理”“新农合”“跨省就医”“满意度”“长三角”“分级诊疗”九大聚类主题。结论我国异地就医领域研究质量与深度在不断提升,但在研究方法、研究内容与合作网络等方面仍存在不足,需聚焦异地就医难点/热点问题,创新研究方法,不断强化研究者跨机构交流与合作。

SF_(6) has excellent insulation performance and arc extinguishing ability,and is widely used in the power ***,its global warming potential is about 23,500 times that of C0_(2),it can exist stably in the atmosphere,it is not easily degradable and is of great potential harm to the *** on pulsed dielectric barrier discharge plasma technology,the effects of H_(2)O and 0_(2) on the degradation of SF_(6) were *** have shown that H_(2)O can effectively promote the decomposition of SF_(6) and improve its degradation rate and energy efficiency of *** the action of a pulse input voltage and input frequency of 15 kV and 15 kHz,respectively,when H_(2)O is added alone the effect of 1% H_(2)O is the best,and the rate and energy efficiency of degradation of SF_(6) reach their maximum values,which are 91.9% and 8.25 g kWh^(-1),*** synergistic effect of H_(2)O and O_(2) on the degradation of SF_(6) was similar to that of H_(2)*** the concentration of H_(2)O and O_(2) was 1%,the system obtained the best rate and energy efficiency of degradation,namely 89.7% and 8.05 g kWh~(-1),*** the same time,different external gases exhibit different capabilities to regulate decomposition *** addition of H_(2)O can effectively improve the selectivity of S0_(2).Under the synergistic effect of H_(2)O and O_(2),with increase in O_(2) concentration the degradation products gradually transformed into SO_(2)F_(2).From the perspective of harmless treatment of the degradation products of SF_(6),the addition of O_(2) during the SF_(6) degradation process should be avoided.

直流微电网低惯性响应特性常导致系统存在不确定性扰动时母线电压波动越限。针对这一问题,文中以直流电力弹簧(DCES)为核心构建智能负载,解析直流电机动能与智能负载惯量能量间的映射关系,实现需求侧等效虚拟惯量注入,快速补偿不确定性扰动造成的DCES输出电压偏差;针对多DCES协同控制,设计动态事件触发机制,以最小通信需求求解全局一致性误差,实现各DCES输出电压期望轨迹实时在线更新;提出了具有最小相位特性的反馈线性化控制器,将传统电压-电流双环控制转化为能量单环控制,构建DCES能量函数,重塑状态变量空间为Grassmann流形,实现系统完全解耦和精确线性化转换,准确跟踪各DCES输出电压期望轨迹,同时确保全局渐近稳定。基于dSPACE的实验结果表明:系统存在外部不确定扰动和内部参数摄动情形下,所提方法可实现直流微电网母线电压的平稳控制,具有动态响应快、稳定性好、鲁棒性强、抗扰性优的特点。

【目的】借鉴文献综合(Synthesis)的思想,利用人工智能技术构建科技文献结构化自动综合工具,以结构化的形式自动梳理文献集的研究脉络与研究骨架,揭示文献集的要点与看点。【方法】提出了一种基于语步识别的科技文献结构化自动综合工具的建设思路,即通过语步识别与研究问题、研究方法、研究进展短语抽取,自动揭示单篇文献中的关键知识内容;通过层次聚类与类簇标签生成,实现多篇文献的知识整理归纳;通过设计树形综合结构,指导结构化综合结果输出。【结果】研发了结构化自动综合工具,能够自动综合文献集内容,并按照“研究问题-研究方法-研究进展”的树形结构揭示文献集的研究脉络与骨架。【局限】由于聚类技术的限制,目前还存在聚类准确率不足、聚类簇个数难以确定等问题,影响了自动综合效果。【结论】基于语步识别技术,构建面向实际应用的结构化自动综合工具,支持文献检索、自动综合、结果循证等功能,验证了基于语步识别实现结构化自动综合思路的可行性和有效性。
